………………To help celebrate I made a CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE with Oreo cookie crust and topped it with CHOCOLATE GANACHE, and on top of that OREO COOKIE CRUMBS……I also brought Prosecco to have with the cake!!!…His brother, and also my God son. Chris was there with his girlfriend Danielle…..Also joining the party was Mathew and Michele’s doggie…..It was a fun day!
………………………IT JUST NEVER GETS OLD!!!!………..IT’S ALWAYS THRILLING when an AMERICAN athlete wins a medal……but…..when they get GOLD….and the STAR SPANGLED BANNER PLAYS…..and the AMERICAN FLAG is raised higher than all the others….you just can’t help but feel….as an American………….PROUD…..tears of happiness come to my eyes…….all politics and world troubles go out the window and the world is how it should ALWAYS BE with………PEACE & HAPPINESS…………I congratulate the US BASKETBALL TEAM for winning GOLD once again!!! and to ALL OF THE AMERICAN ATHELETS…….and to ALL ATHELES from all nations who made their countries proud………Today the games end….and the closing ceremonies will take place…..then……it’s the BIG WAIT for four years until the next SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES take place in………….LOS ANGELES…….USA!!!!!!!
