The “Sneak Peek Overlay tunic” is A227576. The colors are……………… DARK MUSHROOM…………..BLACK……..It is approx. 27 inches long. and has long sleeves. There is a key hole and button in the back. The fabric content is a Poly/Span blend. This a is a VERY FINE CREPE weave. It is called the OVERLAY tunic because there is a SEPARATE panel of fabric three quarters of the way across the front….from the side seam….ending at the side of the crew neckline…..it is easy to see from the closeup photo above [which is very over exposed]. There are also 4 tucks extending down from the neckline….also illustrated in the closeup photo above. This top can be worn several ways. You can wear it belted with the self fabric belt which comes with the top, which you can see in the photo above of the dark mushroom top with the black pant or black pleated skirt. You can wear it unbelted, or you can add your own wonderful belt. A very UNIQUE and DISTINCTIVE way to wear it is having the belt,[either the self tie or leather belt], slide under the front panel and cinch in the back and the side front of the top only…..as illustrated in the lower left photo of the black top over the MUSHROOM PANT. For me the top very much has the look of a COSSACK SHIRT. It has an ETHNIC but ELEGANT quality to it, and definitely something you don’t own, or will ever find in any story….as I said, “A UNIQUE and VERY DESIGNER piece”.
The center LARGE photo shows some of the new necklaces coming you way. The multi cross necklace, the GOLD Baroque cross with an INLAYED RESIN Cross, and the new BAROQUE STATION NECKLACE that has BLACK OVAL beads and GOLD FLUTED STATIONS with ENAMEL centers….spaced….through….out. As I LOVE the OPULENT LOOK of layered necklaces….I have also added the gold and black necklace from last year, which works perfectly! The black and beige bead necklace on the black Cossak shirt will als be coming later in the fall, but not in that coloration…..It will however , be avail in two other incredible rich colorways. It’s a surprise.
A222575, is the PLEATED SKIRT, in the same poly/span blend, crepe weave fabric as the top. It also comes in the DARK MUSHROOM and the BLACK. It was designed to work with the OVERLAY TOP, but it is a fantastic separate skirt as you have seen in many previous photos from past sneak peeks…..as in the plaid jacket sneak peek. The skirt is the exact same body as the feather print skirt. It is a pull-on style with a top yoke to keep it smooth around the hip area. When you pick this skirt up, you will be surprised at how weight-less it is. This is a skirt you will wear FOREVER……and once you own it….you will wish you had gotten TWO!

Hi Louis, I love the mushroom t-neck with the textured blazer; does the dark mushroom work with the jacket as well? I’ve received the mushroom t-neck and really like the coloration, yum, I still need to get the caramel too.I’m one of those people who wouldn’t wear t-necks till I found yours.

Is there a Dark Mushroom(overlay top) and a Light Mushroom(Safari top) or are they both the same color?
Two different colors….they are called MUSHROOM as in the safari suit and turtleneck and DARK MUSHROOM as in the overlay top and pleated skirt.
What’s the difference between the dark mushroom skirt and the gray skirt? Is the dark mushroom shown in the sneak peak, or is it the gray? Thank you!!!!

Just a question…I have the Textured Blazer in Mushroom or Black down as A227574 but now see that this Tunic in Mushroom or Black is listed also as A227574. Assume that one of these is not correct and is a typo. Love both of them and many other items. I am going to be in trouble (but good trouble)! Just can’t decide which ones to get in what colors! Also looking forward to my orders from the July 31st show. Thank you so much for all your creative work!
The jacket is 574…the solid skirt is 575 and the top is 576.
