……………………There are seed bead necklaces…..and then…..THERE ARE MY SEED BEAD NECKLACES!…….J329589 is the style number and the color is………LIME/GOLD……..It should be avail by my show on April 25th…at least that’s the plan………….This is no ordinary seed bead necklace and I’ll tell you why…….Most seed bead necklaces where there are rows of just seed beads without any introduction of any other type of bead, as mine above, come pre-strung……It doesn’t matter if they are solid or multi color, as long as it’s just seed beads they are avail pre-strung.. Ordering strands of beads done this way is a much less expensive way to produce the necklaces….. However, when a special bead is introduced, in this case the oblong metal bead, then each strand has to be hand strung and the beads counted to make sure the distance is the same between the stations of seed beads. When there is a change of color, as in this case from GOLD seed beads to LIME seed beads, then it is even more imperative that the count be accurate!…….Have I convinced you yet that this necklace is a much more complicated and timely piece to make?……..As you know I never discuss price because I really have nothing to do with that part of the business. However, I will tell you this necklace was supposed and should have been at a higher price…so thanks to the powers that be for making this lower price happen without sacrificing the quality of the necklace!……The necklace is approx 47 inches long with a 3 inch chain extender so you do have the ability to wear the necklace different ways…..You can wear it long which looks wonderful with simple tunics…..if you are more petite and the long length does’t work for you then you can wear it like the large photo second in from the bottom left shows. The necklace is loosely wrapped around the neck once and then you still have a longer section, but not quite as long as the full length, which would be more in proportion with your height…………….The third option is just to wear it doubled as the large center photos show…….it really has a full, lush and dramatic look!………….Now, my philosophy is…..if one is good TWO ARE EVEN BETTER!………..Wear one DOUBLED at either the uneven length or doubled at an even length, and then add the second necklace at the long length…..WOWSA……it looks FANTASTIC..second photo down and second in on the right….As for earrings and bracelets….the simpler the better. Any of my GOLD earring….the BOLD HOOP above, my favorite, the DEMI HOOP, the SWIRL and even the GOLD BALL STUD work well with this necklace……………I will have a NEW TRAPEZE WRAP WIRE BRACELET also coming this month that is a MUST HAVE. It’s coming in four metal colors, and the GOLD will be perfect with the SEED BEAD necklace……sneak peek to come………………….Now you have seen all of the necklaces I will be showing for Spring/Summer 2016…the LARGE ETHNIC BEAD & CHAIN NECKLACE…….the EGYPTIAN NECKLACE……and now the SEED BEAD NECKLACE…and they are all entirely DIFFERENT…….We could have stretched it out and offered one a month, but now they will all be avail at once, and you can plan your colors and what necklace you want to wear with what……I know you will have months and months of enjoyment!……………………………………….much Love…………………Louis

Louis, is that a new white pant with the tunic? If not, what is the number? Thank you.
No …..it’s the Linea leisure pull on white pant
I know that Louis, who is the expert, suggests wearing any of his gold earrings with this necklace, but those who bought a certain earring that Lisa Robertson actively sold at least five years ago have another option. Did anyone buy that large teardrop that was edged in seed beads? I did, in the lime green. Actually, I believe she referred to the assortment of these earrings in gem terms and called the lime green “peridot.” As I remember, I wanted to buy the ruby or garnet (whatever it was called), but they sold out quickly. The earring itself measured 1 1/2 ” long and 1″ wide at its widest point.
The seeds edged a 14k gold teardrop-shaped loop. May have been one of those Italian “straight from the fair” specials.
By the way, the gold wire formed the teardrop; there was no plane, so to speak. This was a delicate earring as the teardrop was the wire, with the seed beads on the outside of the wire.
I never thought I would choose lime over black but this color is just so fresh squeeze, juicy and bright! A must have to wear with white this summer (and winter white later). What other “fall” colors would go with this? Purples?
Almost anything with a strong contrast…teals, browns….even wines and eggplant or mohogony….you just have to play…..but don’t give up on the black so quickly….it’s right up your alley, and they are very different.
That’s an excellent point. I don’t think anyone would regret having more than one color.
Whoopee!
This color also works for “Leos” as peridot. Bought something distantly similar like this years ago from Coldwater Creek. It is, to tell the truth, very simple in design compared to your extraordinary piece. Doesn’t come close to this. But I bought it as a peridot.
Intriguing necklace, and the new gauze tunic looks like a WINNER!
Louis,
WOW! These Seed Bead Necklaces are AMAZING! Every single colour option is GORGEOUS! Will definitely need more than one!
