No Seka, the neckline is piped. It isn’t an elastic neckline either so it can’t be worn off the shoulder. It’s a fixed scoop neckline. The Sapphire combination is beautiful. It’s bright, but not loud or garish. It’s a happy color. I think that may be what you are gravitating to. The top also looks marvelous with the ivory blazer and ivory pant or pencil skirt.
