……………………..The…….POMPEII necklace and earring set, J352559…..is here and already getting rave reviews, and I must say it deserves all of the accolades it is getting. This is an incredible set. It is so high end looking no one will believe where you bought it. It consists of Russian gold medallions in two sizes, and Resin medallions in one size, but various tonal colors……some clear and some frosted…………….This was a necklace I did many many years ago at Anne Klein. and it was part of my Anne Klein Couture collection……….The three photos at the extreme left are of the original necklace and the metal oval that was attached to each and every Couture piece. If you buy a piece of Vintage Anne Klein jewelry and it doesn’t have this engraved metal tag….it is NOT a Couture piece. I have noticed on ebay there are some vendors who claim their jewelry is AK Couture. I can say without a doubt it is not. I know every piece that was made, because I worked on them! I have to admit I like the new version just as much as the original. I even think we made some improvements…if that is at all possible, The real Couture pieces can sell for hundreds of dollars. I will say I believe, years from now, these pieces of Linea jewelry will command the same prices. Why do I claim that? I claim that because when the originals were sold they were not considered a lot of money. There were many lines of “Fashion Jewelry” that cost a lot more, like the original KJL. Scarcity is also a BIG a factor, and we produce so few pieces that they are almost instant collectors items. As years pass there will become fewer and fewer of them, and the ones that are still here will become very desirable……………Such is the case with the Pompeii necklace. I personally have never seen one being sold anywhere………….The color above is the CYPRESS…………..I have it shown on a new maxi dress in CAMO GREEN…………..no questions PLEASE…..All will be known at the proper time……………I would suggest you read the reviews of the Pompeii necklace set……………They are wonderful, because the QUALITY, the DESIGN and the LOOK is so superior to so much of what is avail to you…..This is truly a UNIQUE necklace……..This Ladies…..is the GOOD STUFF!……………………………..enjoy……………….much Love………………………..Louis

I have this and I love it!
I want that dress
Louis, Louis, Louis…
What a tease!!! I promise I won’t ask any questions of what is to come, but thank you for giving us a few hints and peeks. I can’t afford to get every dress in every color, so am trying to plan my purchases. But now you are making me want the Pompeii necklace in every color!!! All are so beautiful and look fabulous with their corresponding outfits. The blue maxi is gorgeous. Camo and rhubarb are favorite new colors (have the sweaters in those colors). And your aqua. *sigh*
All I can say is that I am glad I bought three Pompeii necklaces! My husband and I have visited Pompeii in Italy so they will remind me of that trip. These necklaces are spectacular and I love the sneak peeks. Thank you so much for offering us so many color coordinated collections -clothes and jewelry. When I receive my UPS packages I always try them on for my husband and I get a “honey that really looks good on you.” After 35 years of marriage, we still love to dress up for our dates.
Louis, I am swooning over that dress!!! I already have the Pompeii necklace in cypress and aqua and it truly is distinctive. I was on the fence about getting another one–because my recent jewelry haul was so over the top–but now that I see the red on the maxi dress, it’s a must-have. I’m enjoying all I’ve gotten thus far and looking forward to warmer weather, so I can wear it all. But, this maxi dress is making my heart beat faster 😉
Grace, the Pompeii is the necklace that grabbed my heart and imagination this season.
Goldie, you have the best taste! The Pompeii necklace is beautiful and evocative. For me, it conjures up memories of faraway adventures!
You’re too kind, Grace.
I had a chuckle over one Linea Lady who had fond memories of visiting Pompeii, memories evoked by this splendid necklace. If I followed her lead, I would not be buying several of these. While visiting Pompeii and Vesuvius, I realized that my marriage to my first husband was kaput! I’ll never forget sitting at a table by myself at some sort of refreshment place by Mt. Vesuvius, hearing “Dock of the Bay” of all things, and realizing that my married life was as over as those who were scalded by Vesuvius. (Just a little gossipy nonsense for fun!)
Goldie, oh my…for sure you’ll need to attach more pleasant memories to your Pompeii necklaces! I haven’t said this before, but I’ve thought it many times in the few years I’ve come to know you in the forum…your stories deserve to be memorialized in a book. And, I’m sure I’m not alone in that opinion!
My tales of love and loss? Thank you once again, Grace. Everyone has a story, as they say. Thank heavens I met and married my wonderful second husband, the love of my life.
As for better Pompeiian memories — here’s to that! Cin-Cin!
Goldie, it’s true we all have our stories…but few of us can write the way you do!
Many years ago at the Museum of Art, there was an exhibition of the treasures of Pompeii where I got to see beautiful mosaics from the region of Pompeii & Vesuvius and of course seeing the people immortalized forever in the ash. It was a fascinating exhibit as it showed a little of what life was like in a suburb of Rome in that time of the Roman Ages.
Louis, I purchased the Cypress Necklace when it first posted! Am definitely getting that Camo Dress – and every other colour it’s coming in! And is that a new Boho Skirt – I know you said in time – just trying to make my list (which gets longer with each Sneak Peek).
Seka.
