In the photos above, the NAVY combination is featured. The third and final color is…………………….CORAL…………………….THE SHIRT and THE FLORAL BOHO SKIRT make a wonderful summer two piece DRESS. The  MIX of the crisp COTTON next to the soft and flowing GEORGETTE is truly DESIGNER………….My GOLD HAMMER LINK and multi COLOR BEAD NECKLACE and EARRING is just the right touch…..LIGHT….but BOLD…..this is what BOHEMIAN CHIC is about……….when in doubt…..pair THE SHORTS with my ESSENTIAL COTTON SHIRT, A214116….the light CHAMBRAY BLUE co9lor looks fantastic with the CORAL and the NAVY……Are you in a summer frame of mind yet????? I can taste the pistachio ice cream!

The FLORAL CARDIGAN, A233856, is the last piece in my new FLORAL TRILOGY. It is 100% cotton, it has 3/4 length sleeves and will be avail. in the CORAL & NAVY combinations only. The printing process for knitted sweaters and woven fabrics is slightly different and the sweater print mill can not use as many screens as the woven mill so one color had to be dropped, but with overlapping screens……it’s hard to find the missing color. Another difference between this floral cardigan and the woven pieces is…………this print was ENGINEERED and placed where I wanted each flower to fall…..with engineered printing….everything is matched. Once again, I have used contrast gros grain ribbon to trim the plackets, only this time CRISP WHITE is used for both colors. I have simply put the sweaters with either a color tank and a white Capri pant, or a vintage white bodysuit and the new WHITE BOHO skirt. My BYZANTINE CROSS and BYZANTINE COLOR BEADS works beautifully with both sweaters……………The LINEA SUMMER is looking BRIGHT and LIGHT HEARTED………………………………………..

The GAUZE KNIT DRAPE FRONT CARDIGAN, A233859, is the last in my series of “Gauze Coverups”. The YARN, the GAUGE and the CONSTRUCTION is the same as A233181, the GAUZE SHRUG. Since SWEATERS and SUMMER is somewhat of a dichotomy, but sometimes very necessary, I believe this is the perfect answer to ward off unwanted chills. If you own the shrug you know how GOSSAMER the fabric is. It is just the right weight to shield the skin from the night air or air conditioned rooms. The cardigan has a DRAPED FRONT, which is very feminine and lush looking. Wear it belted or free, depending on the look you are going for at the moment…………The colors above are………………….WHITE……………..THYME……[a soft leaf green]………….a mid shade…..not washed out, but not too strong……a new neutral. I have shown the Thyme with my AMBER [Golden Brown] jewelry avail on the Linea Jewelry site. The white is shown with the GOLD WAVE necklace and earring. For my travelers……….this is the ideal piece to take away. It can be worn casually or over a dress in the evening when going to a wonderful restaurant. The GAUZE DRAPED FRONT CARDIGAN, A233859, is not only BEAUTIFUL….it is very USEFUL……SUMMER SWEATERS……….ABSOLUTELY……………During the hottest days of the summer , we all look for a comfortable air conditioned place to escape. The skin needs to be shielded from the cold air and drafts that we always seem to sit under in movie theaters or restaurants…………….even driving in our cars!…….. If the knit looks familiar, it is the same YARN, GAUGE and CONSTRUCTION as the A233181, GAUZE KNIT SHRUG,….that many of you have fallen in love with. The very fine boucle yarn and the loose knitting….. combines to make the perfect summer coverup. It is slightly sheer, but just thick enough to give you the protection you need, and still it is light as air. The silhouette is easy with the draping down the front, starting at the back of the neck…..just to add a little glamor. Wear it loose and easy or cinch it in for a dressier more dramatic look. I have featured the………..BLACK……….. sweater above with my TOBACCO TANK with the ribbed bottom, avail in black and ivory also, and my BLACK KNIT COTTON/SPAN LEGGING. This all makes the perfect backdrop for my new TORTOISE NECKLACE and matching EARRING…..they are light as a feather so layering two necklaces will not be a burden…..it’s very “GLAM”.
