Need your help!
I have been in contact with my buying team about this business of not getting your orders even thought you ordered early. They said it would be extremely helpful if you give me your order numbers to give to them so they can follow up, plus the style numbers of the garments………They are really trying to get to the bottom of this. It isn’t their department or responsibility, but it’s their business that gets hurt…..not the ordering and shipping departments, so they ARE concerned about this situation. The more info the better!
