Many want to know what this new color “TAUPE” looks like in the HYDRANGEA PRINT top…. so here it is. The background is actually smoke with shades of taupe flowers including TWIG. There is also WHITE and BLACK to make it easy to coordinate. The skirt is a new poll-on  fabulous RAYON/SPAN SKIRT in the TWIG color [sneak peeks will come]…..all will be on the Feb. 14th show. ………………..THE WAIT IS …..OVER!……….The CRINKLE GEORGETTE SAFARI SHIRT & TANK, A214117…..is in! …….From what I understand many are in “process” now. For those of you who own the shirt, are collecting all of the colors….the SMOKE is off wait list and ready to order………….What color is SMOKE?………..If you own the Posh Knit or the WK in the pewter the color is very very close……If you own the gray in the FEATHER JERSEY…..like the tank, pant, maxi skirt or short pull-on skirt…..the colors are as close as any two colors in different fabrics can get…..in other words….YES….you can definitely wear them together……I have chosen to show the SMOKE shirt with IVORY pants and turquoise beads from my vintage collection…..no….they are not part of my collection, but you will be surprised at how many bead colors look great with this smoke………………For those of you who are not familiar with the shirt….first I will say that it has 90 reviews, and 88 women recommend it….that’s 98%…………so I think it is fair to say it is a popular item. The fabric is a sheer 100% polyester crinkle georgette. It has a classic shirt collar and a 3/4 length sleeve which can be held up with tabs and buttons…..don’t try to fold it up on it’s own….it will not stay and it is simply futile to attempt it….the tabs are necessary…LOL. There are two breast patch pockets and flaps…………..THE BUTTONS ARE…….REAL SHELL……….I capitalize this because you simply do not fine real shell being used on garments of this price………they are basically used for higher priced garments and Designer garments in high end stores………The MATCHING TANK that comes with the shirt is in a FAUX CREPE DE CHINE…….The tank, which is basically a liner, but can be worn on it’s own, has the added touch of LINGERIE STRAPS to hold your bra in place…..an unexpected, but nice touch…….I love Gray worn with ivory or white in the spring and summer months……it is very sophisticated and very CHIC………………………………scroll down…………………………………………………………………………..enjoy…………….much Love……………………………………………….Louis

………………..The NAVY CRINKLE GEORGETTE  SAFARI SHIRT, A214117, is avail for ordering…..but be quick as sizes are starting to go. The color is a beautiful INK NAVY, but as often happens, even though I always give the same color navy as a standard, it did not come in the exact Navy as my others…..so if you are looking for an exact match it will not. However, there are sooooo many colors that look great with navy. As a transition from winter to spring I chose to show the navy shirt above with my MOCHA BOHO SKIRT, A70208. All of the ethnic jewelry is from my personal collection…..Hanging from her ear is the SINGLE FACETED GLASS BEAD DROP, J284042, in the ….BRONZE….the perfect earring to wear with statement necklaces……When the summer rolls along…… the sheer shirt with white or ivory crop or Capri pants will be perfect……Worn over the white Boho skirt will be easy, breezy and very comfortable………scroll down…………………………………..enjoy………..much Love………………………………………….Louis

………………One of my most popular colors in this shirt is the CHILI PEPPER……..The photo isn’t quite accurate as the color isn’t this bright of a red…..it actually is deeper and has more brown in it, but it is still a vivid color. With my BLACK BOHO skirt, A70208, a black patent belt and my MULTI STRAND NECKLACE, J278123, in the MULTI COLOR….and the PERFECT MATCHING EARRING, the MULTI COLOR DROP, J270116…..it’s easy, comfortable, but makes a bold statement. I do have two necklaces on the mannequin as I like a full lush look…..one necklace is plenty, but it’s a carry over from when I did BIG RUNWAY SHOWS….if they couldn’t see it in the last row then there was no need for it………The shirt has also been reordered in….. …..BLACK……WHITE……….ESPRESSO…….NAVY [which is getting limited already], and the SAGE with is very limited……A heads up….there are many pieces that work with the this CHILI PEPPER blouse from the past…like the CP Boho, but I will have many new pieces that will work perfectly with this color blouse in the months ahead.
