I thought you should know that the Linea Jewelry and the Linea Body lines are shipped to you by different people so they should not have the delivery problems apparel does. Have you noticed that these two categories arrive quicker?

    I have thoroughly enjoyed your Facebook shows. Previous to your show, I was interested in a couple of necklaces. All of them were presented yesterday by you during your Facebook show. After seeing your presentation and getting a better look, I purchased all of the necklaces of interest to me. Unfortunately the QVC photo’s don’t do justice to your jewelry. Also after seeing Jennifer in her blazer, I decided to purchase another blazer of color besides mushroom and black. I hope you continue your Facebook shows. It is so informative and interesting to hear your presentations

    Louis I bought the harlequin necklace and bracelet in the silver after watching the Facebook live video from yesterday. I just love the videos from your home. The videos are so entertaining and bring the items we are shopping for to life. Hopefully, I will receive these items before Christmas. I appreciate everything you do for us and your home looks so beautiful for the holidays. Jac would be so proud of you!!!

    So I made it through the lengthy 40 minute phone hold and a nice customer service rep did a replacement order for me on the socks. Because we all know if they have been “out for delivery” all week long in St. Louis, MO, they are NEVER going to make it to me in MAINE. Hopefully my caramel/black/espresso socks will make it here before Christmas. Sad there was also a delay in posting them. Coulda used these from Oct. 1 on and here I am crossing fingers for Christmas.

    My knee sox, the pack with caramel in it, has been 13 days “shipping” . It has been “Out for delivery” somewhere in St. LOUIS, Mo. For 6 days now and I live in northern MaineMaine.

    Hi Louis…I have definitely noticed a difference! The luxury trouser socks arrived within 5 days of ordering. Would you know if QVC is taking any action internally to resolve their issues with both delivery and manufacturing? I have sent their customer service department several emails, specifically requesting re-orders of both ponte knit pants and whisper knit sweaters, and have never received a response. I realize that these are QVC issues, not Linea issues, but think that customer service is important and that they need to take action. Thank you again for your excellent product line!

    I had a similar issue as Chris. My trouser socks went sent to Vancouver, WA, instead of Colorado, and it took 3 phone calls to Customer Service to get a refund. The tracking was detailed and clear, and yet, I spent a lot of time to solve a problem QVC created. And, that’s not the first time–just about every order has a problem. I know this is out of your hands, Louis, and must frustrate you, as well. But, honestly, the escalation of these shipping/refund issues have impacted my interest in purchasing anything from QVC. I hope they get these fulfillment issues solved soon.

    Louis,
    I live in a suburb of Chicago. My first set of fleece trouser socks arrived within 5 days of ordering which is good for QVC. I ordered a second set on 11/29 and they didn’t even ship from North Carolina until 12/5. I tracked them today and discovered that they are being held at a post office in Chula Vista, Ca.!!! I called customer service. They can’t figure out why they were sent to California. They are sending me a new set with expedited delivery and should arrive on Monday.

    Everything ships faster than clothing. I bought several items of Linea clothing from one of your shows this fall. I waited forever for my purchases to ship. QVC has real shipping issues! I purchased your latest whisper knit in the yellow color. It was In Process for two weeks prior to shipping. QVC has been in business a long time. They should be better at fulfillment than they seem to be.
