Hi everyone…..it’s a glorious day here in CT on the L.I. Sound. I’ve been outside in the garden dead heading the pansies…..with the girls who are a HUGE help! They love to see daddy work. The only time they will stay outside is when I’m outside, or else they would rather be in side luxuriating on their nice fluffy beds……On my way to the grocer, I saw a lot of people enjoying the day….BUT…..too many were not following the rules! I really wanted to get out of the car and start yelling at them “what are you people thinking!!!!!?????”, but I thought better of it and drove off. I even saw a construction crew sitting together on the back of one of the trucks eating lunch!!!! Don’t they know even he-men can get this virus????Just plain stupid!…In the store people were behaving well, keeping there distance when possible, and for the most part wearing gloves and masks as I was……OK, I’m going to rant again. There was a young father walking around the store in flip flops, and shorts [it’s not that warm], no mask, no gloves, no protective wear at all…..BUT WITH HIM a little girl who couldn’t have been older than 5 or 6. She too had nothing on to protect herself……I’m sorry but what is the matter with people. Do they not listen, do they not have common sense or brains! If he wants to go out like that…that’s bad enough, but to expose his child to such peril for me is child abuse……….rant over………………….Now, my heads up is….I was looking at the Linea site, and the DB blazer is already sold out in sizes 2 and 4 in both colors, and the Shantung jackets in all colors are also selling out in sizes. These won’t be formally presented until the 28th of APRIL…..That’s 4 weeks away……so I would suggest if you are interested in purchasing any one of these jackets don’t wait too long or it may not be there when you are ready, and we show them on air…………………just a HEADS UP…………Have a lovely day in your solitude, and be safe out there!!!…………………..much Love………….Louis

HA HA ha ha ha ha.! I think I might be loosing it.
Can I just say…
I love looking at construction workers with their dark curly hair, tan faces, strong biceps, tight jeans, utility belts and Timberland boots. What a fashion statement!
Cela you have a Calendar imagination….these guys didn’t look like that….LOL
You are so right Louis. I have so many of those necklaces. Tonight I just saw your post with the satin shirts and coin necklaces. I have 2 satin shirt, olive and black and also two coin necklaces that you showed. I may have to splurge and buy the long one. I just received the long chain necklace in black gold and tortoise, stunning. You know I just put on a complete Linea outfit and walked up and down the block. My neighbors want to know where I’m going. I tell then it feels good to dress. My husband appreciates the fashion show, since he knows I really want to look good for him. By the way of course I had to get something new to go with the shantung (my second), I ordered both colorful necklaces sambura. They seem like so much fun!
Dear Ann, we all have to do something to lift our spirits…who knows how long we will have to live like this…I’m happy that in some small way I can help…,.I know you are going to love the two Samburu necklaces. They are so much more pretty in real life than any photo can capture…………enjoy……..stay strong…..stay safe……….much Love……..Louis
I was at a large Home Depot on Sunday getting mulch and light bulbs for motion sensors. The store was limiting the amount of people in the store! This I hear is being done for the worker’s protection. I would have to say about 95% of the people waiting had masks on of some sort and about 85% had gloves on. Even my local supermarket has started to limit the people in the store with one cart out and one cart in. Still no disinfecting wipes to be found!
Lou, who takes care of my girls, got hand disinfectant at Walmart, and he brought me one bottle. He said they had boxes of it, but only 2 to a customer. I’m sure it went quickly. You have to hit it just right.
Louis – How would you suggest accessorizing the sapphire shantung jacket? By the way, I have been wearing Linea everyday during the quarantine. The outfits and jewelry make me feel great and I get complements from my neighbors. I have time to do what you always suggest, play with my clothes and jewelry. It’s hard to go wrong with Linea!
ANNANNANNANN…..I’m afraid I’m going to overwhelm you with the possibilities! Just quickly going through the Linea jewelry site the following would all look FANTASTIC with the Sapphire jacket. It just depends what look you are going for…from simple to elaborate..There are earrings and bracelets to almost all of the following necklaces, but I’m just going to list the necklaces….J485280, the Grecian necklace…J487227, the Liquid necklace…J485284, the Gypsy coin necklace…J487851, the new Samburu shell necklace…J487845, the Samburu woven cord necklace with shells….J487587 the Trevi coin necklace [a contrast color would look great like red or green]….J487581, the Roma Coin necklace…..JJ478583, the Amalfi coin necklace….J393304, the ring link necklace [silver or gold]….J393302, the Mayan necklace…..J352562, the Cozumel necklace…J481069, the Incense Urn necklace and finally the J329589 the Royal/Gold seed bead necklace [this would look incredible with the jacket for a special evening]….Ann you will be a hit wearing anyone of these, and some are at reduced incredible prices. You may already own some? There are actually many more like the Mardi Gras necklaces or Carnival but as I said i didn’t want to overwhelm you….LOL
Flip flop man is going to bring it home to that beautiful little girl even if he doesn’t take her out. I’ve spent the last few years trying to figure out what is wrong with people. Let us know if you figure it out, Louis!
I could not be more thrilled with espresso and ivory shantung jackets. I have two other blue jackets in a similar fabric (both Linea, of course) so I passed on this sapphire version, other wise I would have snapped that one up, too.
I’m with your girls. I’m going to stay in and luxuriate in my fluffy bed! Maybe watch one of the old Linea shows on my dvr.
Be safe!
Carol
What about those poor tigers and lions in the Bronx zoo that got the virus from their care taker!
Well said, Louis. We’re all in this together and being careful protects others as much as it protects ourselves. Take care! Your posts and videos are even more welcome at this tough time.
