These tights are a NEW TECHNOLOGY………The control top is 120 DENIER, and the sheer is 20 DENIER…..These are NON RUN TIGHTS…….If you puncture a hole in them with a pencil all you will have is a hole. The hole will not lead into a run up and down the leg!………EVERYONE should have a wardrobe of sheer tights…..EVERYONE!…………Years ago when I did runway shows at Anne Klein I used between 28 and 36 models depending on the season and size of the show. These were the SUPER MODELS that you all know, Christy, Linda, Naomi, Yasmeen, Claudia, Cindy, Elle, Helena, Carla etc. etc. In all my 50 years in the business these were the most beautiful women ever. I can tell you they ALL wanted to wear nude tights on the runway when possible….Why?….It just made their legs look better……..Make up for the legs. Sheer hose even out the skin tone and hide imperfections……They are a must with skirts…………….The colors are NUDE which is a very flattering color and will look great on most skin colors. BLACK sheers are the perfect accessory for day or night whether you are in a short pencil skirt or the new LONG TULLE SKIRT…..They will look great with the Black Sequin pant too……..remember CONTROL TOP!……….SMOKE will surprise you the minute you try them on. When Karen, from the jewelry company, wore them she said, “these are fabulous” . I think it was the first time she ever had smoke sheer tights on. What purpose do smoke sheers serve? Sometimes black is too much of a contrast or just not right with what you are wearing especially if you aren’t wearing black. Oh Louis, thank you for bringing these! I was in dire need of a nude pair for the spring. I know it is popular for some women to wear skirts without hose, but I only do this in the summer when I have a tan, so that leaves a lot of months that I need a leg covering! I will definitely use the black and I am interested to see the smoke on air. I really appreciate all of your tights and trouser socks. They are such high quality. I absolutely love the light hug the control top gives and feel that it smooths out and disappears under dresses better than the non control top.

Louis, I have a question………can I chose the sheer instead of the control top? For me personally, I find the control top to be uncomfortable. I am, probably, one of the few who still wear pantyhose under everything including my shorts! I stand on my assets, so the pantyhose enhance my assets and make them seem “ageless” and give me a finished look especially in dresses and skirts and my trousers appear more fluid when I have pantyhose underneath, seems to finish the line for me. I do adore the thought of a “silky” feeling as well. My skin is so pale that the addition of a hose gives a lovely color to my pure white leg. I do prefer a hose that does not have a panty line but sheer all the way up but again a personal choice. I do so want to try your hose especially if I have a choice of not purchasing a control top because of the quality. Thank you so much! oxoxoxo Cat
Dear Cat…the tights only come one way….with the control top, not sheer to the waist. They are very smooth all the way up to the waist so i doubt you will get a “pantie line”. I think you will like the smoothness of them. The yarn is very fine even thought they are durable.
