I have asked my buyer to read the “List” post on the Linea Forum. She said she needs some REAL names to go to them with. Since you have already gone to CS with your real names would some of you mind giving me names to give to my buyer? I’m doing all I can to bring attention to this on going problem!

I did finally get all my pieces I had originally ordered. My user name on that post is: morganjen. My name on my orders is: Virginia Morgan.
So your buyer expects you to do her work? Our real names are attached to the nics. She might have to hit a few keys on the computer to get them. That’s either a dodge or a case of the lazies. I’ve had QVC call me on my home phone based on a post in the Forum. None of this is your fault or your customers’ faults, and it seems to be getting worse every month. I’d crawl across broken glass bare naked to buy Linea anywhere else. (Try not to picture that).
Dear Carol….My buyer buys quite a few labels and has a great deal of work, so if I can help her I really am will to do it for all of you. I do appreciate your concern for me….thank you.
Thank you, Louis for trying to help. My first problem is with the blazer and pants, ordered about 5 hours before the show. They constantly bounced between in process and back order. I did eventually get the blazer but still need size 10 black pants. In less than 30 days QVC cancelled my order . No one could explain why they did not keep the order or move the back orders to the top of the 45 day wait list. Now there is not much hope of ever getting them.
I also ordered more blazers and pants later, for my mom as they showed up in stock and again had the same problems.
The next problem was with the sequin pants ordered at midnight, I was afraid they would sell out before the show. I ordered two, one as a gift and still need the XS.
You may pass along my name: Linda Newman, Calabasas, Ca
Thanks again for trying to solve this problem, I appreciate all you do for us. Perhaps they can tell you what orders they process first: midnight, before the show or during the show. Hopefully they actually have a system in place or will start one.
Louis thank you so much for your wonderful designs and the care and concern you show your ladies. I am livelovelaugh66 with my comments on The list and I am Patricia Richard from Wooster OH.
Louis, one of the Linea Ladies has sent the entire thread to Mike.George@QVC.com. I followed her suggestion and did so as well. Hopefully, more of the Linea Ladies will do so as well. Thank you so much for all your efforts on our behalf. Cat
Thanks so much, Louis, for trying to help with this issue — we appreciate it! I’m Suellen Foust, posted as 2E.
I posted on the list under mom2fourboys…Karen Goeben.
After about 20 years of buying with QVC, I have never had problems like this until the past 6 months.
Thanks for your efforts. Posted under MAKP ; Maureen Perez
Hi Louis,
I sent you an email with the info.

Hi Louis,
Hate to have you spend your valuable time on QVC’s issues but thanks for being concerned. In my experience, these shipping concerns are fairly recent. For me they began with the blazer. Before that glitches were rare. I posted my story on the forum under “San Joaquin”.
My name is Donna Aflague. Donna from California to you.
Louis, thank you so much for taking the time to discuss with your buyer the problems a lot of Linea Ladies are having with QVC shipping and processing orders even though this is out of your hands. I know the majority are not comfortable using their actual names on the forum. I posted a request to Customer Service to please supply the Linea Buyer with the actual names. I don’t know if they will but I thought I would give it a try. A number of women have mentioned that when Dennis Basso’s coats and jackets are shipped they are on a hanger and in a box as well. It surprised me that QVC doesn’t have a standard for shipping on these items. Thank you again for all your efforts on our behalf! oxoxoxo Cat
Louis,
My comments on The List were posted under “jeancp”. My name is Jean Ponder, from north Carolina.
Thank you, Louis
I’ll send you an e mail with my name. Don’t want to post real name at the Q because of all the crazies (not us but the lurkers).
Regards,
Chris
Louis, I did not have a problem with my orders but I think your Buyer and TPTB at the Q should be able to get the real names and order history from their nicknames.
Seka.
You would think so, but I’m only doing what my buyer asked to get it moving along.
