Yes it is! Although there’s the famous French sculptor Francois Rude, he created the largest sculpture on the Arc de Triomphe and many of his pieces are in the Louvre, but I have traced our heritage back to England.

It perplexes a lot of people. Rudewarr is a combination of my maiden name and married name. Yes, I was born Rude! Nobody believes it when I tell them! And I’ve heard it all but I’m proud to be Rude (by name not by nature.) Although my mother became Rude, she embraced it, her license plate was RudeLady 😄
I can’t wait to see what other colors will be introduced with the moss crepe tops- I’ll probably buy them all! My neighbor, who I told you about getting the BD pants and we had a trying on party, regrets not getting more colors! She loves them!!! I think she’s going to fold and purchase more, just not sure which color(s) yet.
Now you really piqued my appetite with the brown boot cut faux suede pants!!! I already have the black and the caramel and adore them!!! I love boot cut pants as they make my legs look thinner. Now I have to start looking for brown suede booties (I’m OCD like that) for fall/winter.

Yes, Louis, this lack of an ability to “reply” to individual questions is going to be a REAL problem for you. Clearly, you can’t remain glued to your computer with all the traffic in your “Ask Louis” section that YOU get. Very un-user friendly.

Hi, Louis. Is this chocolate top the moss crepe dream top I asked about last month? It looks close to perfect – Vneck, 3/4 sleeve, and shorter length than the moss crepe swing top (which I have in every color and love… but need a shorter length option also). If this chocolate top is in that type of fabric – I’m buying duplicates in all. Looks like the perfect wardrobe essential.

First I have to say, love the new look of your blog! I couldn’t access it for the last day and I was truly missing it!!!
Second, the Park Avenue jewelry looks stunning- I love the color combinations!!! Browns and golds are great colors on my skin tone/hair color. And being a native Manhattanite, Park Avenue is the epitome of style and glamour, both by aesthetics and reputation.
Third, you had teased us about the chocolate colored top you are introducing this month (that will go great with the BD Espresso pants) and now that you posted a picture of it, I’ll be trolling QVC’s website for it. A couple of questions: are there other colors as well? What is material? And the pants, are those new as well or are they the knit pull on pants, A265615 in dark chocolate? As I have those already 😄

Yes Kate, I’m so glad I know your name, Rudewarr is a little puzzling. You have to tell me what it stands for. There are 3 colors in this Moss Crepe top. The sneak peaks will be coming soon. The pants are the A265615 as you guessed….but….I will have Espresso faux suede pants in a boot cut style this Fall 2019
