……………………..One of the most popular colors that I have done is……….ALABASTER……….It is one of those mystery colors that just seems to work for the great majority, while other similar colors do not. It has a life….a glow all its’ own, and the fact that it has a slight tint of pink instead of yellow or gray helps. It was a natural for me to offer one of my most popular WK styles….the SWING CARDIGAN, A267864, in what has become one of the most requested colors. If you own the Alabaster Gauze tunic with the georgette border and are still looking for just the right thing to wear over it….look no further…..I can’t help but exclaim how beautiful head to toe Alabaster dressing is……it’s just too CHIC for words!……..Under the cardigan in the photo is A267882, the short sleeve WK ENR sweater in the Alabaster which is sold out, so many of you do own it. I am working real hard to get both the Alabaster and the Black back for next Feb, so be patient…….The Alabaster Gauze Crepe pant, A276294 in reg., and A267864 in petites is still avail, but in broken sizes. For me it’s a MUST HAVE……There were some complaints that the Alabaster pant was smaller than the Black pant. I believe this was due to the lining in the Alabaster. It seems sizing up one size did the trick. It you are slight this does not apply………The “RIBBON RING NECKLACE” in the GOLD is brand new….so new I don’t have a style number yet! Anna Wintour wears the same pair of shoes almost everywhere she has been since 1994, when they were first made-to-measure for her by Manolo Blahnik himself. A beautiful Nude colour – low heeled sling back – and she gets several new pairs every season.
For some reason your Alabaster colour reminds me of these Nude shoes. I think your Alabaster colour looks great on most everyone.

Louis I am jumping for joy on my good knee of course (lol). I can not wait to order this in the alabaster color which by the way I noticed some other designer on the Q “introducing” the alabaster color in their collection….things that make you go ummmmm. I am also glad to hear that the short sleeve top is coming back so that I can snatch that up as well. Luv the necklace too.
My colors are used all the time…they may give them different names but they are the same…perfectly pink is one, and now you’re telling me alabaster? Well I guess I should be flattered?

I cannot wait to purchase the alabaster swing cardigan. I also own almost all of your alabaster pieces from your Linea Collection. Alabaster is a magic color on me.
On another front I own a lovely wrap sweater that is from your Anne Klein Couture collection that is at least 30+ years old. You featured it with a cashmere drop waist pencil skirt. Both items are in your alabaster color and look as good as the day I purchased. i also own the same outfit in pale grey cashmere – also from your Anne Klein Couture Collections purchased at the same time as the alabaster outfit. The grey cashmere outfit also looks as good as the day I purchased. I lost a few pounds recently so I was able to resurrect both outfits this past winter. They are both so timeless and chic.

Oh My! Once again,Louis, you have made me “miss a breath”, as we in the South are want to say!! The alabaster swing tunic is “all that with ice cream on top”….especially with the new ribbon ring necklace in gold and the gauze wide leg pants in alabaster (or black ;)) Bring it on….the sooner, the better!
Beautiful Louis! I have several of your alabaster items. I’m fair with medium blonde hair and usually colors like this are tricky, but miraculously your alabaster works wonderfully on me. I have this sweater in grey and blue and love the weight – perfect for Florida. Can’t wait to add more of these to my wardrobe. I feel like I’m collecting these just like the georgette safari shirts.

It’s just one. The necklace has two rows of smaller rings around the neck and the there is a jump ring with three rows of larger rings. It has a strong presence, but is still open. It weights nothing. It will be in three colors….gold, silver and gunmetal.
LOVE the necklace, I’m in for the gold – and thank you for making it lightweight – I hope it makes a little ‘clinky’ sound.
Keep that alabaster coming – it’s beautiful. I’m waiting for a restock of the quilted jacket.
