…………………….MOSS CREPE has quickly become a Linea must have. As I have said, for me it is the perfect jersey knit fabric in a sea of jersey knit fabrics. The weight is perfect for year round wear. It’s not too heavy for the warmest weather nor is it too light for the winter……and it does NOT CLING! Of course extreme weather may call for a different kind of apparel, but in general these separates will be fine…..In the fall and winter add a cardigan for added warmth……What I love about this jersey is the “HAND” or feel and touch of the fabric. It has more of a dry hand like a expensive rayon matte jersey. It also is not SHINY, which many poly jerseys are………..The colors above are…….CINNAMON…….and….SAGE……..They are both soft mid range colors. These make the perfect TRANSITION COLORS from summer to fall………After July and August, when you have already worn these pieces, you can continue to wear them when all of your very summery things are no longer appropriate and are stored away……….TRANSITION…………….The Cinnamon is a SOFT color like a pale terracotta. There is no harshness to this shade at all, and should be flattering for most skin types…….The Sage is a soft green. This particular shade of Sage has a bit more blue than most Sage colors I have done, which tend to have a little more yellow………………..The TUNIC TOP, A273872, is approx. 29 inches long for the xxs…..It has a scoop neckline and a short sleeve. The length of the sleeve, from the top of the cap to the hem, is approx. 7 inches for the xxs. Compare that to tops you own to see if it is suitable for you. I know there are some who will take into consideration the length of a short sleeve……The top has a working button front….so you may want to leave some of the bottom buttons open. This may work well for some petites who may find the length too long for them. Doing this adds length to the leg. Also the fact that there is a matching pant will also create that column of color which is definitely elongating…..The fit is easy and follows the line of the body through the high rib cage…then flares out over the hips…not too much, but enough to add ease and movement………….The PULL-ON MOSS CREPE PANT, A273877, will quickly become your new favorite…the very minute you put them on…….or maybe as soon as you take them out of the package!……..The top of the pant is constructed exactly as the previous Moss Crepe crop pant. You have your full elastic band, with the flat front section and the double row of stitching to prevent any twisting.. This special treatment gives the pant a designer finish and looks just as good with tops tucked in. There are no pockets in this pant…….I wanted them to be as trim as possible. The inseam length is 31 inches, however, they MAY hang a little longer due to the weight of the fabric. I apologize to my petite ladies, but these pants were bought in only one length. I will say these will be well worth hemming…….I know that there is a fear when you shorten a wider leg pant you will look wider because the leg will stand out…..Not with this fabric…..It has such a wonderful drape and weight that it will automatically drape into the body….still keeping that languid long look……The leg opening at the bottom is approx. 10 inches……….This is IMPORTANT…….even though I am showing these pieces to you as a matched top and bottom….remember that these are SPORTSWEAR SEPARATES……..They are meant to be mixed with other colors so you can get much more wear from them…..and that goes for the pull-on pant TOO………Colors to mix with both the Cinnamon and Sage…….Lt Khaki, Alabaster, Navy, Grey, Wine, Black, Ivory, Olive, Slate Blue etc……Do not be afraid to mix color with color. If you own the CLAY “KATE” cotton shirt it looks incredible with the cinnamon pant……..if you own the Lt. Tan wing collar cotton shirt it looks fabulous with Both…….You MUST PLAY and create your own combinations….if you’re not sure….ASK ME!………..Anything CHOCOLATE metal looks great with all of the colors these tops will be avail in. Unfortunately, the Falling Leaves necklace and earring set is totally sold out the last time I looked…..However, the Single Bar and Triple Bar necklace [chocolate is the only color left in the triple bar, and there are very few], are still avail in limited quantities, Chocolate is a VERY IMPORTANT COLOR AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE going forward……….I also love the simple elegance of the Lariat necklaces casually worn around the neck. I have heard some still don’t know how to wear it???? IT IS REALLY VERY SIMPLE….double it up before wrapping it around your neck, and then slide the two fobs through the loop you have created from doubling the chain……I love combing two color lariats together especially the Silver and Gunmetal……….Double the chains together as you would do with a single chain….wrap them around your neck and slide the four fobs through the four chain loop……..VOILA……..Simple….Modern….and Chic!……………………………………..enjoy…………………..much Love……………………Louis
