……………………….It’s fun for me to”shop” the Linea site, and to see where my eye STOPS!…………..The sweater above did just that, because I always loved this style. I called it my modified “Peasant” sweater. The neckline is scooped, but not too low, and there is a small amount of shirring to give it the peasant look without being overwhelming. As you can see from the reviews this sweater dates back three years, but it is still as timely as when I first did it. This sweater can be worn very casual with jeans or really dressed up, and there is nothing more comfortable. I really like this neckline under jackets, and it was originally conceived to go under classic blazers in the same colors. Maybe you own one and are still wearing it! It never goes out of style. The COLORS are perfect for the Holiday season coming up, and the clearance price of $39.24 for a beautiful Whisper Knit sweater can’t be beat………………..Happy Holidays………………..much Love………………….Louis

Thank you for taking the time to look back at this lovely sweater. I can’t believe I missed it the first time around! I must have been overwhelmed with too many tempting choices when it was first offered. I just received the ruby and fuchsia and am tempted to go back for the black. I will enjoy having another option besides tanks to wear under cardigans or jackets.

Oh, one of my very favorite Linea WK sweaters ever! I own all the colors, and duplicates in 1 or 2 … especially love it with the sequin skirt for a casual elegant look 🙂 Any chance you could make up some new name for this sweater, pitch it as a new idea, and bring it back for us … in Navy among other colors, Louis ?
