……………..Talk about a color to calm the soul…………….Sage is that color…………….The combination of the SAGE sweater with the VINTAGE CREPE LINEA TROUSER, A221798, which many of you own….the FREE FORM BEADS in the OLIVE and GOLD…..and the bold hoop in GOLD….is as soothing as aloe on the skin. I can’t think of a more sophisticated timeless and elegant look as the one above……Forget the fads….ignore the hype…..don’t listen to the hoopla……..Always remember……there is nothing like understated elegance……………………..enjoy…………….much Love………………………..Louis

…………..I have been teasing you on my previous appearances with sneak peaks of “stripe” sweaters….well….they have arrived. They are planned to be on my March second show, but I won’t know for sure until the final “script” of the show appears sometime at the end of next week……..so all of the sneak peaks I’m about to post….may or may not be on the next show….I never know……………………………………………………………..

A263356, is the style number of this cardigan. It is a WHISPER KNIT jersey sweater, and is approx. 27″ long. The sleeves are long with a 3″ solid rib border….so if you have short arms…no problem…just cuff them back. This is an easy sweater with a classic fit, so I see no need to size up or down. Of course if you like your clothes to  fit you in a “special” way…..then you should look at the click here measurements, but as I said….your normal size should be fine. The cardigan has a classic V-neck with 6 Signature Linea buttons…..in this case….GOLD with the GRASS GREEN and NAVY. PLEASE pay attention to the photo at the lower RIGHT. It shows how well the stripes match at the side seam. I know for many of you this is a given, but this is a much more costly way to manufacturer a sweater. It would be much easier for the factories to just lay the patterns down and cut. When a garment has to be lined up not only in the front, but the back to the front…..it takes more time and more fabric…..This all goes into the price of the garment……… This cardigan fits into anyone’s lifestyle whether you work or are retired. With jeans and the BLUE KATE SHIRT, A214116 or a NAVY WK SKIRT, A253411, you can literally go anywhere………The SIGNATURE GOLD LINEA EARRING, J230884, is a natural. …………………………You really can’t beat the classic….NAVY/ IVORY combination with classic GOLD buttons. This combination will probably be the first to go…..fare warning…… Layer it with a matching navy tank, A255153, and jeans [any color]……a navy WK SKIRT, A255411, or NAVY LINEA LEISURE PANTS, A262070 reg or petite A262072……There are many colors and garments that you already own that you can wear with this cardigan. Maybe you have the navy Linea PINSTRIPE PANT….the combination is fabulous……Try many different color sweaters or shirts under this sweater. You can create a zillion different ways to combine what you have with this cardigan….even the “right print” top or bottom can look very special!….Belt it or wear it loose….I prefer to leave 2 or 3 of the bottom buttons undone for more room and a more casual look…..or button them all if you prefer………..The SIGNATURE necklace, J320486, in the GOLD or the combo of GOLD/SILVER both work…..and the SIGNATURE LINEA EARRING, A320884, will fast become a go to, work with everything earring. It is so comfortable you will forget your wearing them…For a more Chanel type look….add lots of PEARLS, and Linea  has them….. from the single 72″ strand, j264035, in cream, navy and pink….to the triple strand with the gold spacer beads, J296624. The J296890, PEARL and GOLD earring is the best coordinate…….. PERFECT…………Ladies…..this is QUALITY from head to pant hem. You will look sophisticated, chic, and definitely look like you spent lots of $$$$ for this outfit.

………………I always like to take something very classic….like a stripe cardigan……and do something to it that is unexpected! In this case…..the unusual color of……..TEAK….with BLACK. Don’t ask me to describe it, because it is just one of those colors you can’t nail down….that’s why it’s special. I have chosen to trim this color combination with the GUNMETAL SIGNATURE BUTTONS….Naturally, I accessorized it with GUNMETAL….In the photos I have both the REVERSIBLE GUNMETAL and BLACK JET cross [the reverse side it gray crystals with a gray pearl center], J317110…and the GUNMETAL FISH PENDANT….still to come…….any day now???? All I know is it’s been delivered….so it’s swimming around the warehouse somewhere?????. For bottoms….I’ve chosen the Linea Leisure pull-on pant in Black and White [reg and petite avail]. The black and navy are almost gone, but the white are still avail. Don’t wait till June to decide to pick up white pants…..they will be gone! They are terrific white pants….not see through and they have POCKETS……………………….The Kate shirt, A214116, gives  a nice tailored but still, casual attitude…..roll the cuffs back and push up the sleeve! Add your GUNMETAL BOLD HOOPS, J288055 and you big black sunglasses…..a GUNMETAL tote and off you go….I ill be showing Black and White Converse sneakers with this look…..great for a day running around the city!……………………………………………………………………………

……………………..As I look out my window at all the COLD WHITE SNOW and the FROZEN LONG ISLAND SOUND!!!……this SUNSHINE YELLOW and NAVY cardigan with gold buttons looks very cheery.
