……………………….Out of all the colors for this blouse, the ROSE SHADOW FLORAL is the most autumnal in feel. With its’ muted pumpkin, sienna, coral, gold, ivy and rose tones it really does conjure up everything we love about the fall………I have it paired with the BLACK MOSS CREPE SKIRT, A341729, also avail. in petite. The georgette is so light and fluid that it looks wonderful belted and bloused for that romantic look. If you are short waisted try belting it lower on the high hip, perhaps with a tie rayon cord belt……..I have used the BERRY NECKLACE set. J356989, to pick up the colors in the blouse………….I am sure you will get many admiring looks and the inevitable “where did you get that?”……………..enjoy……………………..much Love………………..Louis

This top is even more beautiful in person than I ever anticipated it would be! There is a depth and subtlety to it that does not show up in photos.
Louis, I’m looking forward to watching you tomorrow on AM Style. I love your clothes and jewelry…you’re my favorite QVC designer. I have something that I hope you’ll consider. As I’m watching QVC at this moment, the host said, summer will soon be over so, no more maxi dresses. When maxi’s were popular in the early to mid 70’s, my girlfriends and I had several long sleeve, winter fabric maxi and midi dresses. I remember one in particular. It was black, Henley style, long sleeves, jersey fabric that wasn’t heavy but substantial. It fell beautifully straight but, not fitted with princess seams…just straight. I know it’s too late to expect a winter maxi now. However, as I said, I hope you’ll consider it for next fall/winter. Thanks for your beautiful and timeless fashions.
Just so rich and elegant. I didn’t wait ten seconds when I saw this here to swing over to the Q and order this blouse. I also ordered two pair of black tights and one of the port. Port tights?!! Only you, LDO.
This is the one that captured my heart, Louis. The Rose Shadow Floral. So artistic! Sublimely gorgeous. Thank you for describing the “poet” aura; I knew there was something else besides the lush floral print that drew me toward this piece.
Do I see shades of your “Cossack” shirt in this one? I still regret not having bought that sophisticated shirt because the colors (Black and Tan) did nothing for me.
This shirt is special.
Goldie, when you take a flow blouse and belt it it takes on a Cossack look, so yes to you question.
