……………………..”BAUBLES, BANGLES & BEADS”…………..With the Holidays upon us I am sure there will be many occasions where you will want to dress up in something special……..Sometimes all you need to dress up the many pieces you already own is a fabulous STATEMENT necklace….like the NUGGET BEAD NECKLACE, J321805, above. This is a four row necklaces made up of two sizes of nuggets, and small spacer beads between the larger nugget beads which add flexibility. This necklace has a BIG PRESENCE…..but unlike many large statement necklaces………this one is FEATHER WEIGHT. I know there are many of the ladies who have special issues, and could never consider wearing a necklace of this size because they would be too heavy……That is not the case with this piece. These are not solid metal beads………They are made out of a light weight plastic….then copper coated….and then plated in the desired metal color…….It is the copper coating that allows the metal plating to stick to the plastic……In the industry they are called “Copper Coated Beads”. I only mention it as a point of interest….however copper coated beads are extremely light weight and are used many times for necklaces with mass……….The colors are SILVER and GOLD, both with a shiny finish, and will work with all of your Linea earrings….Demi Hoop, Bold Hoop and Swirl…..plus the set of four studs that comes in all the metal colors [they don’t match, but blend well]. There is a three inch extender so there is adjustability with the length, as you can see above, at its’ shortest and longest lengths……What I love about this necklaces is the ORGANIC shape of the beads which takes this type of necklace to a new level……more modern, and more youthful…………………..It would also make a very impressive present………………enjoy……………………….much Love……………………………..Louis

……………………………Another one of my favorite things this past season was the new version of the SAFARI SHIRT & TANK SET, A267863……..I was asked to come up with a more season-less version of the Crinkle georgette Safari shirt that has and continues to be very successful. I found a new and very beautiful georgette fabric that has a wonderful drape and beautiful to the touch…….I kept the same REAL SHELL BUTTONS, shirt collar, double pockets and buttoned flaps……..the only thing that has been changed with the design is the sleeve. Instead of a roll up with a tab…..this new version has a classic long sleeve with a one button cuff……This shirt is now on clearance with a $20 reduction. It’s a great buy for a shirt of this quality…. that will never go out of fashion, and can be worn all four months…..year after year after year……………The IVORY is a MUST HAVE…..the gray works with so much and looks fantastic under the color block cardi in gray and blue……the marine blue is the perfect transition from fall to spring to summer. ………………………..I was recently looking at the reviews of the trench. There are many sizes avail in all colors including the olive, which I know many of you wanted. I can only assume these are returns leading me to believe this will not be reordered. If you missed it the first time around this would be a good time to pick it up since I do not know how many there are in each size. I recommend this coat very highly. The workmanship, fabric and fit are all superb. This kind of quality garment doesn’t come to you very often so it would be a great purchase or present. For the price there is nothing comparable…………..Louis
