Hi Louis, it’s been a minute since I posted over here but I’ve been shopping behind the scenes so to speak. I added the grey cardigan and WK top, sapphire pants and WK top, the russian gold/white cord and matching bracelet just shipped and to come home last night and have my copper rolling bangle waiting was the ultimate surprise. Your copper pieces have become my new favorite color that is not seen everywhere. I passed on the last order because I knew I would need at least a size 8 so I ordered the copper first to make sure they fit and they are perfecto and so substantial; I can’t believe they are only $40. I kept them on while I ate dinner LOL. I’ve already ordered the silver, shiny black and gold and the copper tassel necklace. Everything is beautifully done.
Hi, Louis! I’m looking closely at the rolling bangles. I have no concerns about my scrawny 6″ wrist in ordering the Small, but I am wondering if the interior circumference is the same as the recommended wrist size of 6 3/4 inches. I’m in a quandary. Due to years and years of horseback riding, my hands have spread and I now wear a size 7 glove rather than my earlier size 6. Can you give me guidance on this? Thanks so much! Barbara
Dear Barbara, I wish I could, but I too am not sure what you should do. Maybe you should get a sm and a reg. and see which fits and send the other back as a wrong size??
Sheesh wrote on the qvc blog (Rolling Bangle Bracelet Review): OK, I measured my Small. It’s not easy to measure! I put the bracelet on a piece of white paper and took a pen and followed the inside circumference of the bracelet in a circle, then I measured it multiple times. It’s 7-1/2″. My hand measures 7-3/4 at it’s widest and it is an easy slide on for me, as the flesh is somewhat flexible. Hope that helps.

Dear Tylerpoo the peasant blouse is scheduled along with the skirt….but since the skirt is a reorder they posted it early.
I just had to write. When I received the three fish necklaces I had ordered – the white, green and red – I loved them so much I had to order the blue and the yellow. Then, when I saw the tee shirts with the “studs” on the shoulders, I felt compelled to buy four more, though I already have every color. I adore those tee shirts – and can’t wait for the new necklace that you showed that will complement them. You are the best, Louis.

I have been a customer for some years now and love your designs. I own a gold and sage jacket with the zipper that goes around the collar and all the way down the jacket. I recently wore it and the bottom of the zipper broke and I lost the pull with the whole zipper. Wishing to replace this piece and hoping you could help me. I tried to paste a picture of it here but not having luck.

Dear Jean…..I looked up the jacket by the style number and yes, I remember the jacket. Since the zipper on the lapel and down the front was just ornamental and not functional which zipper are you talking about? on the sleeve or on the pocket? Do you want a totally new zipper? What color is the zipper? Gold, Antique Gold or Brass?
I just checked my two jackets in this style and, as Louis said, there is no pull on the zipper as it is ornamental only and the single zipper goes from the bottom front of one side all the way up and around the lapels and collar and down the front of the other side–it does not zip up. The jacket fastens with metal antique gold domed buttons.
Dear Louis…You know, I guess I never realized that it didn’t zip. I did however, have a zipper at the bottom that did fall off. not on the sleeve or pocket. I have those zippers. but there was a zipper pull that went all the way down.I was showing it off to my friends and they were admiring it. I had one woman try it on. Later, I noticed the ornamental single zipper was gone. I trust Sheesh’s color choice since she has the jacket also. Metal antique gold. Thanks for any help.
Jean, there is no ornamental zipper pull on the vertical zipper trim. There are small rectangular zipper pulls on the horizontal zippers on the pockets.
You are correct Shelia, there was no zipper pull at the bottom of the jackets. If you search the style number on QVC it shows the jacket very clearly and there was no pull so I’m not sure what Jean is looking for?

That is a fabulous jacket. I can see why you like it. I like a shorter, fitted jacket and I still like the look of the zippers on clothing.
Can we expect any new Linea Leisure hoodies or jackets on the horizon to coordinate with the Leisure knit pants?
Also, tell your web design person that the top menu has overwritten the archive drop down list on the right side of the page in white font, making it invisible and impossible to click on archive list.
Dear Maureen, there are no hoodies coming in the near future……I’m not sure if I understand what you’re saying about the “top menus overwritten the archive drop down list”? This is not something I use so I don’t even know where it is????
The archives is on the right hand side of this page under Posts. In the past you were able to click the down arrow of the achives and pull up all previous sneak peeks and it went back for a few years.
The posts section only allows a set number of posts. So after that limit of
posts is reached you can no longer see the older posts. In the past they all moved to archives where we could search older posts and past sneak peeks.
Hi, Louis. The A302604 Wild Flower Skirt with Ruffles is back in stock in Sapphire! Wasn’t expecting that. What other surprises do you have for us in Sapphire?
There is also a new peasant type blouse to replace the cold shoulder version. Even thought the cold shoulder blouse did well….cold shoulder blouses slowed down so they didn’t want to invest in it again even thought it could have been reordered……so it’s similar without the shoulder exposure.

I would really appreciate a return of style A219799, the python print faux wrap top. Please don’t change a THING about the style or cut. A palette of muted digital camos, brushstroke, or heathered tiny checks would be nice. I’m just not a fan of the technicolor floral prints and boxy, blousy, embellished styles.
I wear that top in the olive all the time. If my suitcase is open, that top is in it! The fabric does not cling and it has a soft matte finish. Also, the wrap design is slimming and flattering. It seems we have little trouble getting hard to score reservations and good tables when I am wearing Linea!

I also love the faux wrap knit tops and have them in all the colors, including a spare of the green top. I would love a return visit of that too in New abstract prints.

I have many pieces of your fabulous jewelry. I really wanted the Tangiers set, but having a big chest, I know the necklace would not be flattering, even though the earrings alone are fabulous.. Is there anyway you would consider doing the earrings separately, either the same or similar style? I would purchase every color.

Dear Rosemary……take really good care of those jackets!!!!!LOL. If you are referring to the boucle jackets with the beautiful embroidery….yes I remember them all well. I have them in storage and have not given them away. Unfortunately, I can not do jackets like that for QVC anymore. They would be more than double the price.Some were covered with emb, and the famous topper had the roses and dripping wisteria……As I said take good care of them. They are collectors items!

Dear Gloria…..it is not mine. I did mention to my buyer that neither the pant nor the sweater were listed…..typical……I told her how is anyone going to know where to go to buy the pieces they so beautifully photographed if they aren’t listed. The photo was taken down before she could answer me!

Gloria, the sweater is Isaac Mizrahi’s but the top underneath is Louis’ A347453 in white with black lace trim. They pushed the sleeves of the sweater up so that the lace trim on the top would show through. The windowpane pants were Joan Rivers but Louis’ windowpane pants with the lace trim would look even better. It’s very pretty in the picture but I don’t know how comfortable it would be with the sleeves of the sweater pushed up and the bell sleeve of the top pulled to peek through.

I received the Tangiers in silver and Venetian necklace in ice .. Tangier’s is over the roof gorgeous and Venetian is a good everyday necklace. So light in weight yet making a statement. And love love all the new spring pieces. Got multiples of everything, esp the ivory blazer and pant. Superb! Eager to get the fish yet. Also got the pink and mint multi bead necklaces – can’t wait to see what they were designed for.
I happened to see that the boho skirt is coming back and in new colors – fuschia, orchid.. oh my my.. love the brights .. I missed on all the brights coz o didn’t know about lines two years ago!! Have all the neutral colors though. Are they for spring or summer?

Unfortunately that is not true, and there are no new colors listed on the Linea site, because no new colors were ordered. The selling on the boho skirt has slowed down, and I’m afraid they will not be reordering the skirt anymore.
Oh no!! When I open up the skirt in qvc app on my phone, I see fuchsia, boysenberrry, paprika and rhubarb listed but crossed out meaning yet to be available. That’s how I usually see items that are yet to come. I wish I could attach a screenshot here but I don’t think I can. Are they old colors then? I stumbled upon the info after reading the Q’s fashion forum. I might have made a recent comment about a ruffled front sleeveless polka dot (blk/white) that I own and was going to pull out to use with the newest blazer. The newest ruffled blouse had made me think about it. I think it would go well with the WP crops and a shrug or topper over the blouse similar to the Q’s rendition.

Hi, Louis. Now that I am your “unofficial assistant designer” after the success of the Silver “Sheila” Carnival necklace (LOL), may I suggest another jewelry item for you to consider? If the reorder of the Rolling Bracelets go well, why not a tri-tone version (a la Cartier) in two colorways: Gold/Silver/Copper; Gold/Silver/Gunmetal. I would definitely buy one of each!

Fantastic, Louis. I think that the shiny bangles don’t need diamond cutting and personally I’d save the manufacturing cost, but you decide. Perhaps the diamond cutting on the Copper Ox pieces (on the Gold/Silver/Copper Ox) and diamond cutting on Silver Ox pieces (on Gold/Silver/Gunmetal). So each “set” would have shiny and diamond cut “matte” pieces together–but I wouldn’t add the cost unless it “shows up”. You’ll know when you play around with your samples. It’s all about the creative process, right? But I do very much like the idea of shiny and diamond cut “Ox” pieces together. Surprise us—we always love what you do! Now you need another 1 hour jewelry show so the roller sells out and you can reorder the multi-color batch!

Thank you so much for making more clip earrings. I have never had my ears pierced, and have suffered through times when there were not a lot of choices. Thankfully, it is easier now, and I am especially happy to have some from you to go with my other Linea jewelry.
Yesterday, when I tried to get on this website, a notice came up saying your site was “suspended”, with no further information. Happily, today it came up with no trouble, but I was worried I might not be able to see pictures and information of upcoming things. And also not be able to know when items can be ordered ahead of showing, or when they are not shown on air. Fortunately, I think it was a fluke.
It was actually my fault. My “Host” provider was sending reminder bills to my old e-mail address and I didn’t see them. I was as surprised as you. One phone call and a credit card update solved the problem in seconds.

Dear Louis, I too ordered the 4-earring pierced set and received the clip version. They were returned, and went on the waist-list since the pierce was no longer available. My wait-list for the pierced was recently cancelled by QVC, and now I read they will be coming back to fill the wait list. Waitlist is no longer open. What do you suggest. I really want the set.

Dawn you know I am partial to certain colors….I always do colors that will work with one another, even accent colors. So far SAPPHIRE is a main accent color that I will continue for next fall in the reorder leather/knit jacket so the scoop neck 3/4 sleeve sweater and the v-neck sweater and the sapphire pant will ALL work.
I hope there will be a sapphire WK turtle neck.

I’ll probably pick up the elbow sleeve in the Sapphire. It took some time for me to go for the Red ponte pants but now I know how well the the Scarlet TN & color block Poncho will go with the pants.
Jacs’ black suit, blk/ivory bc pants & the newest Ivory blazer and slim pants give me a lot of mixing options with both the Sapphire and Scarlet.

Dear Barbara…..I think today it is alright to mix whites and ivory’s. There are some who think everything must be a perfect match, but I am not one of those people. If it works for you then it works. Your opinion is the only one that matters!

I just had to share my excitement. If you recall, I was stalking the long grey cardigan. I love the sapphire elbow sleeve top so would’ve been happy with the sapphire long cardigan instead. Well, one grey became available yesterday and I grabbed it while I could. Yay!! That should suffice, but I still may look for the gorgeous sapphire cardi too. 😊

Just finally catching up and wanted to let you know how much I love my new winter-into-spring stuff!! I ordered the new ponte skirt in all colors and went back for a second winter white. My favorite ever skirt of yours was the ponte drawstring–I think this might be my new favorite. So unbelievably flattering, but also with enough stretch to allow for a nice lunch, too! I also ordered the new elbow sweater in three colors and it’s the ideal transition piece. Looks great with distressed jeans, high heeled pumps and layer upon layer of your jewelry. I went way out of my comfort zone and bought the lace trimmed plaid pants. Why do I ever doubt you? They’re so cool and “designer”–I love them with a white button up shirt and also with just a white tee. Great “who knew” piece. Finally I bought the new faceted bead necklace in all three choices. Love them all, but really drawn to the pink version. Looking forward to your February shows–thank you as always for helping me to look much more “effortlessly chic” than I really am!
Kate….It’s so good to hear from you. It’s been way to long……Don’t worry me! I glad you love the things you got, and I’m especially glad you loved the window pane pant. It was one of my most favorite items and I fear one of the most underrated.

Since this is a sweater and the jacket you referenced is a fabric with seams it would not be possible.

She took the subway from Long Island to the garment district to sew for Teal Traina for years and years…She taught me how to tailor…. What a blessing she was!!!! Louis, I’ve been loving your A302563 whisper knit sweater with the pockets. I wore them all summer but am still wearing them through the Winter. That style has become my go-to choice for Winter because it’s warm enough for our cold weather…but because of the open scoop neck and 3/4 sleeves it is still cool enough working inside at the office with the heat going full blast Florida style, LOL. Is there a chance that might be reordered? I bought every color except the linen which I returned because it didn’t do so well with my coloring. Would love this style in more colors! Dear Deborah, that style never sold well from day 1 ???, really don’t know why? Unfortunately it will not be returning.
It was offered a bit late in spring for many of us to buy a sweater. I also had to size down. I love my two in navy and camo. They fill a place in my wardrobe like nothing else. Vy84

Dear Joanne….It is very hard to explain the feel of something ….when you yourself isn’t feeling it. In the knit world when a yarn like this is a fine highly twisted yarn like this rayon/nylon is spun the end result of the knit is a dry cool touch. Whisper knit, which has basically the similar yarn content, is spun differently and the end result is a softer, similar to a cashmere, warmer touch. That’s the best I can explain it. I think when you touch both it will become clearer.
My order has arrived, and I love everything I chose. I especially want to compliment you on your fabric choices, Louis. Your new v-neck, windowpane plaid, floral blouse and lace embellished tunic truly all look so much money for the price. What a great start to Spring!

The new v-neck sweater is wonderful. I love WK, but this knit is different, but just as nice. Do you know when the fish necklaces in the new colors be available?? Look great for spring/summer.

I received your ivory suit last week. I loved it so much I went back on Sunday and purchased the navy version. I love the cool modern fit
of the suit especially the narrow legs. The navy pants look wonderful with a navy v neck tunic in crepe with a split peplum from last spring. Also a perfect match the short sleeve navy round neck whisperknit sweater. I am happy with both suits. Thank you

Louis, I just left a review of the new sweater, but I wanted to let you know that it is my new favorite knit and style in the collection, and I couldn’t love it more. The knit, the cut, everything about it is just sensational, and I hope you’ll design another in this knit for us. I’d love one in a T or roll neck in the same cut which is so amazingly slimming and is perfect over the slim pants. I really am just gobsmacked by this sweater. Bought the sapphire and already went back for the black.

Sarah, I think you will be very pleased with your choice. Believe me when I write that this shade (Sapphire) does not appear that often in the Linea palette. Louis uses all sorts of luscious deep blues, yes, but not this particular jewel tone that delights me. Enjoy your top! The style flatters the body, too.

I’m not a facebook person so I really appreciate your blog. After reading Nedra and Nancy’s post I decided to check your facebook out. I saw I missed a couple of shows so went to look at this morning show with Jennifer and Leah and thought Jennifer looked great. I purchased the floral blouse in red and black too!
I also got some ideas for styling some of my recent purchases.
I saw the red look of Kate’s and realized I have all of the pieces so I may try to be brave and wear all red at once- we’ll see-
