…………………………..BLUE and SILVER OX is the third combination this Berber necklace will be avail in. Blue is a color you rarely see in Berber pieces, because there are few natural materials that are avail in a blue color. They use a lot of amber, turquoise, coral, glass, shell and enamel…..anything they can find to use in their one of a kind pieces. They will sometimes dye beads to achieve different colors. I sometimes wonder if they use the same dye that the “BLUE PEOPLE” use to dye their clothing….similar to my SAPPHIRE. It also dyes their skin blue……..The Blue People are descendants of the Berber’s, but are very independent, and also live in North Africa………They are incredibly beautiful…………………………enjoy………………………..much Love…………………………..Louis

…………………………This year I am bringing back the TIGER LILY PRINT SHIRT, A302607, and SCARF, A302608 in a new color……………..MIDNIGHT………………It has all the same colors as the originals, but this time the ground is BLACK and a SMOKEY GREY giving the look of an EXOTIC and MYSTERIOUS GARDEN…………….I chose to use a black tank and my SLIM BLACK PANT, A265615 to finish the look, which is a great back ground for the vivid colors, but any accent color will look great….even all white…….For those of you who are new to this elongated shirt it has a classic shirt collar, and a button front. It has very high side slits, for a very flowing effect….The sleeve is 3/4 length with a flared bottom, but not very exaggerated……just enough to add a little femininity. The back has a stitched down box pleat to add a lovely flow and ease…….The fabric is new also. It has a wonderful pebble surface and a very soft drappy hand…….The necklace is my new BLACK BUGLE BEAD with  twist beads……………….enjoy…………………….much Love………………………….Louis

…………………I was so happy when I heard this print SHIRT and SCARF was going to be reordered. It’s such a versatile wearable print….You would think because it is a print there would be limited ways to wear it, but not so. Wear it as a shirt over many bottoms from jeans to leggings, biker shorts, Capri pants etc. For a dressier look wear it with a pencil skirt, and try belting it. It also makes a great beach cover up. The HUGE scarf also makes the perfect beach cover up. you can wear it as a top, a skirt and a dress you just have to play with it. ……………………………I have always loved everything that had to do with Ancient Egypt. It was a destination Jac and I had always planned to go to, but sadly never made it…..When ever I can, in what ever country I may be, I try to go to the Museums of Natural History to see what they have from ancient Egypt……..The tombs, the artifacts the clothing the sarcophagi, and the JEWELRY has always inspired me. We all know the look of the “Cleopatra Necklace”, Nefertiti, and the famous sarcophagus of King Tutankhamun. The artisans were masters at manipulating stones like turquoise, amber, onyx, mother of pearl and then combining them with GOLD………………I love the look of hieroglyphics and Egyptian symbols…..One of the Egyptian symbols that has inspired many jewelry designers is the Ankh. It symbolizes eternal life, the morning sun, the male and female principles….the heave and the earth. That’s a lot of meaning for one symbol…LOL. I have used the Ankh as a starting point for my new pendant. It is not a literal translation of the symbol, but just the mood……………………With this pendant I am also introducing a new finish. It is called…………. VERDIGRIS………..This is not the GREEN PATINA or the AZURE PATINA……….Even thought they are similar in that there is a green color, and that each piece will vary due to the process…..the VERDIGRIS is more green then the rest. There is a similarity in the plating process, but they all feel different in the hand. The Verdigris has a more RAW FEEL, and has the closest look to ancient pieces. The companion earring is made of the same parts as the pendant and all linked together with small rings. The SNAKE chain also has the Verdigris plating…….I think you will love this new color……..This will be the only piece I have done in the Verdigris plating, but it can easily mix with your Green Patina Etruscan bead necklace and bead bracelet……………..Honestly, I don’t think this piece will last long………………………………enjoy……………………………much Love………………………………………………Louis
