Reviews are tied into our e mail addresses. I really wish they would add a spot on the review that says ‘verified buyer’ (so it shows on the review itself, not the question asked when the review is written if you purchased this item?) so its not someone just reviewing without purchase.
This might help. I posted a good review for the techno jacket on 3/15 in the am. Yesterday a.m. 3/22 I sent an email with item number etc. to QVC requesting that they post my review. Later yesterday my review plus 6 others were all posted for the techno jacket. I am always irritated when my reviews takes more than their allotted 5 days for posting. As you all know if we do not review in a timely manner you get an email from QVC requesting that you review. This lack of posting on QVC’s part is an inefficiency. I do not know if it is a technology glitch or human glitch. We all know QVC reviews our reviews prior to posting.

I was told that the only review that won’t be posted was from someone who canceled twice, but I don’t see Kate’s reviews. Did you get the pant? because there isn’t a review for that.
No, Louis, I did not buy the pant. I’m such a hard fit. The only pants I’ve ever bought from your line were the free-flowing Feather Jersey ones (navy and grey) and one other in a boysenberry that has an easy fit. They worked well!
If that’s the case I may have some pants for you this spring

I read about your “easy” fabrics in another response under “Ask Louis,” and I had an inkling that I am going to like more than I thought I would this spring/summer season.
My big shows are April 25th and May 9th, almost back to back and June [have no date]……There will be some new on the next show and reorders, but you have seen the sneak peeks, unless there are surprises I don’t even know about.
I tried to submit my review ALL OVER AGAIN, and, as I anticipated, the system will not allow it. The system thanks me and informs me that I have already submitted a review for the product. My review, which I copied and emailed you to you the other evening, sits there. I can see it. That review, sitting there, prevents me from submitting another.
Now what? Frankly, Louis, if my review cannot be broadcast, I am going to be somewhat upset. Not at you but at the “system” that has now presented an unbalanced review of your jacket because it prevents those of us who have submitted positive reviews from resubmitting them.
Does anyone know a way around this problem? TIA

Same for me, Goldie. Once you submit a review, the system prevents the submission of another one. Both my reviews for the suit (pants + jacket) have not posted, yet the reviews I wrote for the techno jacket and frosted pink necklace appeared within an hour. QVC has some problems…Very frustrating.
Puzzling and frustrating. Sometimes I wonder what goes on in their communications center. I wonder if Joanne’s email idea (see above) will goad them into action.
