My tobacco swing came today. I now have all the vivid new colors. Still on the fence about pink. I put the tobacco sweater next to the aubergine skirt…just gorgeous autumnal combo.
What is is about the pink your not sure about? If you think it may be too soft or girly…..ground it with black…..black bottoms from jeans to velvet pants to pencils with black tights. black jets, gunmetal or grey pearls look freak with the pink too.
I’m concerned I am too pinkish-pale to wear something that is so close to my skin tone.
Since I can’t see you it’s impossible for me to advise. a deeper lip color and a rosier blush may help.
I was able to get both the Merlot and Imperial Violet Swing Sweaters that I had on wait list. I’m wearing the Imperial Violet today with my black Linea Leisure pants. Since I’m an “autumn”, I don’t think the Perfectly Pink is the best color for me. However, I do have a number of Perfectly Pink pieces that I wear in the summertime.
The merlot looks great with the gold falling leaf necklaces. Do you have any more Russian gold jewelry coming our way?

Louis, I was lucky when an Imperial Violet finally popped up in my size on Wed. morning. But, I’m still stalking a second pair of the new ponte pants in black in my size. I have 2 of the charcoal and 1 black and I really want that second black pair. Ever hopeful…..
