……………..Hi everyone………….I have some wonderful and very important, and exciting news! I would like you all to meet…..JENNIFER REED. Jennifer is taking on the role of my LINEA BRAND AMBASSADOR, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! OK, I know you’re asking what is a “Brand Ambassador”? Jennifer will be a mini me, only with lots more to do! Besides following me around learning all the ins and outs of Linea, and QVC, Jennifer will handle all of my “Social Media”…..you know like Instagram, a special Face Book page devoted to Linea, all the things I know nothing about, and frankly would take too much of my time to do it properly. She will be helping me set up my appointments etc……making my like EASIER!!!! Relieving me, and freeing me up to do my work. She will be attending many of my meetings, like the print appointment I recently had for Spring 2019 [photo above]. She will help me organize my shows when I get to the Q, and help me after each show to pack up and make sure nothing is missing as far as my samples and accessories. Jennifer’s background isn’t fashion, which is fine with me…..no preconceived notions! All that matters is she LOVES the clothes! She has been in the communications field specifically radio, and TV…..so she’s very quick on her feet, speaks beautifully, and smart as a whip!….I have learned in just a short time that she’s a quick learner, and wants to know everything…..Eventually, she will be my “On Air Ambassador” too. Taking my place for the late overnights, and “hits” on generic shows……..I am one of the last “vendors”, for lack of a better word, who has finally found an Ambassador to help me. Isaac, Halston, Logo, Women with Control, Susan Graver, Bob Mackie, Dennis Basso etc….all have Brand Ambassadors to help them. Jennifer is someone I have been searching for….for a long time…….Jac pleaded with me to get help, but the right person, as she would a test too, was hard to find. I think , I know I have finally found that person in Jennifer. I am counting on all of you to welcome Jennifer with open arms, as part of the Linea Family. We are a very small tight group, but I hope a mighty one. Jennifer can’t wait to get started and will be with me helping me with the shows coming up, and all of my future shows. It will be the first time she meets my girls, and sees first hand what it takes to put on a”LINEA SHOW”. She will meet all of you then…..I know there will be mistakes made, and some stumbles along the way. I would expect nothing else…..but we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and keep going. I would ask you to give Jennifer all the support you have shown me over the years. She is well aware that trust and friendship isn’t given easily. it’s something she must earn, and she is willing to forge ahead…………..I only wish my Jac was here to meet her, and give Jennifer her blessing. Somehow I know Jac’s happy that I am finally getting the help I need, and is cheering Jennifer on…………………….thank you my dear friends………….all my love always………………..Louis
