The Valentine’s Day Sneak Peek is the A221806, the TRIBAL PRINT PEASANT TOP. It is made out of the same poly/span jersey [I think we will have to name this fabric too], as the Python and all the other printed jersey tops I have done. There are many designer details to this top. One of the main features is the contrast of the solid jersey used for the back panel, sleeve trim and draw string tie at the neckline. It’s a new way of color blocking and adds that element of surprise. It takes it out of the ordinary.The solid fabric is the exact same fabric as the jersey pull-on pant from the last show, A221815. The colors of the top are the same as the Tribal cardigan, OLIVE, BLACK, ESPRESSO and NAVY. This top looks great belted or loose and the bottoms you can choose from are endless…..pencil, peasant  and Boho shirts to all kinds of pants from Bermuda shorts, Capri pants, crops and full length pants. With the olive you can wear, natural, sand, sage and olive bottoms. With the navy….navy gray, white and of course denim. The espresso takes espresso, sand, khaki and ivory and the black looks great with black, gray and white or off white. Again, the fabric is great for travel and is easy care. I can not emphasize enough how on trend all kinds of TRIBAL prints have become this season……..for me they are always “in”…….ethnic anything never goes out of fashion……it’s like saying African culture is out. Hi Everyone,
I thought I would let you all know that this year I will make several appearances on QVC UK. Jac and I are very excited to make the trip and we are planning a mini vacation before the show takes place. I will be appearing on QVC UK on March 20th, and I will have two shows that day. If you have any friends in Great Brittan be sure to let them know I’m coming!! The clothes will be exactly the same clothes that we sell here in the US…..absolutely no changes….We plan on taking in all the sights and doing a little antiquing. We already have tickets to two shows, “Ghost” and “Hay Fever” a Noel Coward play. If you have been over the pond recently and have any suggestions about restaurants, nothing formal, that would be very much appreciated. The UK staff has already suggested many wonderful places to eat but all suggestions are welcome. This trip we will be staying at the Dorchester. Jac wanted to stay there because that was Elizabet Taylor’s favorite hotel….however…. we will not be staying in her suite! We have three additional trips planned this year so it’s going to be very hectic. We would love to make each one a mini vacation. If you have any friends there, maybe they can order you things that you missed out on LOL. They will not be carrying the jewelry line…..yet!…. but I will work on them!!……………much Love, Louis

I thought I’d send you a picture of the jewelry that’s coming in May/June!

1-J267611, is the Byzantine drop earring. This earring will be avail either PIERCED or CLIP and is NICKEL FREE! This is an earring you can wear  three different ways because the drops are INTERCHANGEABLE! You can wear the top on it’s own as a button earring [it matches the Byzantine necklace with the square gold stations you may already own]. You can add the pearl drop or the carved colored drop for two totally different looks. The colors are RED as the photos above,  GREEN [the same color as the square gold station], and PURPLE. If you like you could get two colors and mix the beads….i.e. the green top with the red drop bead or the red and purple or green and purple. The whole look is very BYZANTINE.

2-J267612, is the Byzantine bead necklace. This necklace completes the trio of necklaces I continue to show,,,,the Byzantine CROSS, and the Byzantine STATION necklace. This necklace has a wider variety of beads in different shapes and sizes, some quite large. It also has some small, green, aubergine and bronze pearls scattered through out. These also match the pearl necklaces from this past fall……so it all works together!!DO NOT BE AFRAID TO LAYER YOU JEWELRY!!!! Notice in the photo to the left…all three of the Byzantine necklaces, which includes the cross. The look is truly amazing and the quality is unsurpassed.

J267610, is the chain hoop earring. I am so happy to be able to bring this earring to you. I know many of you have asked me to please offer the piece and here it is! It will be avail. in GOLD as the original sample, SILVER, HEMATITE [gunmetal], and ROSE GOLD. This earring will also be avail. PIERCED and CLIP, and is also NICKEL FREE!

I am hoping these pieces sell out really quick so I can bring you additional pieces for FALL 2012.

By the way, there are only two styles left in the Linea Jewelry line……..the three strand gold plated bracelet and the gold plated and simulated onyx bead bracelet. This is one of my personal favorites and for me there is nothing more fabulous than a woman in a black sweater and this gold and black stretch bracelet. A222272, will be presented on 2/24 on the morning show starting at 6:am. This is my georgette, floral wood block print. Again, this print comes from my archives. It was a print that originally came from Italy. The top has a scoop neckline and the body it totally lined to the top of the ruffle, leaving the sleeves unlined. The seam wear the bottom ruffle is attached dips in the back which creates a beautiful flowing effect when you walk or move. The sleeve ruffle is also attached on the diagonal to emulate the body ruffle. The fabric is my polyester georgette so it is easy care and great for taking away on business trips or vacation. As you can see in the photo, this top looks great either belted or loose and easy. The colors are BLACK, TERRA COTTA and GREEN. Each print has off white/ ivory motifs and touches of sand. The bottoms that work best are all the sand crepe and pebble crepe pieces including the natural P.C. crop pants from last year, all black bottoms including the new long pebble crepe skirt, long pants and crop pants and of course the new long pebble crepe terra cotta skirt. Khaki Capri pants and indigo jeans will look great too. This is a wonderful top for work, special occasions or just when you’re in the mood for something feminine and flirtatious…………….I know you will love this unique and totally “designer” print. …………………………………………………………………………………………………….Love, Louis
