Louis, wow–that pant is such a nice surprise! Love the new fuller pant silhouette and love your moss crepe fabric, so I’m sure this one will be a favorite pant of mine:) I’m wondering where they fall on Jac…mid calf? The necklace also looks amazing!!
She was wearing it with black tights and shoe boots so I’m not sure where it hit….all I know is it looked good.

Just read about the white shir, which was my first Kate, and learned of the culotte and necklace. OMG! THAT necklace”! It really is “my kind” of exotic jewelry. I’ve loved this sort of jewelry since the days when Brentano’s in D.C. sold jewelry from faraway places. I’ve been jingling and jangling for quite a while. Gorgeous.
Believe it or not, I still have a silver Bedouin bracelet with tiny bells that I bought there (Brentano’s Book Store) when I was about 20, in addition to an Aztec calendar necklace I bought there at about the same time. Heck, I have a large-link gold-finish bracelet with a chunky “Leo the Lion” disc hanging from it that I bought when I was 15 from Gilbert’s Dress Shop in Frederick, Md. At that time, it was our nicest apparel shop. Of course that shop departed in the 1970s or so.

Louis, will the style of the earlier moss crepe top work with this pant? The black moss crepe skirt was too short for me, so I hope the new pant can be my black matching bottom. And if they’ll work together, which color do you recommend to wear with my other moss crepe top in navy?
Dear Maia….this new pant will definitely work. I think the slate blue will look very good with the navy, but I will also have a long Moss Crepe pant later in the season.
That long pant will be in Navy. I have to wait to see the samples to see if they will match
