The TWIG print SHIRT, A253359, and the TWIG print CROP PANT, A253573, are both made in that wonderful light weight blend of 97% cotton and 3% span. Many of you own the FLORAL print shirt and shorts and the BIRD PRINT in the short sleeve shirt and crop pant from last season…..and know just how cool and comfortable they are to wear. On the hottest and most humid days…..they are like wearing nothing. The print is two colors and it’s a sort of whimsical FLORAL/PAISLEY/LEAF design, with lots of movement. The SHIRT, A253359, is a type of peasant design, with a slight scoop neckline, which is banded in self fabric. It has a BUTTON FRONT, and a 3/4 length sleeve with a TWO BUTTON BAND CUFF. The shirt/blouse also has side slits, to make it more relaxed and easier to get your hands into pant or skirt pockets. There are body darts , not so much to give it a lot of shape, but to keep it from being boxy. There are so many ways you can wear this shirt, free and easy or belted…..you can even wear it as a SHIRT JACKET with the new ENR TANK as the perfect layering piece. Wear it with the MOCHA BOHO, a white cotton or ivory ponte pencil skirt, the TWIG RAYON/SPAN pull-on skirt [a wonderful skirt to wear it with], or the new TWIG LINEN BLEND TROUSERS. For you FASHIONISTAS…..right off the runways and off the Fashion magazine’s editorial pages….the matching shirt and pant. The PANT, A253573, was modeled after last years BIRD PRINT, but with each new piece, they are all refit. This pant is NUMERICALLY sized, It has a FRONT ZIP with a buttoned waist band. Even though the fabric has stretch the entire back waist band has elastic……leaving the front without and a nice smooth front. There are NO pockets in this pant. The pant has an approx 24 1/2 inch inseam, and has a 7 inch leg opening…..For some this will be a full length pant….so the option to shorten or not is yours……………………These two pieces of clothing are definitely…..SUMMER READY……..are you?………………………………………………………………………………………………

How much do I LOVE this BLUE?…..A LOT!!……………Again, this is the BLUE of MYKONOS……………A fashion spread could be shot with the pieces above, against the WHITE HOUSES with their BLUE SHUTTERS of MYKONOS ,and you would think the clothes cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. This is SUMMER….COOL….FRESH…..PRETTY………….I think you are now aware of all the clothes I have in the photos above and all are or will be avail except the white jean skirt from last summer. The SHEER SLEEVED RAYON/SPAN TOP and the ENR WHITE TANK are all photographed above…….the NEW ITEM is the EMBROIDERED TUNIC………sneak peek to come, but, it is on my April show, which one I don’t know. Personally……I LOVE the EMB. TUNIC with the PRINT PANT…………it’s unexpected….and a wonderful way to mix patterns and textures. You have seen the print pant with the Blue linen jacket and white denim vest……………..now…………here is the shirt wit the BLUE & WHITE LINEN TROUSER……..looking at these clothes….all I can think of is after this winter…………………….I need a vacation,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,how about you?
The sole purpose of this collage was to show just how many ways I could show this pant…..there were more, but the pictures were getting too small….LOL…..Starting from the left….The black & white linen jacket with the black& white stripe WK….very FRENCH………next switching the jacket for the yellow denim vest……the new sleeveless light weight cotton shirts in BLACK & TURQUOISE, coming later this season……the black rayon/span top with the sheer sleeves…..the cotton/span scoop neck T shirt with the GUNMETAL trim, and finally the new emb. tunic in the black, dk. suntan combination…..very CHIC ……add all of the FIESTA WK and all the new colors, the crinkle georgette safari shirt, the cotton /span V-neck tunic with pockets….etc etc….. and the combinations are endless ……so can a print pant work in your wardrobe….you bet it can……………………………………………………….
