***********************************Happy Memorial Day ****************Time goes by in a flash. It seems I was just sending you all Memorial Day wishes yesterday, but another year has definitely gone by. This year was marked by the stories of extreme weather, and extreme terror. The world and the planet seem to be in more turmoil then ever. What is happening across our nation is horrifying…….it’s either extreme drought or extreme flooding, and the tornadoes scare the daylights out  me . The record breaking snow fall seemed like it would last forever and in parts of the country it’s still snowing!…..and this is just in the USA. Earthquakes all over the planet seem to be always in the news…….Is Mother Natures telling us something?………Monsters are roaming the planet, and I mean the human kind……it’s just too unbelievable to discuss, and frankly I’ve read and seen enough on the news to last a life time………………but today we honor those who have given their lives for us and for this country. Young men and women who courageously went into battle for all the right reasons…..believing in what our leaders told them was just and right. I pray for them and their families, and pray that the lives they sacrificed was for a cause that was right and just. ……………….I think this EMBROIDERED EYELET SHIRT/JACKET, A265616,  just may become a go to piece………..The fabric is the key here….It’s 100% cotton, but it’s the embroidery that tells the tale……..The more stitch count to the embroidered openwork the more costly the fabric, and this shirt has tons of open work and  emb. There is an English female designer who has also done an emb. eyelet shirt this year in an almost exact pattern……really I couldn’t tell the difference in the fabric. However, the price of her shirt and mine are oceans apart. The silhouette is simple. A classic straight body with a turn back 3/4 length sleeve. The shirt collar has a separate stand so it’s easy to flip up for a little attitude. There are small side slits. The length is approx.25 inches for the size 6…..Yes, it is numerically sized…… Since you will have to wear a tank or something under it…I prefer it left unbuttoned. This a a terrific shirt to pop a color under such as mt Petrl blue tank shown above. This shirt can work for anyone’s life style, and can be worn for many occasions or none at all. This is one of those simple but stylish timeless pieces that will come in very handy when you want a little something to cover your arms. Wear it over separates or a little dress……..The colors are BLACK or WHITE……a very easy decision…………………………..enjoy………………..much Love…………………………………Louis

…………………………….The WK BOLERO, A265614………..in BLACK……….is an ESSENTIAL….I think one of the comments I hear many times from women is…….”I need something to cover my arms”…..Is that not true?I think this Bolero is the perfect answer to that question……If you recognize this Bolero that is because this is very similar to a piece that I have done before. I felt it was time to bring it back. With all of the tanks, various sleeveless tops and dresses it is essential to own these types of garments as a little cover up. For me it really has nothing to do with whether you have firm arms or not. For me….it’s about the “LOOK” and what it adds to the outfit. Of course there is a practical side to wearing this bolero, and that’s comfort. We have all experienced going from the summer heat and entering a refrigerator like room. Even sitting in an air conditioned car can require something to cover your arms. You may live in the hottest most humid climate, but you still experience the chill of an over air conditioned environment.

The bolero is made in the ENR construction and is approx. 17 inches long…..which is a little longer than the original. It has a single button at the neck. Wear it mixed….wear it matched….wear it with separates or dresses, casual or dressed up…..it’s a piece that works with everything. Above, from left to right: The Black Bolero with the A255148 TANK….one of my most favorite pieces, and for those of you who are looking for something different in a tank, and a little more fashion forward…this is it. The color is DEEP PINK. On the bottom a BLACK WK SKIRT. You have a few choices in the WK, and two of them are A237412, and A253411. They are avail in different sizes so check them out. I love the idea of an all WK SOFT UNCONVENTIONAL SUIT. The Ivory RIBBED BOTTOM TANK, A232345 is next, and this may be one of my most popular tanks ever. It’s been reordered twice and these are the last quantities. ….Next is the same tank in Black with the ZIG ZAG SKIRT, A265559. Those of you who have tried this skirt got it home and LOVE it. Notice how the Rib bottom tank is long enough to cover the hips…..How the Black Bolero and the longer Black Tank ELONGATES…..Wearing it like this, anyone can wear this skirt successfully…all you have to do is try….you may surprise yourself. I have accessories galore that will work with this Bolero and there are just a few in the photos….The CLUSTER JET NECKLACE, J317112….the REVERSIBLE CROSS IN GUNMETAL with JET or BLACK CRYSTALS, J317110…..the 72 inch JET FACETED BEAD NECKLACE, J284043, a must have in every wardrobe…..
