Great news, Louis! After the concerns about not getting the gorgeous new Faux Suede Trench wet, I got really brave and decided to see what happens. I washed mine with Woolite in cold water on the gentle cycle, then threw aside all caution and dried it in the dryer on low heat. I have the Black, and it came out perfectly in every way! No wrinkles, no shrinkage, no streching, no fading, and the beautiful tailoring and nap are unchanged. So, the other Linea Ladies can be assured that if even if the coat gets soaked through, it will dry beautifully and be ready to wear again and again.
Who’d think that such a perfect faux suede fabric would also be easy care? You’re a genius for choosing it!
The Glitterati and Moon Glow Necklace / Earring sets ( the latter which look like real pearls to me ), are listed on the website . But when QVC listed the Moon Glow description the pearls weren’t talked about, only the glass beads .

Hi Louis, I received my Loden Faux Suede Trench and I absolutely adore it! I plan to extend its wearability into colder weather by wearing an ultra thin down vest under the trench. I’m even fantasizing about getting a fur lining made for it.
I have a question though. I remember you said not to wear it as a rain coat. Is it because it is not water resistant? Or is it because the ultra suede will become marred if it gets wet? I’m wondering if I need to be careful not to get it wet?

Ruth I’m so happy to hear you adore your Loden Trench….I loved all of the colors but the Loden was my personal favorite. I was told that the fabric was not to be worn in the rain. That’s all I know. My experience with this fabric is only last years pant so I’m not all that familiar with how it will react to getting wet. Sorry I can’t be of more help. If the weather forecast says rain I’d wear something else!

I just had to let you know that yesterday I received my faux suede trench in vino. As I’ve said, I really debated which color to get as they are all gorgeous. I’m so glad I went with the vino! Such a gorgeous rich color. Now if only the weather will cool down. We are having recorded highs which might have contributed to me deciding not to order another color.
I also received my caramel and DFG blazers. Wow!! Love the colors. The caramel is such a good neutral for me, better than mushroom, so thank you for listening to your Linea ladies and offering it in caramel.
I have to say that I am so disappointed I won’t be getting the caramel plaid blazer. That was my first choice. I ordered I, it went to back order, and now the order has been canceled. ☹️ I am so bummed. I did receive my second choice, the ivory, which I thought would be great for winter/spring. But I sure wanted that caramel. I know it’s not your fault at all. Just frustrated with the Q as I read a lot of ladies had issues with their orders. So frustrating.

Good morning Louis! I came across a recent video of your Trevi coin earrings. I believe it was on the Holiday Channel and Jennifer was not presenting. Well, jewelry sure does show up better on video than pictures. I had my eye on these earrings, but hadn’t bought them. Verde is coming home and I hope it goes well with the malachite. I really think there needs to be a jewelry show! At least, maybe you and Jennifer can have a table full of your current jewelry and go through them one by one on Facebook. That would be so nice. I really appreciate the close up videos of the jewelry you have done as the Q seems to just briefly show the jewelry and not always in a close up.
The sun is shining and the leaves are falling like snow here today. I need to get outside and plant 50 red tulips in my bird garden this weekend as I think the weather is just going to get colder. There is nothing like the burst of tulips and daffodils in the spring to make the heart happy! I love the daffodil row you have planted along your driveway and I keep thinking of doing that one of these autumns (my sons always sigh and say “not another garden project mom!” My husband gives a smile and maybe a bit of a sigh, lol. Thanks goodness I have a lot of muscle at my house to execute my garden dreams.).

Dear Nacy I hung them together and I think they look very good together. I unzipped the jacket and put a black WK tank under it with the new black jet and blue glass faceted bead necklaces….Perfect!
I am SOOO happy with my new blazers, both the big deal plaid and the reorder blazers. The colors are wonderful! And the fit took me some figuring since I am slowly continuing to drop weight. I am SOOO happy with the fit, the fabric, and in the case of the big deal blazers – love the predominant stripes matching up around the jacket. The collarless blouses with the additional scarf are so perfect for the blazers. Took my mushroom and Port jackets to the only soul doing serious alterations up here in way Northern Maine. First adjustment which really needed to happen were the shoulders. I’m confident she knows what she is doing and can’t wait to add them back into my selection of jackets. Stellar tailoring and design Sir, and really love the fabric. Have some of the long trenches from last year which will pair up beautifully. Blazers like these make my mouth water. That’s just me.

Yay I finally got the moss blazer after stalking several days (after I found my package was lost) I don’t know what I was expecting but the blazer just blew my mind! It feels like a nice soft wool and the fit is fantastic. The sleeves are a little long on me but I can just push them up. I am not sure why there are such mixed reviews on the linea website but I didn’t find anything wrong with the pattern (or may be I am not too picky) and I also didn’t notice the Puckering around the pockets. Once I tried your Jac blazer I was sold for life and I don’t buy any other blazers now. Also awaiting the red and caramel blazers.
Yesterday I wore the caramel leather jacket with caramel pointe pants and the shadow floral blouse in magenta. I got so many oohs and aahs and looks from everyone at work and some thought I was ready for a board meeting. Haha.

I just received my Expresso coat which is perfection with the wrong color belt which is Loden green not Expresso
I am so disappointed QVC is sold out in a 14. Is there anyway you could obtain a belt for me. ? My other option is to order the coat in a different size and switch the belts I was so excited to receive the Expresso this has been a bad week for me yesterday I received one of your new necklaces with a broken chain I mailed back to exchange :(.

I just received my faux suede trench coat in Loden. Wow! I knew it would be good, but this is OMG amazing!! I would put your faux suede trench coat up against coats costing thousands of dollars from Burberry, Tod’s, Prada, Louis Vuitton or any of the luxury clothing brands. I expect many “where did you get that trench coat” moments in the upcoming weeks, as I wear my coat with all of my new Linea purchases.
I’m still waiting on the Vino and Black trench coats. There has been a shipping delay on QVC’s end. One that I’m fervently hoping does not turn into a back-order situation. How that could happen when I ordered the coats before the first airing is a mystery to me.
Thank you for a wonderful trench coat. When this trench coat is reordered (because how can QVC not reorder this coat?!), would you please consider making it in camel faux suede? I think it would look fabulous, particularly with all of the other camel items you’ve offered.

OMG, I just received the faux suede trench and I am in love! It is so believable and georgeous! I ordered espresso as I several coats including your long black trench, the navy short trench and the port reefer coat. I went to bed several nights dreaming of what color I would order. I am relieved that I feel I made the right choice for me.
I am home this afternoon as my back is acting up and I needed a rest. Lucky me. The mailman left it at my door so I only had a few steps to retrieve it and I couldn’t wait to open it an try it on.
The espresso color is fantastic with my brown hair. My artist husband would say that the brown compliments the blue in my eyes. I have the dfg faux suede pants but the trench fabric seems even more lux. There is weight to the coat but once on, you don’t notice it and it’s toasty warm.
Also received the red blazer yesterday and that is georgeous as well. You have really made me happy and I can’t wait to wear them. Thanks for your designs and talent.

I wanted to give the ladies a heads up that QVC has drastically reduced prices on a number of items, including some Linea. Search “blowout prices”; the items are not eligible for exchange or return, but if you know your size it’s an incredible deal. I had ordered the cowl neck whisper knit a couple of weeks ago and it is now $11.99. Customer service gave me a credit since it was originally ordered less than 30 days ago. I assume they’re clearing the warehouse.

I’ll never understand why that pant wasn’t successful enough to be reordered, and went on clearance….so it would have to be redone with a new style number, but I’m not sure the buyers would want it again.

Louis,, Have you ever given a thought to making equestrian themed hounds tooth blazers with faux suede on the elbows? You could make them with polyester, rayon and some spandex. Would be nice to design a straight faux suede skirt that is the same color as the faux suede on the elbows and the skirt also be hounds tooth or solid. That would kick it up a notch as I think ladies would love them. I KNOW I would very much so.
I was thinking about the tuxedo and sequin pants you created last year. What do you think of creating a sequined vest to wear with those sequined pants — using the same tiny sequins & spacing as the pants?

I see more jewelry has appeared on QVC website. The new magnetic clasp necklace, (J483112) is that supposed to coordinate with the new button earrings (J483106)? So far only 3 colors are showing for the necklace — goldtone, gunmetal and silvertone. Will they be available in Russian gold and silver ox?

Yes Chris, the necklace coordinates with the pave button. The necklace comes in the three colors. The other colors will go with something else.

Dear Lynn…..when I look at the color cards of the glass faceted beads there are so many gorgeous colors that I know all of them would make beautiful necklaces. I am starting a new group of Glitterati necklaces thought this is not a new necklace for me…..just new colors. The Tan [Latte] worn with the Black Jet look fantastic with the emb. Holiday skirt coming next month. It also looks great with ivory and alabaster and cream. The Cobalt and Black work with the other color of the black tulle and emb skirt. I chose these 3 colors to specifically work with the skirts though they will work with many other things like Sapphire. The Black Jet is a must have and a base to mix with many other necklaces like the new MOON GLOW and the jet tassel that has sold out.. It will mix with so many necklace I’ve done in the past. The Burgundy necklace is iridescent also. It works with olives, loden and all wines including the new cranberry, and port. These are exquisite quality necklaces to be collected. I will always add new colors just because they are beautiful. You will always find something to wear any of them with

FYI, in case you were not aware, there is a problem getting the blazers processed.
I was told I still might get by my delivery date even though still in process after 6 days.
I purchased several items in addition to the three blazers and no movement.
Just that they are upgrading the warehouse machinery. I offered to pay shipping since I purchased during free shipping and customer service said that is
also a no go. Frustrating and I only put up with the inconvenience because I really want your fabulous items.
Anyway I’m thinking I may pay for expedited shipping on the faux suede pants so I do not
have to go through the stress of possibly not receiving your beautiful items. I was one of the ones with terrible experiences last year with purchasing black
blazer and never receiving.

Dear Sarah….the emb. skirt is due in Nov. It is a long 3 tiered black tulle skirt with all over emb…..As far as colors I’ll five you a hint. I’m showing the new 72″ tan which I call Latte mixed with the Black Jet necklace for one skirt, and the black and cobalt for the other…….The faux suede pant should be on the Oct 30th show at 11am…..I am just as frustrated as you with QVC Shipping. I don’t know when they are going to get their act together!

Umbrellas to go with the trench. I’m thinking the trench will replace my faux furs, but they all have hoods. I just shake em out and go again the next day. I don’t think I even have an umbrella. I know it’s not your job to design umbrellas for us but if you did they would be the highest quality money can buy, not to mention chic.😌

The coat is gorgeous. Of course I got the LODEN green, but when I saw the black one, I had to have it, for everyday and as a dress coat to throw over your LBDs in the evening, it’ll be ideal. I love the length, which Leah described as Fingertip. She’s a little taller, so it should fall about knee length or a little above the knee
on me at 5’6”. And imagine the ease of wearing a knee length coat as opposed one that swarms around your ankles and legs. But the VINO came as a complete surprise. It is totally dreamy!!! The black one must come home, I really can’t do without it !🌹Thank you for these indispensables.

I have been privileged over the last many years to purchase and wear many, many of your gorgeous pieces, with never a problem, concern or regret! However, I have just made a serious mistake for which I need now to seek your guidance. I was stupid enough to take my gorgeous long, black trench to the laundry, with the belt still on the coat; it came back yesterday with no belt. May I know, please, if there is a possibility of purchasing a replacement belt, for a 14P in black? Sorry to bother you with my problem, but this coat will last the rest of my life, and deserves its belt ’til the end!
I will ask my manufacturer. It will take a few days to get a reply from China….You should remove the epaulettes when having it cleaned. The come off completely, and you wouldn’t want to loose one.

I already have 7 of your iconic trench coats, but that didn’t stop me from ordering three more yesterday!! Thought I’d just get the black, but I couldn’t resist the espresso & loden green. Looking forward to getting them in a week or so, plus the red and caramel blazers. I also ordered the new Byzantium bracelet & earrings to add to my Byzantine collection (my all-time favorite) and, after hearing Kate rave about the Victorian pieces, I took a closer look and had to have those, too!! I ordered my espresso trench via expedited shipping and got it yesterday. It is stunningly beautiful. I also ordered the vino via regular shipping & it shows it’s backordered. I fell for head over heels for the vino and the espresso and so I ordered them both. I’m having them shipped to my sister in St. Louis since I’m going there next week and will need a coat. I’ll take a coat with me to leave there and bring my two new suedes home with me. I loved seeing so many different models and hosts on both channels wearing them–not that I’m not completely satisfied with your special models–it just drove home the point that these coats work for every age, size and shape woman. Now I’m just hoping my sister doesn’t want one of mine!
I wish they would have scheduled the new blazers for one show, as I’m anxious to see how you are going to style them. Mine have not shipped yet, so it looks like they will not be coming to St. Louis, but heaven knows I have enough blazers, including the port in the gabardine.

As a retired RN and having to wear white all those many years I enjoy ALL of your designs. I have clothes I still wear from your arrival on the Q.. Many coats that I still am wearing..I did not need the trench but love that vino color..So I have one coming my way… I still wear a pink one and black one that have pearls coming down front…Most likely blazers…The compliments ohh la la…. My closet is bulging with linea and my jewelry box is overflowing with your lovely designs. Your clothes take me everywhere I go… Thanks for all the delicious designs..I love the way I look as I do that final look as I go out the door. I am looking forward to new trench…Where I live it will be an everyday coat ..Loved seeing you at your home and I would not want to leave there either..the new arrangement works well. We still see how you put everything together..I am not on Facebook but someone put a link to it on this site and so I was able to view it and I am grateful for that.

I am shocked and disappointed after placing my order for several items:
1. Black Faux Suede Trench size 18
2. Vino Faux Suede Trench size 18
3. Black RegularSuper pull-On Knit Pant Ponte Knit Pant Size 16
4. Black Regular Pull on Boot Cut Pant Size 16
These items all appeared to be in stock when I ordered them Tuesday October 15.
Now, QVC says that they were all over sold or there is a delay in shipment.
I am very disappointed. Why do you advertise these for sale today at QVC and QVC2 if they are oversold?

Since I wan’t there I have no idea when something is oversold, which it shouldn’t be in the first place. You should speak to customer service again, or maybe one of the other ladies has a better idea.
Jeanne, I just checked and the trench is avail in ALL colors in size 18, so I don’t know why they told you they are oversold?
And I forgot to ask what i wanted to ask earlier.. what were the green shoes Brenda was wearing in the show with Courtney Cason this morning? Would you happen to know?

Bought 2 coats last night vino and espresso.. and I saw Brenda this morning in Loden green and felt stupid for missing that color but there was none in my size .. I ordered a size up thinking it would work better with a blazer underneath. That’s still on waitlist though. And the blazer story of kissing the package with all four blazers in it is still unsolved 🙁 I filed a complaint and then kept stalking qvc for the blazer in size 2 .. moss one was on waitlist and I snagged it and then a few days later the yellow became available for a split second .. lucky me I could order. I am scared they will go to back ordered or cancelled as I still haven’t gotten them.
Let’s see. And now I was just thinking I don’t own a black coat I rarely wear black as I love color. But thought this black coat is a must have for any formal occasions as the suede will make the black real dark and polished. But it’s gone in my size haha. The story of my life! Well at least I have two of them unlike the blazers… loved watching all your videos on Facebook and Jennifer on tv. Look forward to more. Thank you.

Louis, I really like the casual, informal videos you do at home! It’s like we are sitting down for a visit with a good friend, which you are! I really liked the up close pictures of the jewelry as I don’t know how many times I was yelling in my head during a QVC show, “Get closer to the jewelry!!!” You really do have to see the jewelry close up to appreciate it. I hope you will show us the grapevine necklace at home??? I am so interested in the wine and gold combination.

Hi Louis. Not only are you designing beautiful clothes that everyone wants to enjoy, but you are learning new ways to share them with us. I was only going to buy one trench–the Loden–but when I saw them I bought three–adding black and espresso! I worried that I should have been more disciplined and decided on two, but you are right that two is really like buying one coat in a store, and I could never find anything as nice as yours! These colors will make great outfits with what I have of yours. Thank you so much, and enjoy the storm safe and sound at home.
Ordered the larger of my two sizes in the black of the trench. Wow. It is gorgeous. I have quite a few of your trench coats and was hesitant to order. That would have been a mistake. This coat is exceptional. I thought Jennifer did a great job. When you couple her presentation with your facebook videos, it is a great combo. I enjoy seeing you in your home and controlling how everything is presented. I was concerned when you stated you wouldn’t be dong the on air presentations, but this arrangements is more intimate and informative. I love your fall collections. Thank you for all that you do. Now, I have to decide if I need the espresso.
Ceicei…..I’m not trying to enable, but when you think about it, the price of two of these coats is what one good coat would cost in the store, and these are faux sued not some cloth blend……I am much happier with the situation now. Jennifer doing the QVC end and me doing my thing on my website and face book……PLUS Lou [my dog nanny] can take videos of me in my house on my phone so i don’t have to wait for Jen to come up. Now I have to figure out how to transfer them from my phone to my website! and all will be perfect!
I wasn’t going to order the trench coat–I have so many jackets and coats, but when I saw it last night, I succumbed to the vino. They are truly amazing!!! And the suede makes them perfect. This morning I got a notice it was already on its way!!! My orders have been arriving so much later than they used to, that I expected the same here. Maybe Linea Ladies made an impression on them. Whatever the reason, I am excitingly awaiting it. Looking forward to the other new presentations. And I second the mention of how wonderfully Jennifer presented everything. She stays true to what you tell her. Hope you weather the upcoming storm with inconsequential damage.
I am so glad you succumbed….This is truly a special coat, and it shouldn’t be missed…..I don’t know if it will ever come again….Jennifer is definitely coming into her own….We are on the phone all the time discussing what she is selling……..On another note……the WIND is really churning up the sound. The waves are very high and crashing on my patios down by the water. I have to say I love storms as long as they don’t create any damage!!!

Did you take a peek in my closet for tonight’s show? I was so tickled to see all of my purchases on the show ! I am loving my camo blouse and skirt, my espresso wide leg pants, my dill blouse and my olive carnival necklace and also my chain gang necklace and earrings! I ordered the black trench today as soon as it was posted! I have a new wonderful and fabulous wardrobe! I am so overjoyed with all my gorgeous goodies!
