……………………..The HOOP EARRINGS have arrived…….a month early I might add. These were due in Nov. so I am very pleased they are already here………The story………….There are many times when I put the outfits together that I will be presentation on my QVC shows, and I’m accessorizing them that I do not have an AVAILABLE earring to use. I then reach for the old Demi Hoop or the Chubby Hoop or one of the earrings that came with a necklace that is no longer avail. I thought if I’m having this problem, and I have ALL of the earrings, then so are many of you!………….So, I created, what I believe to be is the perfect HOOP. I took the hammered hoop earring that went with the Scythe necklace and modified it. First I made it smooth so it goes with everything. Then I broadened the bottom ever so slightly so it would have more presence on the ear. The hammered hoop reflected the light do to the hammering so it already had a lot of presence, but the hammered effect limited, IMO, what you could wear it with. This new version is more UNIVERSAL, and can be worn with everything. The shape of the earring is ELLIPTICAL, meaning it has move of an oval shape instead of a round. It sits closer to the face, and has a more classic look. The round hoop always looks more ethnic to me……..I know there are so many of you who do not have pierced ears so I knew these earrings HAD TO BE OFFERED IN A CLIP ON VERSION TOO!………Now, how could I solve the problem of doing ALL of the colors I needed! I came up with the idea of doing TWO SETS of FOUR COLORS, and offering them in a GIFT BOX, each earring in its’ own separate BLACK ORGANZA POUCH……………I am offering to you……”THE CLASSICS”, J387779, which consists of SILVER TONE, GOLD TONE, CHOCOLATE and SHINY BLACK. These are the four “classic” colors I always use. Again, they will be offered in pierced and clip……………..”THE EXOTICS”, J387781, is the second group of earring colors. They are GUNMETAL, COPPER OX, BRASS OX, and SILVER OX. Again,these are the metal finishes I use most of the time………………I hope with these sets, EIGHT EARRINGS in total, you will never have to ask yourself, “what earring am I going to wear????”…………I also decided to put them in a gift box, because I thought they would make the PERFECT HOLIDAY GIFT. They are classic in shape and size, 1 1/4 inch long and 1/4 inch wide at the bottom tapering to the top. These would be perfect for your mothers, daughters, sisters and best friends. That person who you never know what to get for would love these problem solving earrings, and they are all packaged for you!………..Now I will never have a problem of what earring to put with necklaces like the CARNIVAL necklaces…..GOLD, CHOCOLATE and GUNMETAL coming right up!……………..I only hope I don’t loose any taking them back and forth to QVC!…..LOL…………………………………………..Happy Holidays…………………….much Love……………Louis

I have decided to order both sets since clips are hard to find and I want to be able to have a coordinating earring to go with my jewelry I have been able to get from you.
I’m getting the hang of your line- when you see something you like- buy it.
Through some stalking I have been able to acquire the sangria pompeii, turquoise carnival, topaz seed bead and today The maltese set was delivered.
I acted fast to get the black carnival- I listened to you and also saw how lovely it looked on the models.

I ordered the classics( backorder now) and will order exotics as soon as they are loaded again.
I was doubtful of both sets being useful but can already see that the shiny black can go with the maltese and black carnival.
Lots of combos to play around with between the earrings and necklaces..
Still trying to decide between silver and gold on the art deco- I know I do not have much time before that one sells out too!!

Louis, not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but are these solid metal or hollow? Trying to determine if they are too heavy for me. Also, is the post that goes through the ear lobe round or is it a flattened bar (hope that makes sense)? If you can’t tell, I have sensitive ears.
I absolutely love the design of these. Love the oval shape and the closure. Hope they work for me!
I don’t think they are actually “sold out” yet. I think sometimes when things are put on QVC, they aren’t actually ready to sell them. You should be able to purchase the earrings soon. This is from a long-time stalker… 😉
That sounds plausible – that they were posted way too early & then removed. I sure hope so.
Dear Lynn, I have found out that that is exactly what happened. Someone jumped the gun. The photo was taken and posted before the hoops were actually processed. This never happens so it was an honest mistake. The hoops were taken down until they are properly posted….Human error.

Well, they were and then they weren’t. I ordered the exotics this morning and now they are on BO. Guess QVC jumped the gun. Being on BO is better than being on WL….I hope!!
You have got to be kidding me, the exotics are already sold out! Louis, please talk to QVC about getting some additional quantity. You were right, these are the perfect hoops we all could use. In the meantime I’ll order the classic ones. Thank you Louis for all you do for us “Linea Ladies”!
Both sets are sold out (as of 10/19 12:40pET). I was going to buy both sets, but was waiting for an Easy Pay flash offer so I could fit them into my “budget”. I ditto Terri’s plea. I see these sets selling for quite a while, until most of your Linea Ladies who have purchased your jewelry over the years have made their purchase of these sets. They definitely fulfill a need.
Thank you Louis I have been asking and waiting forever it seems. I brought the semi hoops I think they were called way back when in the chocolate and gunmetal. Thanks for explaining the two options at first I only noticed the texture was different.
