After many names were suggested, and after my manufacturer and the QVC team investigated which names had not been registered already, [ many had to be eliminated because they were already registered], the decision was to call the new On Line Only silk/cashmere group…….”POSH KNIT”………………….we all felt it was very descriptive of the luxurious feel of the beautiful silk and cashmere blend sweaters. I like the name “POSH” because it’s a word we don’t use or hear too often……….it’s right out of an F.S. Fitzgerald novel…………This group of “OLO” sweaters will be avail this Oct……just in time for the chilly weather and the start of Holiday buying……………the “Whisper Knit” and the “Linea Ponte”  OLO groups will be avail in September. It would have been TOO MUCH to offer them all at once and the factories need lots of time to manufacture sweaters correctly………..if there are any other updates….I will keep you posted!…………………..enjoy…………much Love………………..Louis

A72448, the WHISPER KNIT TURTLE NECK is now avail in the VIOLET……I know some have already purchased it sight unseen, so I thought I should post this collage of the VIOLET color so those of you who were going to wait for the show could get an advanced look. The new colors are always the first to sell out. The color is a wonderful deep saturated accent that will work with many things you already own……a pair of jeans is all you need. The new purple pearls are also featured along with the up coming WHISPER KNIT PENCIL SKIRT made in the Every Needle Rib…..All the info on the skirt will be coming…………..remember, if you want it….don’t wait for the show or it will be gone for another year!……………..enjoy………………much Love…………….Louis

Hello Everyone………since the V-neck WK sweater, A217629, has been posted without pictures….I thought you would want to see what the new colors look like…………the first is……………..RUBY……….this WILL be an important color for Linea collectors….hint….hint……………..This is a BEAUTIFUL PURE DEEP RED. It is not too BLUE, nor is it too ORANGE. It should work for almost everyone…..even red heads! If you own it, you already know how fabulous a BASIC sweater it is…..and they are the hardest things to find. If you haven’t tried one yet I suggest you go to the Linea site and read all of the reviews, and check out the measurements………..these are like potato chips…..you can’t have just one! I would also suggest, if you are really interested in purchasing one…..don’t wait for the presentations on the 26th of August. The next new color for the A217629, V-neck WK sweater is………………….WALNUT…………….First, let me say to all of you who own Walnut W Knits from last year…………..this year the walnut is deeper…..still a BEAUTIFUL RICH COLOR, as those of you who have already received it know……..but it isn’t quite the same as last year……………………that’s normally what happens from year to year dye lot to lot. I have it paired with the chocolate ABSTRACT print skirt from last year, which happens to be on clearance………….This was and is still one of my favorite prints, and is more in fashion now then when I first presented it. Going forward, the WALNUT, is going to be an important accent color to novelty tweeds and checks coming in the fall……………….The “V” on this sweater is really what makes the sweater. It isn’t too low for the more conservative customer, but it also isn’t too high for those of you that want a younger sexier look……..I think it covers ALL bases to everyone’s satisfaction……………….not an easy feat….LOL!…………….enjoy……much Love…………..Louis

The last NEW color of this season for the A217629, WK V-Neck sweater is……………..NAVY………..and yes it is the LINEA DEEP, DARK NAVY BLUE……sometimes the flash distorts the color, but I try to keep all of my navies the same, or as close to as possible…..otherwise it will have a different name………….Sorry there isn’t one picture without the necklace, but by now you have a good idea of what the V looks like……I know you will ask….so let me save you the time…….YES….those are NEW PANTS, and they will be on one of the Aug. 26th shows…..if all goes well…………the color name is ……….CAVIAR…….and that’s ALL I’m saying for now!!!!!!!!!LOL……………………
