Ladies, this is a very frustrating situation. The two pack of Fancy tights, the Point d’Esprit and the Lace have been sitting at QVC for a while now. Since these are sold on line only they have a low priority of getting posted. All items that are on air get first slots. It seems to me they are overwhelmed. Knowing the Christmas season is here you would think arrangements for all of this product would have been scheduled….I’m sure they are doing their best. I have now been told it looks like mid week of next week…..fingers crossed.

The really SAD part to me is that until last year or so…QVC was wonderful! With THE BEST customer service. I would proudly taut QVC when others would mock my tv shopping “as seen on tv” but, no more. They tried to grow too much too fast and are inept. I mean 3 channels…really? They can’t manage one.The only positive anymore is LINEA
I almost can’t bear to tell you my shipping disaster. I ordered the gorgeous embroidered tulle skirt in latte, was thrilled when it shipped … then waited, and waited and waited. It turns out that QVC created the shipping label, charged my account, but never actually shipped the skirt. And of course it’s sold out. They said they were sorry and issued a refund. I’m just so disgusted with this company!
Louis the shipping nightmares continue. I ordered the harlequin magnet bracelet and got the harlequin necklace instead. Decided I want to keep it so on the phone working that out. I have had so many shipping snafus this year. I told the customer service rep that were it not for Linea I would not do business with them anymore. I was being very calm, soft spoken. The rep said. “The whole year has been Anightmare for shipping”
Most of us know this is out of your hands, but I will say that if I were planning on ordering anything for gifting this season from this grossly incompetent company after all the massive shipping screw ups this fall, that would NOT be happening. On a happier note, my fleece lined trouser socks arrived promptly, and they are everything one could ask for. I wore them last night to a production of Buffalo’s Irish Classical Theatre’s “A Child’s Christmas in Wales” under my favorite black slim pants, along with the port WK swing T neck, and silver Moroccan bead necklace, and they really ARE toasty. I WILL try to order a few pairs for friends and my DIL’s stocking for Christmas, but I’ll be prepared with other things given the situation.
April….the Linea Body line and the jewelry line are shipped from different facilities, and they are much quicker getting orders out. The apparel is another story sorry to say.
Ah, now I feel bad for asking, and adding to your worry work load. The tights will arrive sooner or later, and we’ll be so happy to wait for them, as we know they’ll be great. I too made alternate plans, with existing tights and a few new packs ordered early, just in case! All set for a Linea lovely Saturday wedding … now all I have to do is get Walter to do a dry run of what he THINKS he’s wearing 😉 .

Thanks for the information. QVC is having a very hard time getting their merchandise out the door etc. It is frustrating to buy something and receive weeks later. My new yellow whisper knit V neck sweater was In Process for two weeks before it shipped.
Oh I am sorry to hear of the delay, Louis. The shipping has been slow lately too so it’s hard to understand why they wouldn’t have posted it in late November for the ladies who want it for the holidays. I guess we will have to wait and enjoy your tights (at least we have those too). I do hope that the Q irons out many of their problems. I am a patient woman, but I have come to the point of always having a plan B for an expected arrival of a Q purchase. It is perplexing that with all the companies I have shopped from online, the Q is the only one with issues and they just keep continuing. I will wait for your fancy tights and I do hope that the nude pantyhose will be coming next year!
