…………………………This “BIG DEAL” sweater will be presented on August 21st at 9:00pm on QVC2. The style number is ………A343152……….. This is a Whisper Knit sweater in a JERSEY STITCH which makes it a lighter sweater. The jersey fabric is lighter in weight than the Every Needle Rib. You may recall, and I’m sure many of you still have, the cotton/acrylic sweater I did quite a few years ago with the bell embroidered sleeve. The emb. on that sweater was similar to the baseball jacket with big cabbage roses. This newer version, which many of you requested I bring back, has a more delicate pattern of embroidery. The sweater is approx. 25 to 25 1/2 inches for the xxs. Since it is a jersey stitch all of the hems are finished with a fine tubular border. The neckline is an open BALLET style which I think is very feminine and in keeping with the style of the emb. There is a slight shape to this sweater so it is not straight up and down. You can see in the photos the small flowers and leaves which gives the emb. a refined delicate look……As it turns out the emb. on this BLACK SWEATER just happens to work perfectly with the new SOFT FLORAL skirt in the Black combination, A341732/A341733……Honestly, this was a total accident, but a fabulous one…..Due to the first tier of the skirt not having a lot of fullness the sweater sits on top beautifully. This is another way to combine and mix your wardrobe……..Also, in the pictures above, to the upper left is the new BLACK MOSS CREPE SKIRT, A341729. I can not tell you enough how the shape of this skirt will work with so many tops and jackets where other “fuller” skirts will not…………..With every BIG DEAL we always try to create something  special to go with it. In this case a new necklace and earring set. This necklace has a series of SEVEN graduated faceted glass beads in FIVE GROUPS spaced along the chain. The color above is PLUM with copper chain and spacer beads. This is an iridescent Plum/Magenta bead with copper high lights that you can only see from certain angles….The earring is a simple bead dropped from the chain. These will be pierced only. The style number is J356989……….I think this is a fabulous way to look, and so comfortable. ………………….With each new BIG DEAL, in this case the EMBROIDERED SLEEVE SWEATER, I like to offer something special to go with it. With this sweater I developed a new necklace and earring set……J356989…………..As you can see in the photo to the upper left on the BLACK SWEATER….the necklace consists of FIVE GROUPS of SEVEN GRADUATED GLASS FACETED IRIDESCENT BEADS suspended on a chain. It is 42 inches with a 3 inch extender. The color here is…..PLUM…….but it has highlights of a beautiful Magenta, which is a color in many of the embroideries. The chain is COPPER so it will go with many of your favorite Rose Gold pieces…It looks very special with the Plum beads…When I was deciding exactly what kind of necklace I would want to accessorize these sweaters, it sort of designed itself. I didn’t want anything to massive to take away from the embroidery, but I still wanted something that would have a strong enough presence to stand on its’ own, and to be able to be worn with many other things…..I knew I wanted something long-ish to hang on the solid front…It had to be a combination of FRAGILE…and….BOLD…..not an easy task, but as I said it almost designed itself. I think it’s the perfect compliment to these sweaters. It is also the necklace I used with the SHADOW FLORAL BLOUSES, and as I am now working on the outfits for future shows I find myself reaching for these necklaces. It’s that kind of necklace that you can wear casually with a sweater and jeans or dressed up…..The earring is a simple bead dropped from the chain with a lever back…….I know when you see all the colors you will want more than one…but which ones are going to be difficult!…………………………………………………..enjoy……………………….much Love………………………..Louis

………………………….CARAMEL………..IS………..one of the new KEY colors for LINEA FALL, 2018. If you loved DARK UMBER….you will love this new Caramel. The Dk. Umber is a little more Gold than the Caramel……..The DK. Umber was slow to catch on, but once you got it home you realized just how important a color it became. It is totally gone and will not be coming back….on to the new. …..HEADS UP!……there will be many more pieces in this Caramel color…..OUTERWEAR, additional sweaters, like a fabulous long cardigan, and…………….the FAUX SUEDE PANT ABOVE!!!! due in Sept…Lots of tonal pieces to put together or wear separately……One of the emb. colors is a beautiful vivid blue. I found a faceted glass bead that was perfect for the Necklace set. Again, this is the iridescent bead that changes color when you move. It is on a Gunmetal chain…..in a word…..SUPERB!…………If you are wondering….the beret is a beautiful BLUE. Unfortunately the color didn’t come out well in the photo…………………………enjoy…………………………..much Love…………………..Louis

………………………..The……BLUE…..is mesmerizing! On the new Caramel sweater it is just beautiful, and on the SLATE BLUE SHADOW FLORAL it is fabulous….just enough. The two phots of the sweater at the lower corners show the Caramel color accurately. I don’t know why the other pictures look taupe, but this isn’t the camera I usually use. All of the pther colors look spot on so go figure?…………………………….enjoy…………….much Love…………………………………Louis

………………………………Forest Green…..is one of the important colors of the “LINEA” season, and it seems to be one of the trend colors at QVC. Along with the sweater I will be offering everyone’s favorite pant……The SUPER PONTE BOOT CUT, now in both Reg. and Petite!…..and MORE, hint hint!…..Everyone loves a column of color. How could you not….nothing will help you to look taller and slimmer. These pants, with this sweater, will do it. Each of the sweaters has its’ own emb. colors. With the Forest Green there are SAGE GREEN leaves through out with brighter blue green, pinks, red, coral, mint, orchid and aqua……The necklace is fascinating because the faceted glass beads have different shades of sage within the glass. These different shades makes the necklace compatible with many different color tops………For all of my GREEN LOVERS, this is for you, and for those of you who don’t have much green in your closet, it’s time to break out and try something new!…….It’s going to be one of the IMPORTANT COLORS OF THE FALL/WINTER SEASON!…………….enjoy………………….much Love………………….Louis
