Since this skirt is slim down to the first tier which is approx. 12 1/2 inches down from the top of the waist band it will give you a flattering silhouette. Going to order both skirts. Question. Since the first ruffle is a bit lower, do you think the waist band can be rolled to make this shorter? I have some black over-the-knee Stuart Weitzman boots that would be fantastic with a shorter ruffled hem skirt. I could just have length taken from the top by a tailor but rolling would be so much easier!
Dear Kate, absolutely you can roll it. The fabric is thin so it should not be a problem.
