I think this has become one of my most popular….most asked for tops, and I believe there are three main reasons for that……First….The Fabric…..This is a very high quality RAYON JERSEY, that I have used many many times for tops, skirts, dresses and bodysuits, and every time I use it the first comment is “I love the fabric”. This is not a flimsy thin fabric, and it does not pill! There are 48 FIVE STAR reviews on this top and all state they love the quality and FEEL of the fabric….It dyes beautifully and stands up to many washings without looking old, faded and abused…..Second……The Fit……If you read the reviews you will see that all sizes, shapes and heights of women have loved this tunic. It has SHAPE and fits where you want a garment to fit and flows just enough to cover what you want covered…..without looking like your TRYING to COVER something……it’s very figure FLATTERING…… The length and the neckline are perfect….. the armhole is perfect too, and that’s coming from you…..All of the measurements can be found on the Linea QVC site…….Third…..The Style…..which is the most important aspect of all……If you don’t like the style…the fit and fabric are of little consequence. This tunic has a tank top with a flared bottom. The top has bust dart for shape and a better fit. There is a raised seam to give the bodice of the tunic a better fit and shape also. Why the raised seam and not a waist seam. For one…. everyone has a different measurement from their high point shoulder [the point where the neck and the shoulder meet] to the waist. There is a standard measurement but many women are not the standard. Also….to create a longer, leaner proportion…the top portion of the garment should not be the same length as the bottom portion. When the bottom portion is longer the effect is a longer body…..The hem is slightly asymmetrical which can also create the illusion of length…..The neckline and armholes are piped for a clean finish……………..Those are the three reasons I believe this top is so sort after…..you may have your own reasons why you like it so much…..I know this has become Jac’s go to top all year long………This top can be as casual as you want worn with leggings, crop pants and Carpi pants….sandals, wedges, slides, Birkens etc etc………or as dressy as the event calls for. I have shown it above with the MOSS CREPE SKIRT, A262454, for a two piece dress look……but you can mix it with many different skirts…the ZIG ZAG, A265559 being one option. …………………DARK GREY……….is NEW and was also high on the list of requested colors………………..Why three dark colors? Because each is figure flattering, and each has its’ own character. Dark Grey is the SOFT BLACK……it’s COOL, SOPHISTICATED, and always CHIC……It’s a nice break from black, but still has all the positive aspects of a black top. There are many women who feel black is too harsh for them, but grey is soften enough for it to be flattering……… People will respond to a woman wearing a Dk. Grey top as being unique, and certain accessories against grey look amazing and very different than they would against any other color……GUNMETAL against Dk. Grey is fabulous…..and were made for each other. It’s a very custom……designer look. ……………………The COTTON /SPAN KNIT TUNIC, A255145, is back, and I am introducing  it a new color………..LAPIS BLUE……….this particular shade of bright clear blue is probably the most popular color of the season……It wasn’t on any list, but it’s the color you see in every fashion spread……whether it’s clothing , accessories, make up and for the home. Designers rarely use the colors on the “lists”…..we like to choose our own! This is a color that will flatter anyone no matter skin, hair or eye color. If you say it’s not a color you can wear….I say you haven’t given it a chance. Two examples of how I see it worn are with STARK WHITE like my vintage White Denim skirt, or my L.L. Pant or my new WHITE DENIM CROP PANT, A265539. For some fun I love the Lapis top with my Blue/White print crop pant, A253573. I have been promoting print pants for a few years now, and now you see them ALL OVER. These happen to be in the lightest weight cotton imaginable. Some, mistakenly think the thinness of the fabric makes them inexpensive, on the contrary…..that’s what makes them FINE, and the most comfortable pant you could possibly wear on the HOTTEST most HUMID days……You will be so thankful you have these……Black, Indigo Denim and Navy are also perfect bottoms to wear with the Lapis Blue, and if you got the ZIG ZAG SKIRT in the BLUE…..it’s perfect with this Tunic…..that’s an easy way for my plus ladies to wear the Zig Zag skirt and feel comfortable……..THE WHITE WATERFALL BEADED NECKLACE will be avail. mid to end MAY, and what fun it is. It’s hard to find a WHITE necklace that doesn’t look frumpy…..The combination of WHITE BEADS and GOLD CURB LINKS makes it anything but that. Great WHITE Spring/Summer tops are like GOLD…..What constitutes a great WHITE top. First, it can not be see through…….unless it was meant to be. Second, it has to be flattering to the body, and not show every imperfection one might have…..It’s ALWAYS important to look at yourself from the back! Third, it has to be easy care, because most white tops have to be laundered after each wearing, and they have to hold up to many washings without looking worn out. I think this WHITE TOP does all of that and more…..and it has POCKETS that aren’t see through either! For my real shorties 5 feet and under…you may get away with this as a dress…if not a Capri legging will work beautifully……For something with a looser fit my DENIM CROP PANT, A265539 in WHITE or NAVY……A heads up to my nurses…….you may want to try this with the matching white Linea Leisure pant….. but you don’t have to be a nurse to wear it this way…..just JAZZ it up with some fun accessories and some wonderful sandals or wedges!……………My GOLD FISH PENDANT, J278128 worn with my new….SCHOOL OF FISH NECKLACE, J321801, for me, is just the answer. Some may think it’s too much…but…….as Iris Apfel says….it’s NEVER TOO MUCH!…….I’ve chosen the GOLD CHAIN HOOP, J267610, which I think adds a little edge, and works well with the fish without being too matchy……………………….enjoy………………much Love……………………….Louis
