…………………….The Tuxedo can have many lives and incarnations………….Many Holiday parties are “CASUAL DRESSY”. I can’t think of a more fabulous way to dress than the TUXEDO jacket over the WHITE WING COLLAR SHIRT, [ I told you the wing collar works great with everything, and the “Wing Collar” was created FOR TUXEDOS!]…..Then pair the two with you dressy jeans, not the ones you do your gardening in!…….You often hear designers say “I look to the streets for ideas”. What that translates to is we are looking at the young people, and how they put themselves together. This pertains to both girls and boys, Many buy their clothes in second hand stores. They have a very unique and exciting, and uninhibited way of dressing. They wouldn’t think twice about wearing a tuxedo jacket with jeans or a prairie dress and boots….Think Madonna in “Desperately Seeking Susan”…..Jac loved this look….it was very her. Jac had her own collection of Tuxedo jackets she bought during her modeling days. Most times they were men’s in a small size…Jac liked the strong shoulders and the narrow hip fit..She had a white tuxedo with a white shawl collar she picked up in the Paris flea market…..Jac wore it with a black silk shirt and SKINNY jeans on our first “official” date.  Jac had an assortment of black ones too, and some were even mine!. Her favorite casual way to wear her black one was with a white button down, jeans and SNEAKERS….Maybe a cowboy boot is your thing…When wearing a Tuxedo casually…THINK OF THIS JACKET AS ANY OTHER BLACK BLAZER….It’s about having the right attitude and a relaxed way of being…..It’s a mind set…..This will be perfect for any dressy casual occasion, and great as a daytime blazer too….IT’S A MIND SET!!!!. Add some fabulous jewelry like my TUXEDO NECKLACE and EARRING SET, combined with my new JET TASSEL NECKLACE to complete the look….Don’t let these fabulous pieces slip through your fingers. …………………….I have wanted to do this outfit for sooooooo long that I started dreaming about it!…….There is NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING IMHO sexier, more sophisticated or more CHIC than a woman in a beautifully tailored TUXEDO JACKET and SEQUIN PANTS………………….NOTHING………………I am sure you have all seen the iconic photos of Marlene Dietrich in her Tuxedo with tails. She wasn’t overtly sexy….she just was……I guess a lot had to do with the WOMAN!…….It was her confidence!……I have chosen my WK tank with the waist whittling ribs to pair with the Tuxedo and the Sequin pant, because of the shape the tank gives. If you own a lovely lace trimmed camisole that would be perfect…………..For any dressy occasion you may have coming I guarantee the waters will part when you enter the room…..Don’t be shy…..take your moment!……You are the STAR of your own life, and this is the outfit to STAR in!!!………What a way to enter into the New Year!!!…………………….Happy Holidays………………………….enjoy……………………much Love……………………………….Louis

……………………………………The NECKLACE, the BRACELET, and the EARRING are finally all posted on the LINEA JEWELRY SITE!!!! I am telling you straight up….if you want them order them now, or you will definitely be left out. They do not order large quantities, and there are fewer earring and bracelets than necklaces….so if you really want them don’t hesitate…..Reorders rarely happen, because the choice is order the repeat piece or order a new style. We usually go with the new. ……………………I LOVE a flowy velvet skirt for fall, and NOT just for the Holidays!………….This is a CRUSHED VELVET, which is becoming very popular this year………The color above is……PORT! It’s a wonderful texture to add to you PORT COLLECTION………..How fabulous will you look in your new PORT CRUSHED VELVET SKIRT, A343559, YOUR PORT SLEEVELESS MOCK NECK TUNIC, tucked it easily! A343029, and your crop Cardigan, A343031……Now, make your entrance with you new BIG DEAL LEATHER TOPPER in PORT casually worn over the whole enchilada! WOW…..double WOW!…..Starting at the top….the skirt has a velvet covered elastic waist band with a center stitch to avoid any twisting…..There are two tiers to this skirt with an approx. 5 3/4 inch ruffle at the bottom. The length, from the bottom of the waist band is approx. 32 inches……You can easily pull it up or down a good inch or more depending on your comfort……At this point I think it would be a wise move to invest in a BURGUNDY BOOT, PUMP and BOOTIE to go with all of your PORT BOTTOMS. QVC has quite a few options while they are still avail. I have found the “Burgundy” color works best. The wine can be too light. ………………………….BLACK VELVET………………just the words are exciting!….There is no other fabric quite like VELVET….It is the richest, most sumptuous fabric ever made! No other fabric takes color like velvet. The depth is endless. I couldn’t think of a better way, though I’m sure there are hundreds, to show this black velvet skirt off then an ivory WK TN, and my short LEATHER BLACK JACKET……With the added JET and FIREBALL TORSADE……..OH MY……………..Who wouldn’t want to look like this!!!!!!!! I would love the new SLOUCH BOOTS by either Marc Fisher or Isaac, in the Suede or LEATHER to work with this outfit……It’s all too effortless and too PERFECT!…………………..Happy Holidays………………………..much Love……………………..Louis
