A color tee like aqua, orchid, melon, hot pink, lime to name a few, with ivory pants or Capri pants will give you a Caribbean or jungle vibe …….Accessorize with the new FERN CARNIVAL necklace. For my fashionistas who believe more is better…….layer on the new DILL VENETIAN necklace…..and just for fun add the FERN BEACH GLASS necklace, all shown above….They all blend beautifully….and they are all so different…….It may be over the top for some, but not for Iris Apfel!…If you don’t know who this marvelous lady is I would suggest you google her…..She is a free spirit with incredible taste….The Metropolitan Museum of Art had a large exhibit of her personal clothing, jewelry, footwear, bags and even her glasses. The book they published is inspiring…..She’s inspiring, and we could all learn something, not only about style, but how to live life from the woman……I would recommend the GILI front knot wedge, A302903, in willow/camo. ………………………..BLACK & IVORY is always my absolute favorite color combination….I do love ALL COLORS, but if I were forced to pick just two….it would be black and ivory. I love the way the elongated shirt looks belted over the tank with the ivory Ponte pencil skirt. I only buttoned the shirt 2 or 3 buttons at the waist and then belted it. It gives the look of a dress…..It is so sophisticated! I added the new CARNIVAL NECKLACE in the new color……HONEY with gold accents……It’s RICH………There are a zillion ways and a zillon things you can combine with these black pieces……They are essentials…….For my PETITES….if you think this is to long or too this or that, I suggest before making a judgement, you should look at AMY in the video. She is truly tiny in every way, but her attitude is TALL. She carries these pieces perfectly…..

………………………….The BLACK WILD FLOWER print skirt, A302604, is returning, and with it coming in March is the new PEASANT BLOUSE, A349655. When I first presented the skirt I also presented the COLD SHOULDER peasant blouse, A302603, which is still avail. but very limited. I could have reordered that blouse, but I thought I’d offer a new version. This time there is no cold shoulder though it still has a double layer sleeve….and it is set in. The scoop neckline is fixed with a piping. The body of the blouse has an easy flow. There are many ways to wear these two pieces. As you can see the photos to the left try wearing it with the back label at the side seam so the ruffle bottom hangs on a slant, photo second in from the top left. I know some have even worn it as a dress…..I’ve shown the skirt with a black tank and the BLUE MULTI faceted glass beads, J360760. The BLACK TORTUE necklace and earring look great with it too….A306416, the crinkle georgette convertible neckline peasant blouse would also be perfect with the skirt…Have fun with different color tops that you may already own…..As for the new PEASANT BLOUSE there are many options fore bottoms, starting with the ivory Ponte pencil skirt, A347449, any white or ivory pant. Of course any black bottom from a slim pant, to a Capri or the black Ponte pencil to the Boho, and everything in between will look great………Everyone needs some WILD FLOWERS in their lives!……………………………………..
