…………………….In my recent post about my CHEESE CAKE….there have been a few questions about what an Oskar is?……..It’s a small food processor. Firstly, I spelled it wrong in my post which I have corrected….it’s OSKAR, not Oscar. As you can see from the description on the side of the box it does everything. I love it because it’s small and easy to store, and it’s an easy clean up……I don’t know if Sunbeam is still in business or if they still make them, but I’m sure your well known kitchen stores have a similar processor. Jac bought two, so the one to the right is the one I use. There is one in the box that is brand new, and hasn’t been taken out of the box yet…I have learned that in my basement on shelves, Jac had stored away doubles of almost all these cooking appliances. electric mixers and juicers…..so I’m good for a long while.

My receipt should read 1/3 cup to one full bar of salted melted butter…..not 3 cups!
