As I have said over and over Leisure as a category is far reaching…………..The 100% cotton fabric of this top is the same fine cotton rib as, A279520, the HIGH/LOW SWING HOODIE , which has been reordered for next season, and that is why we have put this top in the Leisure category……………This new peplum top has a TWO WAY ZIPPER with two SIGNATURE ZIPPER PULLS…………….The top has a JEWEL NECKLINE………In the photos above the collar is turned back with the EGYPTIAN NECKLACE, J329563, laid on top……The top is approx. 26 inches to the center front……The bodice of the garment , front and back, has body seams, which gives the top a figure flattering shape gliding over the body…The PEPLUM, which is the main feature of this top, hangs from a curved seam that creates a slight HIGH/LOW hem………The ripple or “cones” that are created are subtle, and add just enough swing to make it feminine, and wearable for most. I say most, because there will always be some who feel any silhouette is not for them……”not everything is for everyone”……………..The BLACK, above can easily go to the theater or the office worn with trousers or a pencil skirt like the IVORY WK above, A273880……..It can also easily be worn to the soccer field or super market with a pair of leggings and sneakers. I am so excited to see this top! It has the perfect silhouette for my figure, and the colors are divine. I am thrilled to find an offering in 100% Cotton for those of us who find the poly blends harder to wear. Add in such a jewelry friendly neckline for my real pearl collection as well as Linea jewelry, and this top can go traveling the world from grocery store to appointments to vacation. Now how am I going to ever tell Walter I need every single color … ? Wonder if that chocolate cake trick still works lol …

I own the snap front tunic and like the fit with or without something underneath.Is the seaming and the fit the same on this top until you get to the peplum? Also, are the sleeves long and cuffed like the tunic?

The fit of the garments really can’t be compared because of the waist seam. The sleeves are long and do have a cuff. I can’t say it’s exact to the hoodie but if not….close.
Would you consider this more of a jacket to be worn over something below it or worn on it’s own? If as a jacket, I need to go up a size in my usual for Linea tops.
I meant it to be worn on its’ own. That said you can certainly wear a light tank under it and wear it unzipped. If you own the high/low snap front hoodie then you can decide if it would work better for you on it’s own or as a jacket
