“WOW!!!!! THAT WAS FAST”

I’ve already heard back from Elaine and she said she will definitely get them replaced!!! I told you she was on the case!!! Now just be patient!!!!

    I echo the thanks of other Linea ladies. I am thrilled that you took time to read our comments and contact Elaine. I know that we were all heartbroken at the possibility of returning our beautiful coats to the Q because of the missing epaulette.

    My Linea collection has taken over my closet and I am continually amazed by the quality of the items that arrive on my doorstep on a regular basis.

      It really is our pleasure. Elaine works so hard to make sure everything is made the best she can, and with her price restriction it’s a major challenge. She got very upset when I told her about the epaulette situation. All that work and some idiot messes up and doesn’t sew a look on or forgets to put the epaulettes on. It I hadn’t had them removable this probably wouldn’t have happened, but I wanted the coat to be as authentic as possible.
