………………………….GREY and BLUE create a COOL color combination……more subtle than the bold Alabaster and Black, but just as Chic. The color blocking is more tonal because the two colors used are of the same or similar hue…….The look is sophisticated with the grey WK skirt, which many of you already own, but many more of you will wear it with a great pair of slim fitting jeans or navy pants. Dress it up with my GREY FACETED BEAD NECKLACE…..or for more casual outings….my GUNMETAL or SILVER FALLING LEAVES NECKLACE….or the LARIAT to come……..Anyway you put it together COMFORT is KEY!………………………….enjoy………………………..much Love……………………..Louis

……………………………….BURGUNDY and CURRANT is the third and last color combination………Currant always brings to mind the delicious Currant tortes Jac’s mother, an incredible baker, would make for us. Combining it with Burgundy was a natural. The Burgundy is very close to AUBERGINE….so pairing the two pieces with your Aubergine WK skirt, A237412 is a natural too. Wearing it with your AUBERGINE TIGHTS….a pair of wine suede pumps, and you have created a beautiful column of color. The WINE PEARLS, J264034, also work beautifully with this outfit …..A HEADS UP…..the CURRENT S/S JEWEL NECK, A267882, looks great with your RASPBERRY SWING CARDIGAN…..and….your RASPBERRY PEA JACKET from last fall….it’s a wonderful accent color………………………………enjoy……………………..much Love…………………….Louis

……………………..The PALE BLUE WING COLLAR SHIRT, A259103, is back and it’s the PERFECT BLUE. When the buyers told me this shirt was being reordered they said WHITE was for sure, but I was to pick between the PALE BLUE and the PALE PINK???…..Since both were popular colors it was like picking which child you wanted and which you were giving away….Pink…Blue….Pink….Blue….Pink……BLUE was my choice…There was no rhyme or reason……..Next year if it is reordered again I will drop the Blue and add the Pink…….So for now….it’s Blue….For those of you who missed out last year, or are new to this shirt…or just want another….the blue is here and ready for ordering. ………………..The WING COLLAR SHIRT, A259103, is finally back in stock!!……and the LIGHT TAN is the NEW COLOR……If you are a cotton shirt lover as I am, and you haven’t tried this shirt yet….you are missing out on something really special. This is only the second time this shirt has appeared [sold out the first time around], but it already has a legion of followers. Out of 48 reviews….45 give it two thumbs up!……….The LIGHT TAN is a FABULOUS color, and I don’t say that lightly. A beautiful tan is a difficult color to achieve…….a little too yellow and it looks sallow…..to grey and it looks dingy…..to pink and it’s just not tan anymore………it may be pretty, but it’s not tan……….THIS Light Tan, for me is perfection, and very flattering and versatile….it just works with everything. Above, I have it paired on the left with the BLACK LEATHER/RIBBED KNIT BLAZER, A228554, and on the right with the WINE PONTE HOODED BLAZER, A237551…..both with the SLIM LEG KNIT PANT, A265615, in the PALE KHAKI. The shirt and pant almost match exactly, and makes for a wonderful column of color to be worn with all kinds of pull overs, cardigans and jackets. Pale Khaki is only one  bottom color you can wear with Light Tan……you can literally where any color bottom, or jacket or sweater with this neutral tan……….If you are knew to the wing collar shirt…..first, it is made in my signature cotton/span fabric that I developed and is exclusive to Linea. Due to the  FINE TWILL WEAVE the fabric has the perfect weight for a quality shirting….not too light or too heavy, and not SEE THROUGH…….Secondly,  it has a wonderful body skimming fit….in all sizes…..due to the Princess seaming, but it is the WING COLLAR that is the magic here! It is just the perfect size, the perfect angle and works, flipped up, like no other shirt collar…..not even the KATE shirt, which I also think is perfect for different reasons. The collar just sits on the neck and extends outside of sweaters and jackets perfectly….If I am using the work “perfect” or “perfectly” to often to describe this shirt….I simply can’t help myself….IMHO…it’s that good……But you can decide for yourselves……It ‘s like potato chips….you can’t have just one……………………………………………………………………………………………….
