……………………Stripe sweaters have been done for decades………There is something clean and pure that keeps us coming back to this simple design. Over the years designers have played with all the possible variations and colors that their imaginations could conjure up. I too have done my share of stripes over the years, but I never get tired of the most simple, basic, classic stripe…………………..Some may have thought we introduced these cardigans a little late for this past spring….but….consider this…..they are very early for this FALL and NEXT SPRING. I certainly will not be repeating them…..on to new things, so it’s now or never………A263356, comes in….the SUNSHINE YELLOW & NAVY…..the NAVY & GREEN……..the unusual and sophisticated TEAK & BLACK…..and the classic IVORY & NAVY. If you are like me and wear solids all the time…….it’s fun to wear a stripe something, and this cardigan may be just the thing…………………….it’s the right time to give it another LOOK………………………………..

…………………………Many of you have received and have worn your Braided Knit Top, 265620, and your Braided Knit Skirt, A265623. Now you know first hand that all the hullabaloo about it being a delicate fragile fabric was nothing but “poppycock”……one of my fathers favorite expressions that I have adopted. It says it all. “a tempest in a tea pot”. If you want pieces in your wardrobes that don’t look like anyone else’s….then these are pieces you should consider. I doubt these pieces will be reordered….they are just too special, and quite frankly I’m happy about that. Those of you who own them will always feel special and unique when you put them on……You can walk into a room feeling like you are wearing Coutour, because that’s how limited these pieces are. In the top only the BLACK and FLAG BLUE remain……the WHITE remains on wait list only. The skirt is avail in the three colors. For you ladies who must have different sizes for your tops and bottoms this two piece dress look is ideal, however don’t think for one second that the matching top is the only thing you can wear the skirt with…A white WK tank, crew, mock tank etc etc and the zip front Milano Stitch cardigan or the cardigan with the lace sleeves…..or even the lace jacket in all white will look right off the runway…. Wearing  any of the skirts will look like you walked out of Bergdorf Goodman……..so if you haven’t pulled the trigger yet… in my estimation I truly believe these two pieces are definitely worth……………….another LOOK.

…………………………..Yes it’s summer….so who needs a cardigan or sweater jacket? I guess if you live in Florida, or Alabama, Mississippi, Houston,or Arizona….that’s a good question, but there are still areas in the country, like where I live, where a sweater in the evening is needed…..and……..before you know it……Fall will be here….so one has to plan ahead…..and then there is next spring too. These sweaters may not be around come next spring and you would have missed out on a very special timeless piece. For my southerners this may be all you will ever need when your cooler winter weather sets in……In the north wear it with a long sleeve sweater….YES, A LONG SLEEVE sweater. It’s perfectly fine to have the sleeves come out. If you have gotten used to Ts and sweaters  hanging below jackets…..you will get used to this too…..you’ll be a trend setter…… The ZIP FRONT sweater, A265550, is done in the MILANO STITCH which you rarely see on QVC, and for that matter in the B&M stores. It’s a double knit sweater stitch that was created in Milano Italy, and is used by very high end designers…. such as Ferragamo. It is beautifully made and will be with you for many many years…..a perennial that you will wear over and over again…..The YELLOW, WHITE and NAVY are three perfect choices for this sweater/jacket….two basic colors and one POP…..dressy are casual it works for any lifestyle……………..it’s worthy of another LOOK………………..

AQUA and PINK BEACH GLASS..J321803…is something you would probably never or rarely find on the beach….but Linea makes all things possible. Since I grew up near the beaches of Long Island I consider myself a beach person, and have spend many wonderful hours combing the sand for beach glass……a great way to get a tan. There is nothing quite like the  feel of glass that has been made smooth from years of tumbling in the ocean. What was once clear glass has taken on a frosted patina. The beads of this necklace were once faceted, but have been tumbled and sand blasted to take on this marvelous smooth and translucent appearance……..It’s a process that speeds up what takes Mother Nature years to accomplish……….Yes this is a BOLD STATEMENT necklace, and some may think it’s a little too overwhelming due to their stature, but I think it’s more about attitude…….If you think it’s too much for you….then it is…..on the other hand there are women who are diminutive who think it’s just perfect……it’s all about attitude when wearing statement pieces………………This is a unique piece, a limited quantity piece……which instantly makes it a collectors piece …………………..definitely worth…..another LOOK.

……………………………COLOR….COLOR…..COLOR……………..Summer is not the season to shy away from color………There is nothing fresher than a bold happy color in the summertime, and since the official “summer” season is right around the corner I thought this was the perfect time show you the TUNIC SHIRT, A252345, in the beautiful…….YELLOW……….BLUE…….and ……..PINK. Talk about easy dressing…..a shirt, a tank and a bottom….sounds easy and uncomplicated….but not boring when you have a little imagination……Wear this “faux de Chine” shirt loose and open with the sleeves rolled up for a breezy attitude, or tied at the waist over your BoHo skirts and Capris…Mix some fabulous colors like the Yellow with the Aqua jeans and add the POW of RED accessories…..simple components yes, but what a fabulous statement…..Pink and Red with white has always been a favorite combination, but it has to be the right pink and the right red…..these are the right pink and red……………. For when you are in a more gentle frame of mind….all white will do the trick, and there is nothing like that Greek Island Blue with white…..makes me want to have a glass of OUZO at some outdoor cafe, just as the sun is setting…..on a magical Greek Island……..definitely worth another LOOK………………………
