I always do expedited shipping when I am not sure of fit or if I may decide to order another. It avoids buyer’s regret, fear my order may go to backorder and helps me sleep better and reduces my stress level. I didn’t plan to order this but you never disappoint.
Ceicei, since you weren’t planning to order this jacket, but did anyway because you trust me…..than I’m doubly happy you like it and even considering ordering another. All the colors are really pretty, and I will have more to go with them.
Just received black faux suede jacket. Perfect. The fit is wonderful. Ends at my hip joint. Very comfortable and a little roomier for me than the blazers. Quality is amazing.
Going back to order Loden jacket and loden pant. I am 5 x 4 and love that I can cuff it. I thought it would be too short and boxy but actually it is slimming.
Dear Ceicei….how did you get it soooo fast!!!! I am so happy you like it, found the length good and the jacket SLIMMING! So many woman seemed to be apprehensive about the length, the shape and the fact that it has a jewel neckline???? Most Chanel jackets with the fancy braiding and 4 pocket bands are this neckline!. Please let the women on the forum know how you found the jacket to fit and look…..thanks, Louis
Louis ignore bottom repeat if my previous message. I thought very bottom repeat was deleted because it did not show up on my I phone.
Hi Louis
I just got back from business trip with some dressy evenings. Your clothing is so versatile. My whole very small suitcase including jewelry was Linea. My suitcase included:
Linea Black blazer jacket/2 pants. Linea Tuxedo Jacket
Linea A367141 crew neck button front blouse in sapphire and ivory.
Linea A351463 embroidered skirt in black/vivid blue
Linea black whisper knit short sleeve crew neck sweater and Linea WK black turtleneck.
Jewelry included: Black and Cobalt Glitterati Necklace, Twisted Sister in Silver, Byzantium long necklace.
Only thing not Linea – earrings and Armani black silk camisole.
Outerwear since slightly warmer climate. Linea faux suede black trench. Best part because embroidered skirt is longer, I could wear comfortable black boots
Thank you for sharing your talent and taking time to teach us styling.
with slightly block heels. Thanks Louis for your talent. But also taking the time to show us new ways to style your clothing.
with semi block heels.
Thanks Louis for all of your sneak peaks and examples of how to mix and match your clothing. Your extensive talent is much appreciated.
Semi block heels with everthing. Not only did I look good, I was totally comfortable all week.
Joanne…..I willing to wager you were the best dressed and most pulled together woman wherever you went!
Hi, Louis. I wasn’t clear–I meant add a couple of all metallic cords/ribbons in lieu of a couple of suede cords–not put both through the same pearls and beads. Anyway, just a thought for a Black version and way to get new item #. It’s a great looking casual chic necklace that I’d love to have in my wardrobe. Thanks.
Sheila
Louis
I loved Brenda in the “sneak peek” skirt during yesterday’s BD presentation. Will that be in your February 25th show? Also, during the same BD show, Kate was in a jean jacket. I think she was wearing it during the showing of the Super Ponte Pant. Was that a “sneak peek” as well?
I ordered 3 of the BD jackets. I can’t wait to get them home! I love your faux suede and hope you can bring us more pieces. A midi-skirt in this material would be wonderful in the fall.
Michelle
Yes Michelle, the skirt will be on the Feb 25th show and the jean jacket is vintage.
Hi, Louis. I’m just loving the Santa Fe Torsade–it is so casual chic! However, it is not in MY colors. Is it possible to do it under a new item #–Black Suede with a textured gold or silver “ribbon” interwoven (to change it up a bit and warrant the new item #) and then some white pearls and clear crystal beads for the “silver” version, and ivory pearls and golden crystal beads for a “gold” version. Does that make sense–can you see my vision? I would buy both–so many of us would have a use for a casual chic necklace. I have so many Linea pieces this would work with. Thanks.
Sheila
I don’t think they could get a cord and the ribbon though the holes in the pearls and glass beads
Hi Louis
I purchased the butter cream ponte pants. When will you be offering the butter cream shirt and tank? I am looking forward to purchasing.
Dear Joanne the tank and shirt are due for the Feb.25th show
Hi Louis,
I’m struggling to understand how to pair a longer top under a shorter jacket. The BD faux jacket is shorter than say the blazers. How many inches of your top would look proportionate under that jacket? Are there any “rules” about matching colors? Example: I have the longish crepe gauze tank with chiffon trim (sorry don’t have item number) in perfectly pink. Could I pair that with the BD faux suede jacket in perfectly pink?
I appreciate all your designs and the help you give us.
Donna from California
Donna….First take a deep breath and relax. This is nothing to stress over…..and NO…..THERE ARE NO RULES!!! The amount of fabric that hangs below a jacket can vary a lot. For instance you can have a tee shirt that hangs below a jean jacket a few inches or a long flowy top the hangs many inches below a jacket like a blazer. It is best to leave the jacket open like a cardigan or the top button or two [depending on he style jacket] buttoned. Imagine my Shantung jacket in the India Pink or Lime with just the top butted and a flow chiffon tunic in a fabulous contrast color, and a great necklace. Remember last year? when I showed the WK crop open front cardigan with the sleeveless
WK matching tunic that was at least 7 or 8 inches longer with the matching WK long and short pencil skirts…….If your pink tunic is compatible with the new P.Pink BD jacket then absolutely yes. They don’t have to match and considering the difference in fabric…they probably won’t, but they should be close. I would wear that look with either a flowy pant like my pull-on off white pant [also came in dill] or my Slim ankle pant or Capri in Navy or black. The right shoe is paramount. I would pick one of the the Charleston Shoe CO banded wedges in navy, black or white. I think once your eye gets used to the “look” you will experiment more. What ever you do….DON”T STRESS and take it too SERIOUSLY!
Hi Louis,
Happy New Year!
I’ve been away from the blog and the forum for awhile, changed jobs and have been immersed in that. Can I say that the clothes I’ve purchased from you since 2008 have served me well in both personal and professional environments. And I’m still a loyal customer even though I haven’t been participating in the discussions. For work I travel to meet with clients and to make presentations and my travel companion for these trips has been my Linea wardrobe. I’m actually typing this while away and I always have the same thoughts when I pact: please don’t let my suitcase of Linea get lost, and look how much I can pack with rolling the clothes up so I get virtually wrinkle free clothes on my trip.
Love your faux suede pieces and am excited about your Big Deal blazer. Ordered two colors — Perfectly Pink and Black. I already have two of your faux suede trenches and will be ordering a third. And now I have a special request for you. I’d love to have the faux suede trench reordered in a realistic leopard print. I’ve searched the internet and have found nothing. I want a sleek leopard trench, not a bulky faux fur.
Can you please consider a leopard suede trench when you reorder the trench? I know I’m not the only one who would go crazy over it. It would look great with your Linea colors. Hope you can do it.
All the best,
Julia/Qulia
Dear Julia….that’s a beautiful idea…..a VERY expensive beautiful idea. I already know that if the solid trench got reordered for next year the price will go up….so it probably will not be reordered. To print on the faux suede would be astronomical…..I don’t even know if the factory who produces the suede fabric has the capabilities of printing. I did do a leopard print trench coat years ago on a brushed cotton that was very successful…..I will look into printing on the faux suede?
Hi Louis,
As I was watching the presentation of the Buttercream Faux Suede Jacket, the “leather” made me think of the pale yellow chamois cloth used to polish cars. Or the pale yellow buckskin suede used by Ralph Lauren in his western style jackets. It’s always hard to discern a color on TV or a computer monitor. Does the buttercream faux suede have any resemblance to chamois suede or buckskin?
Ruth
Ruth in a way yes…..Chamois is actually a stronger and yellower color. I’m not sure what RL’s buckskin color is? so I wouldn’t venture a comparison. I can say it is a much more neutral color than you may think. I found many tops that workrd well with it…..and it’s a refreshing spring and summer color.
Louis
Glad to see the slim faux suede pant coming back. I like the boot cut one but prefer
the slim leg. Thanks for showing the yellow vneck sweater. It was the only one I was missing, and I’ve been
unsure of the color because of the terrible photos. I’ll order it soon and most likely the moss and black new mock turtleneck.
Just need to review my current black inventory. I think the moss will look good with my
port and the port carnival necklace.
I’ll be wearing the blue embroidered skirt to an Aquatic Adventure Black Tie party this weekend.
I was going to wear the latte, but then decided the blue because of the theme. It will be first time
wearing one of the skirts, but I’m looking forward to the compliments that I expect will
be coming my way.
thanks for all you do and I wish they would stop saying you retired.
Your at your studio.
Sarah
Will there be any more pull-on faux suede pants in the slim fit later on? Also, will there be more dark forest green items? I’d love to see the new faux suede collarless jacket in that dark forest green, alabaster, a bright red, and Linea navy.
Yes, the slim faux suede pant will be back in late fall….There’s a new green called PINE for next fall
Been dreaming about pairing the pink jacket with the pink and black floral scarf from last year .. it’s so much easier to just put your pieces together, turns out my wardrobe is quickly turning into a linea showroom haha. I have so many people comment on my outfits which are mostly linea now and of not entire outfit at least one piece, and always wonder which store I shop at haha. Can’t thank you enough. Dressing up is fun and You make it more exciting!
Omg I am swooning over the new sneak peek skirt black with multi floral. And the coordinating jewelry just looks like cherry on top of the cake haha. When is it going to be available? I am worried it ll sell out when I am out of the country for 3 weeks 😂
And I love the way you styled all the ladies in the big deal show. As always after watching the shows I always think I should have got all the colors haha. The pink is just so lovely. Black and Loden green is a great look! Thanks for these lovely pieces.
The skirt is for Feb and the show is on the 25th at 10am
Louis, for some reason, I can’t post a review for the three Grecian pieces I just purchased. Has anyone else tried to post one? I see there are no reviews posted for any of these pieces. Which, btw, I love! I got them in the green patina and the chocolate. The finish on them is extra shiny which makes them very special.
I don’t like bringing you another headache, but maybe it’s something Jennifer can check into while she’s there….
Carol, the people responsible are gone for the day, but I forwarded your message to my buyers. In the mean time post your review on the Linea forum.
Carol….they got back to me and said there is no problem on their end? and that you should try again
Louis,
Does the suede jacket run big? I am 5’3 -120 lbs and I ordered a regular 6. Should I order a size 4? I know the pink will be gone if I get the 6 home and it runs large. I am so excited over this purchase. I do not want to bring both jackets home because of the postage that the Q charges. Thank you so much. God bless – miss seeing you.
Dear Nora….at your height and weight I think I would have said the 4, but I do not like giving size advise because I can only guess. What do you normally order in jackets?
Oh my, the pics on the Q website were quite “interesting”. I hate to complain, but I actually winced this time. Thanks goodness you do style the shows Louis! I’m not sure why they couldn’t have gone the extra mile to put the BD sweaters with the jackets for the pics.
the sad think is they used Linea shirts!…..if that isn’t proof that not everything goes together I don’t know what is!!
Wonderful! Thanks for letting me know. 4 it is!
Ok Louis. Thanks for trying. 😊
Jen just said on her 12:50 am hit that she was wearing a 2, but could easily wear the 4. She’s not particularly busty so it’s easier for her to swing sizes.
Ordered two jackets pink and buttercream and the mock neck sweater in pink, all expedited as I ll be away for 3 weeks starting this weekend! Didn’t want to risk losing sizes 😊
Wow Louis. Once again the Q’s pics of your Big Deal are so awful, in my opinion. Thank goodness for your sneak peeks!
Any word yet on what size Jennifer takes in this? Anxious to place my order as the smaller sizes always seem to go first. I’m leaning towards the 4 instead of 2.
Looking forward to seeing how you style these tonight!
Couldn’t reach her….she’s at QVC for her 12:50 hit on the BD jacket on QVC1 I will text her to mention her size.
Hi Louis. Any black faux suede pants comiviking?
yes…..for late fall…..the slim one

Seka….this is why I style my shows!
My silver tortue necklace broke today. It was a very fine silky thread that broke. I have all the pieces. I know in the past you have provided an address for repairs but I did not pay attention. I also do not have proof of payment since I bought it last year. I am wondering if there is a cost to repair and if I am eligible to send my piece in for repair or do I need to find a local jeweler?
Thanks LouIs for your reply.
Jackie
Dear Jackie…..you can send it to:
Repairs Department
C/O TCJC LLC
3B Industrial Drive
Smithfield, R.I.
02917
Write a brief note stating you are a QVC Linea customer and you are send the necklace for repair. Enclose a check for $8.00 for return shipping. Make sure you enclose your return address. They will take care of this for you. Sorry for the breakage.
Louis–Can you tell us if the shows that are airing for BD on Q2 are all one show repeated all day or if there are multiple shows? I like to record them on my dvr.
Cannot wait to get a BD jacket. I’m going for pink, but is one really enough? Hmmmmm…….
I did get the buttercream pants and I would call the color Gray Poupon. I have lots of shoes that color, so I’m ready to order the blouse and tank. Are they an upsell to the BD, or are they coming later?
Dear Carol…..there are two shows, one on Jan 15th at 9:00pm on QVC2, and one on Thurs. Jan 16th at noon. These are live new shows. There are also live hits of the BD jacket that Jennifer will be doing. As far as I know there are no recorded shows scheduled…..Thee blouse and tank are for next month.
Louis, I agree with Nancy about how wonderful the fleece lined tights are! They really help to keep you cozy.
I was thrilled when my size showed up in the embroidered tulle skirt in blue this morning! I grabbed it and am very excited to have it in my wardrobe. I’m definitely wearing it next Christmas and any other dressy occasion that may come up this year. Thank you for designing something so very lovely and feminine. I think that’s one reason why I like your line so much…it’s very feminine!
Looking forward to the shows this week!
Have a lovely evening. Hugs and love!
Will this years faux suede bootcut pant return next year. I love them as the bootcut is a perfect form me – a bit better than the previous years slimmer calf. If so could you give a guess on potential colors. Thank you.
Sorry Carolyn…..I wish everyone shared your enthusiasm! Being that it is the same silhouette as the very popular Super Ponte Boot Cut pant, and done in the fabulous faux suede….I thought it would be a slam dunk! I was really surprised it’t didn’t sell out, but it didn’t….so no it won’t be reordered.
Hello Louis, I was going in my sweater drawers and I have sweater that look like the new ones coming with the Big Deal faux suede jackets . Is it possible these sweaters were made before?
Dear Sharon, I have certainly done a short sleeve mock neck before….but…..I don’t know if they are exactly the same. I don’t remember if your version was a short sleeve or an elbow sleeve as this new one is, and I don’t remember what weight yarn was used for the one you have. The new one is in the original weight WK ENR which is a little more substantial than the med. weight which I have been using lately.
Just popping in here to thank you for the Ultra Warm fleece lined trouser socks in black and tights in black. I wear the trouser socks every day! With two pair I just keep rotating them. Have them on today under my Linea jeans, paired with hunter green turtleneck swing top. Love the cozy warmth these bring to my legs and with the tights my entire leg. Just a thoughtful touch I greatly appreciate. Started the day at minus 2 and now at 1:30 it is barely 14 up here at the Canadian border with Maine. But my Linea socks and my Linea ENR swing turtleneck are helping me to stay warm. Very thoughtful Louis.
Nancy, I didn’t realize you lived so far north……minus 2!!! It’s a balmy 45 here in CT. If anyone is a judge whether the socks and tights can keep you warm you are certainly on the very top of the list!
Hi again Louis. Looking forward to the upcoming shows. Can you please find out what size Jennifer wears in the upcoming suede Big Deal? We are close in size and that always helps me decide which size to order.
I took the plaid blazers in a size 2 (ivory and yellow – which I surprisingly loved). I got the caramel in a 4 since I couldn’t get the 2 and it works, but the 2 would’ve been a little better.
However, I got the suede trench in a 4 and I definitely would not have wanted it any smaller. I need the room in the shoulders/across the back.
As you may recall, I live in Florida and won’t be layering it over anything heavier than a whisper knit top.
Thanks!
I’ll ask her….I always like coats to be roomier. Especially belted coats
Hi Louis
It’s disappointing that the vneck whisper knit has not sold very well.
I really like it and have done my part by purchasing 3 colors. I’m still
thinking about the yellow too and I did my review finally .
The picture online is not very great. Hopefully it will be shown live again.
I’m looking forward to the shows this week and am interested in the new whisper knit sweaters.
I also noticed 2 new colors for the ombré tops. I get compliments every time I wear them.
I have the red, blue, azure and coral. Both of the new colors looked interesting. When can we expect to see them?
Also i’m very interested in the ivory, sapphire and espresso faux shantung jackets.
You are always giving us some great options.
thanks
Sarah
Dear Sarah…..the new ombres are for late Spring……don’t remember which month?
Hi Louis,
I know I asked about colors for spring/summer and you did answer but I have been drawn to a specific color lately… light blue. It’s incredible how much the color affects me. I just want everything in that color. I even saw a new 2020 car in it and had a fleeting urge to buy it. Then reality sat in and honestly what was I thinking?!?! Lol. Anyway… do you have anything coming to us in light blue, baby blue, powder blue, etc. 😍😍😍
Hugs,
Bernadette
Sorry Bernadette….no Baby Blue…..I have done it in the past and it didn’t sell….I don’t know why but it didn’t
Ah, I thought that might be the case. My “live” presentation will be to Walter then, when my jackets arrive 🙂 Thanks!
Cathy in PA
Dear Louis,
Any chance we might get a Chez Louis video or quick sneak peek video of the coming faux suede jackets 🙂 ?
Cathy in PA
Dear Cathy….the next “Live” face book video is on the 31st. We really aren’t supposed to show the BD in a video before the presentation, but I do get away with my sneak peeks on my web site. There was a time when I was told not to do my sneak peeks until a day before we sold them, but now QVC does “SNEAK PEEKS” all the time!
Hi Louis! I’m just wondering if you did a sneak peek of your Santa Fe faux pearl torsade. It’s available now, with free shipping, so was hoping to see a pic. For some reason I thought you had done a sneak peek but I can’t find it. Was it in one of your videos?
I also want to say I picked up several jewelry items right before Christmas when many items were on sale. Got the flower blossom necklace in black, the grande tassel in amber, two sets of the crystal button earrings…just to name a few. Gorgeous pieces!!
Thanks!
Melissa
Hi Louis
I purchased this season your A366197 Linea Whisper Knit V neck sweater in yellow as well as navy. Will you be bringing back this style in other colors? If so, could one of the colors be black and possibly alabaster? This sweater is very flattering and I also love v neck sweaters.
Joanne….it only sold fair so I doubt it will be coming back?
Perhaps we might wish for matching Whisper Knit scarves, gloves and hats (Berets) – for the Trench Coats.
Free shipping and easy pay on all items on the Q today!
Hi Louis,
What color are the pearls in the buttercream #J485358 Santa Fe Faux Pearl Torsade necklace?
Beautiful necklace!
Ruth
Ruth they are a cream which is the closest I could find to buttercream. The faceted glass beads are more in the actual buttercream family
Carolyn,
Thanks for the great suggestions…..the island has my heart too! We are staying a short walk from Bowman’s beach so the shelling is calling my name! Met a sweet lady my first visit years ago and she taught me about the different shells, so I love hunting during my strolls on the beach and practicing the Sanibel Stoop! I will think of you as I hunt for treasures 😎
This conversation about shells brings back wonderful memories….When I use to visit my parents in Florida many many many years ago my mother and I used to take long walks on the beach collecting shells. We talked and talked and talked. I never felt closer to my Mom than when we took those walks on the beach, just the two of us. I know she enjoyed them very much too. She would say to me, “are you in the mood for a walk”……I always happily said yes………..I still have some of the shells we collected.
Ahhhh .. Sanibel and Captiva. They have my heart especially in the winter. Many spring / fall stays have been on those islands. WK would work but be aware of the humidity. Cool temps with high humidity lets you know to layer up. May you enjoy your stay and practice the Sanibel Stoop when ever you can (Bowman’s Beach is a good spot if you take the boardwalk and turn left! Rauschenberg lived (home and studio) on Captiva until the hurricane. He stayed during the great storm and was helicoptered off as soon as it was possible.
Ahhhh .. Sanibel and Captiva. They have my heart especially in the winter. Years of spring / fall stays have been on those islands, white sand and usually clear green water. WK would work but be aware of the humidity. Cool temps with high humidity signals you layer up. Take a boho skirt – any of them and the new embroidered slightly boho would work too. His property is now an artists residence.
Dear Louis, I do not know if any of the linea ladies have found this, I ordered the new sooner Ponte in buttercream, the whisper knit cardigan and v-neck in butter form abt 5 years ago are a close match. A beautiful outfit. Thank you for all you do for the Lunea ladies. God bless
One of the ladies pointed out that the vanilla pebble crepe tunic is an exact match to the buttercream…..what’s in a name?….LOL
Thank you for answering……….I thought I had read where so many of your ladies love it for year round Sanibel is of the coast from Ft Myers Maybe you are more familiar with Captiva Fla. They are on the same island and just a wonderful winter retreat especially if you like shelling and like the “old Florida” atmosphere We love it and have been going for quite a few years even before retiring. I think one of NBC weatherman had a home on Captiva years ago and this “put it on the map.” I know you like being so close to the water and this is great for us land locked folks!
Looking forward to your fashion show next week!
Louis,
I am a WK newbie so I am curious if the long v neck sweater is a good choice for a trip to Sanibel Florida next month? I am wanting to wear it with shorts (yours of course) or white jeans or maybe a white lace split skirt (Issac’s). I have the yellow and the red. What do you think? Thanks for your expertise 😎😎😎.
I would say yes….If it is warm you can always tie it loosely around your neck or waist and then when you go into an air conditioned place you will need it. Most of my southern women wear WK in the summer so now that it is winter in Florida I would again say yes. I don’t know exactly what part of Florida Sanibel is?
Louis, Elaine and I were wondering if you could make the coat Karen Bjornson is wearing in the Harry Benson photo for QVC??
Somersault…..It was a beautiful coat, but you have to be a certain body type to wear it well. We only sold it up to size 10. It would not be good in very large sizes, therefore not a good design for QVC.
Louis, In the photo with you and Donna K. sitting on the floor – the model the photo is wearing a long Sweater Coat – probably Cashmere – it looks beautiful – would this be a Whisper Knit possibility.
It was actually a woven wool and cashmere coating with a draped front. Way to complicated to achieve for QVC. I know it looks very easy and simple, but it was very meticulously draped to make it look so nonchalant, but I’ll think about it.
Thanks Louis! I will be getting her the matching mockneck too!
Hi Louis
Happy New Year!! Well I finally did some reviews, I’ll do a few more
later this week- I got lazy and had not done for awhile.
Just thought I would share an experience I had with my nieces during the holidays.
My 18 and 19 year old angels were going through my closet picking out my
Christmas eve/Christmas day outfits. All of a sudden one of them says ‘ I had no idea that all of your clothes were one brand’
She asked me which store sold Linea. I told her that my friend sells his clothes at QVC.
He also makes beautiful jewelry that coordinates, and helps me put together nice ensembles.
They were impressed and were pleased with the ensembles they put together for me using your clothing and jewelry.
Thanks for treating us so special. I’m looking forward to the new mock necks. I love the v neck long sleeve tunics. I have three and still
thinking of buying the yellow. Looking forward to the upcoming shows.
Sarah
Sarah, that’s a very sweet story. I’m sure they picked very interesting outfits from a teenagers perspective. Sometimes when I was putting my shows together I would have Jac and two other models come in and put looks together the way they wanted without any influence from me. They would combine things I probably wouldn’t have immediately thought of so it was a good lesson for me to look at the collection through fresh eyes. That’s why I love it when the Linea Ladies put things together that I hadn’t thought of…..It’s also much easier when, as your nieces pointed out, you coordinate the outfits from one brand. It’s one design philosophy and the colors, styles and patterns always seem to work. It’s much easier.
FYI – Posted on Q – Sante Fe Faux Pearl Torsade Set.
https://www.qvc.com/Linea-by-Louis-DellOlio-Sante-Fe-Faux-Pearl-Torsade-Set.product.J485358.html
Thanks so much for doing that Somersault!
Happy New Year, Elaine
Louis, I posted 3 of them to your personal facebook page! Congratulations! Elaine, so glad you were able to go. Thanks for reporting back! My favorite is Louis sitting on the floor……………handsome devil! oxoxoxo Cat
Hi Louis,
If you go to the Staley-Wise website site, under the heading PRESS, scroll down and you will see the photo I mentioned.
Though they are not all on the website there are 4 photos, you are in two of them.
I had shown my husband Dan the website and he said,…you have to let Louis know!
Quite handsome indeed, no wonder Jac thought you were cute!
Elaine
Hi Louis,
If the Midas necklace does well would you please do one in turquoise? I love gold and turquoise!!!
Hugs,
Bernadette
Good morning Louis,
Went to the Harry Benson “Golden Age of Fashion” exhibit yesterday.
Loved the coat you designed that was modeled by Karen Bjornson, could wear it today!
The exhibit left me wanting to see more especially of you and your designs.
The photos were priced between $4,000 to $8,000! (That’s a lot of Linea!)
Looking forward to next week’s shows.
Elaine
Hi Elaine….I thought there was only one photo being presented of me, Donna and a model named Susan
Hi Louis, will the BD jacket be sized numerically or S, M, L…? I will be getting the PP jacket as a gift for my sister who is a plus size & it’s harder to figure out which size to get her when it’s numerical. Usually I get her 2X’s but she’s lost a little weight so I could probably go with the 1X if that’s how it’s sized.
Thanks!
Dear Julie, the jacket will be numerically sized.
A268216 however you have answered my question so many thanks!
BTW, the espresso has not been reordered.
I noticed the ponte pant is coming in Espresso-are there other items that will be available in this color? Thank you.
Lee, which pant is coming in Espresso….I don’t remember. There is a Moss Crepe reorder top that is coming back in Espresso and one or two more items this spring.
Dear Louis,
The new Big Deal faux suede jackets are sensational! Walter came over to look at the screen and “see what Louis made for us” … he’s on board with at least 2 colors but I bet I can sneak one extra in 😉 Buttercream is my first choice; a lovely and hard to find color; I’d boost that to an essential color if I could. I think you talked me into the matching pant! Now to choose the other colors. Pink I think, as it goes with nearly every pant color, so wonderful in a suitcase. The Black looks almost like velvet … mmm! Thank You !!!
Louis
I’m so glad to hear that the ponte crop pants have been reordered. Thanks for the good news and the quick response!
Michelle
Louis,
Is the lining on the BD a woven or a knit? Will it be the same fabric as the new blouse?
Dear Nan….it is a woven. It’s the same satin I put in all of my jackets and blazers. It is a different quality from the blouse.
Louis, I am so excited about the upcoming big deal !!!! All buttercream, perfectly pink, and
Black are on my shopping list. Perfect choices for Spring. I have so many errands coordinating pieces already, this will give me some wonderful new clusters of color heading in to 2020. What gift! THANK YOU!
Hi Louis
Will the faux suede jackets be available prior to your appearance on Jan15.
Dear Joanne, they usually don’t pre sell Big Deal items, but you never know with QVC. I would think it would be avail the morning of, but again that’s up to QVC and we never know when they post thing. Usually you ladies inform me when something is posted! LOL
Happy New Year Louis
I just received a new catalogue from Chico’s. They have a faux suede jacket that looks quite similar to your upcoming Big Deal. It sells for $129. I would guess you have a lower price point than this. Look for to your presentation.
Dear Chrystene, since all of my “jackets” and blazers have been priced below $100, I am sure the Big Deal faux suede jacket is also.
