…………………………….The GUNMETAL and BLACK SEED BEAD necklace with the GOLD OBLONG BEADS is the only combination using three colors, which makes it very unique. It would have been very expected to use silver oblong beads on a gunmetal and black combination, but I thought the GOLD oblong beads adds an EXCLAMATION to the necklace and took it from the expected to the extraordinary!…………..This is a combination that is truly season-less, and looks just as spectacular on a white tee with a black or grey bottom as it does worn on a black, red or any color WK TN. …………..Another item of jewelry coming your way this month is the FACETED WIRE CUFF, J335214. It is the newest, and only, bracelet to be added to the Linea Jewelry collection for the Spring /Summer season, and it’s a BEAUTY!……….There are 27 “FACETED” METAL NARROW STRIPS that make up this cuff. When the light hits it just right the facets GLISSEN and SPARKLE!….. It is a flexible piece with an open back to make it easy to put on and take off………The colors will go with all of your Linea metal colors………SILVER………..SHINY GOLD…….CHOCOLATE………GUNMETAL. The cuff is approx. 2″ wide. but since each wire is “free” from each other they can be flared out a little to give a wider more open look…………..Again, the quantities are limited so if you want one or more colors, or maybe two of the same color….one on each wrist, don’t wait to long….This is the ULTIMATE CUFF, and because of its’ construction it is very easy and comfortable to wear…….Some large solid cuffs can be cumbersome if not shaped correctly………….The cuff is due to be delivered sometime in April so expect it towards the middle to end of the month………….I know you will enjoy wearing it……………………………….much Love……………………Louis

…………..Happy April!…..There are many goodies coming this April including three jewelry items!!………..J335215 is the style number for the two colors of the AZTEC necklaces……..Why did I name it Aztec?….because it has an artisan, hand made look consisting of natural looking elements…..The Aztecs worshiped GOLD, and in my imagination I could see the artisans of this ancient culture making each piece by hand…….ALABASTER WOOD with GOLD WOOD and BEADS and touches of BLACK, is the necklace to the left. The  GOLD with BLACK combination is the necklace to the right………………….This necklace comes from my ANNE KLEIN archives, and honestly……I can’t tell one from the other. The only way I know which is the “Anne Klein Couture” necklace is by the tiny Anne Klein Couture metal tag by the Lobster Claw closing………………This necklace is made with WOOD WEDGE BEADS in black, gold and alabaster depending on the combination. This is the FIRST TIME I’m using REAL WOOD. There are 3 sizes of Gold metal beads, again depending on which color necklace……. There are black large round beads and, fluted black small round beads…….all RANDOMLY SPACED……….It may look random, but each necklace is exactly the same so this random placement is very planned……..This random placement does not give the eye a repetition to rest upon , which makes it very exciting to look at……………Once again, I am bringing you something EXTREMELY UNIQUE. This is not a necklace you will find anywhere else, and you will ABSOLUTELY not see anything like it…..Again, it’s  a “one of a kind” COLLECTORS piece………………Wearing one is beautiful, but two together is frankly fabulous…..either two of the same color or one of each. This is a case where MORE is always better! I have shown on the runway 3 or 4 worn together……either long or doubled…..They also look wonderful mixed with other necklaces.  I first created these for an Anne Klein RESORT COLLECTION which had a strong ethnic influence. The show took place on a glorious sunny day at the Boat House in Central Park. It’s actually a restaurant [reservations required], which I highly reccommend for lunch. A true New York experience!…We took over the restaurant for a few hours, and it was a perfect place to show the collection. During the show row boaters stopped to watch, and at the end when I can out they all applauded…..it was lots of fun….. I had skirts and tops and an open front georgette long cardigan made out of a combination of alabaster, black, and tortoise sequins…………..Yes, they were as beautiful as they sound, and I mixed and layered many many of the “Aztec” necklaces. I showed a large LEATHER HOOP earring with a gold top, but any GOLD EARRING will look perfect…..and stacks of bracelets……Above, I have it shown with the ALABASTER “KATE” shirt, now on clearance, and the BLACK GAUZE CREPE PANT…………..This is a necklace I know you will cherish and get endless pleasure just looking at…………Share the beauty and consider this fabulous piece as a special present to someone who is very special to you……..Remember….quantities are limited………………..These will be avail some time this month…………………………………………..enjoy…………………….much Love……………………….Louis

…………………………..The CREPE GAUZE has become one of my favorite fabrics to work with. The reason I love it is it has a wonderful “hand” or feel and it is light in weight. It drapes beautifully and sews “cleanly”. By that I mean the seams and top stitching don’t pucker. It always looks smooth. It has a wonderful SLIGHT crepe texture which gives it character. Even though there is 3% span, the crepe weave has natural stretch. It tailors well for a basically soft fabric, and collars and band pockets always come out perfectly. It dyes beautifully which is a huge plus when selecting colors…….Above all, it looks EXPENSIVE……….The stand collar shirt/jacket/tunic with the asymmetric hem and band pockets will serve many purposes. Wear it as a SHIRT with nothing under it…..or as a JACKET with a tank or light shell under it…….It is unlined for maximum comfort………A287617 is the style number……………………….enjoy……………much Love……………….Louis

…………………………….The BLACK STAND COLLAR TUNIC WITH THE ASYMMETRICAL HEM, A287617, is made with the CREPE GAUZE. A simple clean tunic that is anything but simple. This button front tunic can be worn on its’ own as a wonderful light weight top, or double as a fly away cover up. It has a SWING silhouette with HANDKERCHIEF POINTS at the side. The xs is approx. 30 inches……..BAND POCKETS are always a welcome detail. The top/jacket is unlined for a breezy weightless feel………The 3/4 length sleeve has a little split at the bottom. The sizing is S,M,L…. Like all of the Linea products, this is beautifully sewn, and manufactured. It looks so much more expensive than it is…………………Wear it with BLACK or ALABASTER GAUZE long trousers, A276294, a WK PENCIL SKIRT, A273880, the ALABASTER slim pant [coming in July], or a pair of leggings or Capri pant for a more relaxed look. It’s also perfect over a sheath dress. I know many of you will wear it with a tank  your favorite slim jeans.
