A WHITE TURTLE NECK, BLACK LEGGINGS or BLACK SLIM PANTS a pair of BLACK SUEDE BALLET FLATS……A HUGE BLACK TOTE, BLACK SUNGLASSES…….and Ladies……this IS BIG CITY DRESSING. I guarantee……there isn’t a head that would not turn seeing a woman dressed like this…. walking down Madison Ave……….it’s super CHIC. I know there are those who don’t care for hoods….but …..this goes beyond JUST A HOOD…….this is about a dramatic effect, whether it is worn up or just draped down the back……….. it is a design element that works perfectly with the silhouette of the jacket………..and it’s practical too. You can’t tell me in windy Chicago, where I have been a zillion times, this hood wouldn’t be welcomed…..worn up……with a coat over it and s POSH KNIT SCARF wrapped around the neck to keep the hood snugly and warm……..
