Morning all………..I want to make sure those of you who plan to order the PONCHO…order the correct size, so you are happy with what you receive. There is NO FIT to this as it is basically an oblong piece of ENR WHISPER KNIT. There are seams at the shoulders and down to the edge so there is some shoulder shape. As I have said if you are a TRUE PETITE…..NO MATTER WHAT SIZE! you should order by garment length. If you are TALL….NO MATTER WHAT SIZE garment you wear…..you too should order by the length you are most comfortable with. If you are not sure best to order one size DOWN. Jac can wear the XS/S or the M/L because she is tall and a size 6. She prefers the M/L because it is a little longer, and she likes the extra volumn, but it’s about what you can carry……..Also, a garment like this will hang a little LONGER than the flat garment measurement, [when a garment is measured flat on a table as all production measurements are done], due to the weight of the knit. Here are the measurements:
1-XS/S, length 27 inches [from High Point Shoulder to hem], total width 37 inches [from end to end laying flat]
2-M/L, length 28 inches, total width 39 inches
3-XL/1X, length 29 inches, total with 41 inches
4-2X/3X, length 31 inches, total garment width 45 inches
If you are not sure how to judge the “garment width”, take a long sleeve sweater. lay it flat and measure from the CENTER BACK of the neck….along the shoulder seam and down the arm….then double it……Usually a size sm garment is 5 inches from the CB neck to the sleeve cap seam, and the sleeve usually measures an additional 23 inches….sometimes 24 inches. This will give you a 28″/29″ measurement. Double that and the span will be approx. 56 inches/58 inches. This should be a good comparison to the poncho width. As you can see the poncho is elbow to 3/4 length depending on your arm length, and size of poncho……..I hope this explanation helps you to decide what size poncho will work best for you……..Remember, it’s ALL ABOUT THE LOOK, and VOLUMN you want…………there isn’t any fit to worry about………………….enjoy……………much Love……………………Louis

…………………………We are calling this LINEA LEISURE sweater “mixed media”, not because it has mixed fabrics, which the term is usually referred to, but because there are different stitches to give interest to the sweater…………………A282500 is the style number, and it is a blend of COTTON/RAYON……………..The color above is the……CREAM/BLACK…..You may recall Brenda nonchalantly having it tied over her shoulder when I was presenting the new CREAM WK TN, A72448………As you can clearly see in the photos above there are many different elements that make up the design. There is a flat jersey area, a POINTELLE area, raised OTTOMAN ribs combined with a stripe, solid dimensional stripes and BIRDSEYE STITCHES, are all used to create this sweater. The sweater has a BALLET neckline, and it has a CURVED SHIRT TAIL BOTTOM which is accentuated with a diagonal stripe. It is made beautifully and ALL the stripes MATCH…. The XS has a length of approx. 27 inches, and the “fit” is easy, so you can layer a TN in the fall/winter, or wear nothing under it in the spring/early summer………….This IS A SEASON-LESS sweater, and is in a weight that can easily be worn 10 months out of the year……….Though it is a “Leisure” sweater…it would be appropriate to wear for any occasion and with any bottom………leggings, Capris, trousers or slim ponte pants would all work. Maxi skirts or short pencil skirts take you from the office to dinner. Throw your Quilted Black Jacket or your Black Trench coat over it all to complete your outfit…The simple GUNMETAL BAR NECKLACE [the only color left] is all you need to accessorize this already decorative sweater…….We all love our solid sweaters, but something a little fanciful is always welcome……………………………………………..enjoy……………………..much Love………………………………..Louis
……………………………..BLUE with BLACK is the second color combination. Black and white are natural colors to pair with this sweater……I have the new Winter White WK TN worn under the sweater on the left. The white peeks through the pointelle work which gives another dimension….Again any black bottom works from black jeans to leggings……For a little less informal look, a pair of black slim pants or trousers…….Long or short skirts with tights will also work for yet another way to go..There is another sneak peek in the photos on the….the new Linea Leisure Jogging pull-on pant with an elastic bottom and pockets……I don’t expect too many joggers to be wearing them…..but..lounging in them………absolutely!……….They will be here in Nov……………………………………….
…………………………………..enjoy………………much Love………………………..Louis
