“”FEATHER JERSEY” APRIL 2013″

………….”FEATHER JERSEY”, was more than a simple jersey knit fabric…..it was a CONCEPT IN DRESSING!!!……I developed a light weight knit that could be used for many styles….both for tops, bottoms and unconstructed coverups…The fabric had a very subtle slub, and was silky to the touch. Of course it was washable and easy to pack. It could be easily rolled up without wrinkles, and took very little room in your luggage, so many outfits could be taken in one fabric. They could take you from very casual beach cover ups to dressy resort and spring clothes. These were the perfect pieces to take away on a trip…..You could match them for a COLUMN OF COLOR…..or mix them with other colors in the same fabric……They were also the perfect separate pieces and could be mixed with other fabrics in print or solid. Initially there were TEN STYLES in a slew of colors…….AQUA, LIME, ORCHID, FLAMINGO, NECTAR, SEA FOAM, and a rage of NEUTRAL COLORS………….HEMP, SMOKE, NAVY, and OLIVE. The shapes were all EASY and COMFORTABLE to wear.
