……………….Just when you thought what else could you possibly want, or must have in Whisper Knit??? The ELONGATED WHISPER KNIT ENR CARDIGAN, A287608, and the TANK TUNIC, A287609…..show up!……For me, Whisper Knits are like breathing air. You can’t live without breathing, and you can’t live without your Whisper Knits! As long as you have to put clothes on your body….they may as well be WHISPER KNITS……….By now, most of you know the virtues of WK. The COMFORT….the WEARABILITY….the LUXURIOUSNESS….the way they FEEL against the skin…..all adds up to pieces you will wear and cherish forever. If I were to chose one fiber…one fabric that I thought a woman could live in without owning anything else…..it would be a Whisper Knit wardrobe……These are two pieces you will love to add to your growing WK wardrobe!

……………………..The new cardigan, in the ENR WK is approx 40 1/2 inches long for the XS. It is an open CLEAN front, meaning there are no buttons. The advantage of this is….any accessory you choose will work perfectly……..without clashing with the buttons……There is a  banded collar that rises slightly on the neck, like a kimono, and then proceeds to the hem…….very elongating……..There are also ENR PATCH POCKETS that meld into the garment…….As a separate piece in your wardrobe….think of all the things you already own to wear under this cardigan……WK V-necks and sleeveless mock TN sweaters, and WK skirts and pants……georgette shirts and blouses both solid and prints, and dresses….on and on and on……..However, I have come up with something NEW to wear with the cardigan………The TANK TUNIC with SIDE SLITS, A287609……..Worn together the outfit looks like $$$$$$$…..It too is a fabulous separate piece to be worn with so much of what you already own…….The length of the tunic is approx 29″ for the XXS, with approx. 7″ side slits……..Wear it over slim pants, or LINEA BODY leggings and Capri leggings……For a more languid 20s look, I am showing it above with the ALABASTER GAUZE PANT, A279294……It’s very Jennifer Jones in F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “Tender Is The Night”………not a great movie, but she looked fabulous!……………Around her neck, another NEW NECKLACE coming sometime in April. I call it the “AZTEC” necklace, J335215…..The “wedge” pieces are BLACK, sort of an ebony, and GOLD…..WOOD…….The other beads are GOLD METAL beads and BLACK RESIN BEADS……It will be avail in a second color combination……Alabaster/Gold and a hint of Black. The BLEACHED wood is just beautiful……..Wear it long a la the 20’s or doubled up……This comes from my Anne Klein archives and honestly you can’t tell them apart………………..I know you will enjoy wearing the new cardigan and tank season after season…..year after year………………………………………enjoy………………….much Love……………………………………Louis

…………………………….IVORY………..PURE GLAMOR……………SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL…………Spring…..Summer……Fall or Winter…..Ivory head to toe, as the photos to the left show with the IVORY WK SKIRT, A273880, just looks so rich………..In the winter wear it with velvet pants over the Holidays, or BLACK STRAIGHT LEG TROUSERS, A282511 any time of year GREY and IVORY is another winning combination…Navy, tan or alabaster with ivory can’t be beat for spring/summer…….For my more casual gals…….JEANS will look great too……..I love masses of beads, so I doubled the LIME and GOLD seed bead necklaces, J329589, due in April……If you can carry it why not…..12 STRANDS look great, but 24 STRANDS are sometimes better, and in this case more is fabulous……………………….enjoy………………much Love………………………Louis

………………………………….SCARLET RED…………………one of the most beautiful…..truest reds I have done………….These are two very versatile pieces, and the Scarlet Red is definitely season-less. Wear it right now, as shown above, with black pants or the matching SCARLET RED WK SKIRT, A273880……..Come Spring and early summer NAVY and IVORY will give it a totally different look….The GUNMETAL, BLACK and GOLD SEED BEAD necklace, J329589, looks striking against the Scarlet, and will definitely garner compliments…….Take the three long cardigans and the three tanks and mix the pieces. The BLACK/IVORY or RED CARDIGAN and the BLACK/IVORY or RED TANK TUNIC, are all interchangable, and will give you multiple outfits……great for traveling……………………Chic and Sophisticated are two words that definitely describe this outfit…………………………………….enjoy…………………….much Love…………………..Louis

…………………………..A new addition to the Linea Leisure Collection…………..The STRIPE COTTON BLEND KNIT TUNIC with the DIAGONAL GODETS, A227743…………The color above……..BLACK with WHITE STRIPES……………..It’s a play on the SAILOR SWEATERS. It has an open BALLET NECKLINE, and a 3/4 length sleeve……NOTICE the center “detail” picture at the left that shows the TINY PATCH POCKET on the sleeve with the Linea insignia embroidered in the color of the stripe…….in this case white………Also, notice the photo of the godets. The stripes are mitered and match down the side seam…..but they will not match the body……an impossibility due to the “shape” of the godet seam…….The fabric is also new to Linea, and is a LIGHT WEIGTH cotton/poly knit……Just the RIGHT WEIGHT for a SUMMER TIME T…..The shape and fit are easy so check the garment measurements carefully…….Some, who are slight, may want to size down one size, but I recommend for a comfortable SUMMER easy cool fit to stay with your regular Linea size…….The approx. legth of the XS from HPS to the center front is 27 1/2 inches….. The label at the back neck is PRINTED……no fabric labels to fuss with. …….If you were lucky enough to get the White Crackle Bead necklace and earring set before it sold out….it does look great with this tunic……If you weren’t the SHINY BLACK version of the barrel beads and earring, J329558,  looks equally well with this tunic, and a hint…..the black beads will be very important going forward into the season………If WHITE BEADS are really your first choice then the WHITE WATERFALL NECKLACE and EARRING SET, J321804, is perfect and lots of SUMER TIME FUN!………..Spring/Summer dressing can, and should be easy when you have simple options like this strikingly striped T and a pair of white Capri pants, A265539, or my cotton knit L. Leisure pants to wear it with…….Sunglasses, a large tote and fabulous sandals complete the look………Best yet….it’s avail right NOW!………….enjoy………………………much Love…………………………Louis
