……………………..”THE BLACK DRESS”…..or to be specific…………The “LBD”……….A254318……….This dress will be first presented on MAY 5th, during PM Style. It is made in my RAYON/SPAN fabric. I say my rayon/span, because this is the particular quality of rayon/span I always use. I am not aware of anyone else on QVC using this specific quality….This is a superior fabric because fine yarns are used to achieve this weight which equates to a smoother, and more costly fabric………..The dress has a FIT & FLARE” shape which is created through the use of princess seams, and a slightly empire seam to give a nice torso shaping and flow to the skirt…..It has a COWL NECKLINE, but not overly draped, just enough to create a nice soft neckline which can still accommodate long necklaces beautifully. I would think this would be a good dress for all of my “pears” and probably my “apples” too…I would recommend ordering you normal Linea size since I am not aware of it running large or small, but always check your click here measurements….For me, the sweep of the skirt is perfectly balanced, not too much and not too little………..The LENGTH OF THE DRESS is approx. 40″ to 40 1/2″ ……….This is really an all purpose dress…..an all or no occasion dress………Worn with a jacket, shrug or cardigan, you can wear it to work or a night out…..a wedding….graduation….anywhere…………A great TRAVEL DRESS?….YES…..packable and machine washable. A FOUR SEASONS DRESS?…..YES……Wear it now in the spring and throughout the summer with a pointed toe black patent sling back heel………………come fall…….a black sheer hose…yes I said sheer……….an opaque………or even a “FANCY’….maybe it’s time for you to experiment………just for the fun of it!……..I saw three young girls the other day wearing short shorts and all were in fancy hose……fashion does trickle up from the streets to main stream….it’s definitely happening………….When OLD MAN WINTER comes back, and we know he will………get out the black opaque tights and beautiful suede or calf boots……………There really is no end to the ways you can wear and accessorize this dress……I have chosen two strands of my J284043, gray glass faceted bead, 72 inch necklace with the J284042 matching drop earring…..The gray is the only color this necklace is still avail in, but I’m sure not for long……….a heads up…..there will be GRAY FOR FALL, and this necklace is going to be “KEY” to finishing the look……………………………….scroll down………………………………………..enjoy………………………much Love………………………………….Louis
