…………………The new WHISPER KNIT TN, A385150, is the replacement for the original……They are the same, and they are different. They are the same in that they are both in the JERSEY STITCH, which is the lightest weight in the WK. The TN has the same rib, height and fit…….The differences are….the new version is one inch longer. The original had fine rib starts which made it sportier IMO. The new version has TUBULAR TRIMS at the hems of the sleeves and the body of the sweater. This keeps the sweater fitting flatter over the hips. I also find the new version slightly shaped and not as straight as the original………SCARLET RED is, for me the perfect primary red color….it’s pure. It’s neither blue nor orange….it’s pigment red. …………………. PINE is a wonderful new green, and nothing like any green I have done before. This is not a blackened dark green like my Forest Green. It’s a lighter color with lots of life. It matches the Pine Green in the Tartan Blazer perfectly…..It’s a great accent color to many other colors such as the Caramel and Plum above.
